Our family went to the water slides today with our 2 kids (5,2). Had a absolute fantastic day!! I would recommend this to any family in the area :). Priced reasonable, great location and all around great family fun. I will definitely be going back again this summer

Well I stayed here with my wife and two children as well as another couple and their two kids.
We stayed for four nights @ site 58 up top looking down on the overall site and slides.
The sites on top are quite small and not that deep, I had a truck and 14' travel trailer and it just fit, there was another fellow beside us with close to a 30' trailer and I helped him back all the way out to the front of the park, you see there's only one road going up top and no where to turn around. It's not great for big trailer at all.
The tent sites are quite tight also in some places you could only get your small tent down....etc.
The water slides are nice on a hot day, but to over priced, 4 regular slides and 2 small child ones. I've been to many slide parks and this pricing is way off, plus they will not even give you a half day price.
If your staying at the campground you will get 25% off the slide price....I still paid 35 bucks for two adults and a 4yr old.
The site overall was quiet by 10pm no noise, so that was great. The site pads need to be built up as they slope way too much, another layer of soft gravel and better seperation of some shrubs would be nice too.
I don't think I would stay her again though, even though the owners were nice, you can tell that it's kinda on it's way out, for keep up of grounds. remember afterall your paying 45 a night for an rv site, and I've been to way better for less. You don't know these things unless you try them once ...right. The kids loved it and that's what counts.

It's a clean park. The water slides are fun. A bit short but no ridges to rip skin off. And there aren't many slides around these days, so it was a good place for the two kids (14 y.o. & 10 y.o.). I was surprised by having to pay $15 each for sliding when we were paying at the park for 6 days. It was a 20% discount but thought it was pricey. The beach is right across the street so that was a big plus!!! And since we were camped at the top we had a pretty good view of the lake. The people who own it were nice and kept the whole park quiet, even during the long weekend.

We were so excited to get away and enjoy. We were all disappointed! The camp group is so crowded and very un kept! Nothing is updated or maintained. The water park & camp ground share bathrooms & showers ( never cleaned not great during Covid)
The owner is soooo rude he yells at guests and their kids he just wants your $!
The water slides are not maintained and so over priced, plus you don't slide you actually get stuck 1/2 way down the slide.
We had dog poop in front of our trailer one morning and was told to find the owner, we will come when we can! the owner showed up and flicked it into the bushes beside our trailer!
Do yourself a favour go some place else we actually left a few days early!

I just attempted to book an RV site in July, and I was declined because we don't have kids. Clearly they are discriminating against us because we won't generate as much revenue for their Waterslides as a family with kids. Unbelievable that people still try to get away with stuff like this in this day and age.

Most people write reviews because they had a great experience or a terrible one. This is the latter. Our stay was just too bizarre to keep to myself.

I see a pattern forming. Our experience with the owner was very similar to others who have rated this campground. The owners know that other people will book a campsite because it is Osoyoos, and consequently, they can do and say whatever they want to potential customer.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" (when I only booked for one night)
"You are my worst kind of customer!" (when I told them my four children would not be using their water slides).

The campground is very tight. The water slides are overpriced and for children under 12 years old. The beach across the road is full of weeds and mud.

This is a descent place if you lower your expectations and conform to the owner's sense of capitalism.

Expect to be surprised.

If I could give it less of a rating I honestly would. In a comical phone call to book a tent site for some adults, we were told.... and I quote exactly..."Why would I book for adults..._Adults_ don't go to waterslides. Go to Nk'MIP. Goodbye"

I have honestly never been so shocked to hear something like that. Although I haven't stayed at NK'MIP, I'm guessing they aren't as shockingly rude, and judgemental.

We had to pack up and leave! You won't get wifi even though it is offered in the price. If you call them on it, tony (the owner) will tell you off, as he did to us. He was extremely rude and belligerent and even mocked me!
When we checked in, we were told 5 minute showers only. Curfew is at 10. The slides are expensive and out of good repair.
If you like professionalism, stay away from here. We went to Waltons (check them out)

This is where we experienced the rudest customer service during our time in Osoyoos. Firstly, the owners told us that the waterslides were open but when my family got there they told us that they wouldn't run the slides for just a few kids. That it wasn't "going to pay for running the pumps." We were told to see if we could round up some more people to make it worth it for them to open. When we asked how many people it would take, they wouldn't give us a number. There we were standing in our swim trunks waiting like fools. Finally we gave up and returned later in the day.

Since my wife was pregnant she waited for us in the grassy area. A few people were seen eating at the picnic tables so she setup some snacks for the kids at the picnic tables while waiting. The owner came over to scold her for sitting in the paid area (apparently she should pay $5 for using it) and for bringing food from outside on the tables. There's no signs around the picnic tables regarding this. He could have handled it much better, especially since we'd collectively spent hundreds of $$ staying there and using the park. He didn't care, because it's a tourist town. Avoid it - there's a bunch of other things you can do with the kids in town.

This campsite was disappointing. I had a two friends joining us for the weekend and had enquired about additional parking. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and immediately demanded more money and a fifty dollar deposit in case we were "loud". There are signs everywhere explaining the many things you cannot do at the campsite, my favourite was "No Horseplay". In a site where there are primarily children, this came across as overbearing. The water slides are small and expensive. Furthermore, they lock the front gate at 10pm, would this not be considered a fire hazard? Will not be returning.
