Stayed here for 3 months. Great people who run it always checking in if you need anything. I stayed from Jan-mid April. The walkway to the door was always cleaned the owner always checked in to see if I needed anything and how it was. I payed monthly good prices and came once a week to clean and stock up on towels etc. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 7 months and never once had any issues. The room was cleaned very well. The hospitality was over the top. Very generous host who will go above and beyond for any of your needs to make your stay enjoyable.
The shower had great water pressure, the internet was great, satellite tv had all you need. Had my Xbox hooked up the entire time and never had any issue.
Bed was very comfortable.
Heating was great in the winter and he personal AC unit was great for summer.
The private patio with BBQ made it an even more enjoyable stay.
A real home away from home.
I highly recommend to anyone needing a long or short stay accommodation.

Beautiful place to stay in Gull Lake,sk. The rooms are nicer than most houses and apartments that I've seen! The owners (ken and sandy) are also super friendly which made my stay much more enjoyable.This building was also close walking distance to everything including restaurants, bar and grocery stores. I'm going to definitely stay here next time I'm in gull lake for business

There is limited accommodation in Gull Lake and cycling against the wind this was a good place to stop for the day. We found Studio 3 and contacted the owner. On the good side the apartment was nicely decorated, clean and with a generous supply of coffee and towels. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker was appreciated. Wifi worked well.
On the downside this apartment had no windows, so if you like natural light and the ability to access fresh air, this room is not for you. The bed was only a double, but in fairness a two bed apartment was available but at a higher price which put it outside of our nightly hotel budget. People in the floor above us (owner??) could be heard shuffling around overnight , TV noise filtered down and toilet flushing through the night woke us up a number of times. The large flat screen TV with cable had no instructions and it completely puzzled us, hence we could not get it to work at all. Without a reception service there was no one to help us and phoning the owner with our overseas mobile was hardly worth the cost to sort out a TV. There are 3 "apartments" in close proximity, the others were vacant, I wonder how much noise would have been heard had they been occupied.

Very charming yet modern. Three bedrooms, large living room with gas fireplace and an excellent tv. The kitchen is large and comes with everything needed to cook a home made meal. Tastefully renovated and decorated - excellent furniture. The bathroom is exceptionally pleasant. I would recommend Studio 3 highly. We have been travelling across the country and this is by far, the nicest place yet. Roomy and comfortable! A great alternative to the usual hotel/motel.

Very comfortable,clean and friendly owner. Best place to stay in Gull Lake. The owner has it tastefully decorated everything you need in rooms.you will find tv,wifi coffee,microwave and fridge in rooms.

Have stayed here monthly or bi-monthly for past 2 years, very clean, well kept motel, Very quiet building that’s been looked after.. Owner makes a person feel at home, will certainly help a person out if you’ve forgotten something

This place was excellent it was exactly what I needed. The location was great the bed was great and the bathroom towels were awesome. It had a fridge and microwave and dishes the place was great thanks for the stay.

Had a really good stay at Studio 3 Accomodations. Super clean, spacious room, and the place has character. Price was great, comfortable furnishings, satellite tv, and really comfy/clean beds.
Everything was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen wasn't missing anything, pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Our room had 4 separate beds. I a lil lacking on privacy, but it's meant to hold a few people. No complaints.
Didn't need to bring anything, other than food.
Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to stay in Gull Lake and Swift Current area. Modern, clean, comfortable, flexible, and friendly service! Our first choice! Plenty of different bedroom options, perfect for families, self sufficient and easy to access!
