We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way back to Ontario from Cape Breton, When we arrived there were staff standing just outside the door smoking. They should be a little further away so as to not to have to walk through the smoke. Inside we got a friendly reception and an explanation as to how breakfast would be handled because of the Covid-19 situation. On the way to our room on the second floor hallway we smelled an awful sewer odor, but once inside the room it was gone. The room was clean and comfortable. Overnight we woke up because of a humming noise that we could not place, we finally slept through it. Our room was located over the pool one floor below. We think it was the pool water pump that made the noise. Next time we'll make sure not to take a room in this particular area of the building. When we walked onto the hall the next day we still smelled the awful sewer odor. On the way out there were again smokers standing next to the door.

We needed a hotel as our flights out of Fredericton NB left early in the morning. I was travelling with my 12 yr old daughter. This hotel is clean, staff friendly and the fact that it had a pool, restaurant and breakfast was nice. They do not provide a shuttle bus to the airport ( which would have been convenient) but were called a taxi to get there and given a taxi card to call for our arrival.( $22 each way). This is not a fancy hotel, but for us it was a great find and we will stay here again.

This was a very average hotel in most respects. The rooms were clean, and beds comfy enough. The elevators were not working which was not an inconvenience for us, but I could see it being an issue for some guests. Breakfast was, like most hotels at this price point, good enough. I was able to grab my standard fruit and bagel and find coffee elsewhere.
The staff at the front desk were excellent. They were helpful in correcting a booking error while being pleasant, professional and accommodating. This positive aspect of the stay certainly out weighs the mediocrity of the physical space.
I would recommend as a comfortable nights stop-over.

3rd room was finally acceptable. One room was odour of cigarette smoke and full of burns from smoking! Cold dirty pool. 3rd room was great. Breakfast was ok. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very noisy creaky rickety construction. Everywhere you walk it creaks and cracks.

Check in was easy and fast. We got a suite with a jetted tub and it was huge!!! Separate bedroom and living space. Outdated furniture but I am not picky!! Very clean, the sheets and towels smelled very fresh. The jetted tub was the best. The salt water pool was nice, wasn't to cold. Breakfast was a true continental breakfast, not much hot food. Check out was a breeze as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed here for close proximity to my friend's house. Room was clean and comfortable. Service by staff was satisfactory. I knew the elevators were out of service when I booked months ago and was disappointed they were not yet working six months later. I had requested a room no higher than the 2nd floor as my mother has issues with stairs. This was accommodated. One of the front desk staff helped bring up the bags which was appreciated. Breakfast was a no-go as the room was packed and the offerings were limited. Found a nearby Tim Hortons. Will not return as long as elevators are out of service.

Pool was fine although no hot tub. Overall the experience was adequate. The room had the standard set-up and the provided breakfast was the standard continental one. The staff was apologetic about the elevator which apparently had been out of service for 6 months waiting a part from Europe. Surely they could have replaced the whole unit and saved themselves money thru not losing business in the meantime.

Mix up with rooms and charges that took many calls to straighten out. They were specifically asked to charge my card and not my fathers then charged him. Kept having wrong names on the rooms that were reserved. I made many calls to get it straight and never did yet

The elevator is out of order. The gentleman checking us in was less than accommodating. We were told that the room was on the 3rd floor and asked if we still wanted the room. We were traveling and had no other option at this time. At our insistence we had our bags carried up to our room. The gentleman was less than pleasant on having to do this.
After returning to the room following supper we asked when the elevator had broken. I was shocked to hear since February! The question I'd like to ask is why we weren't told when we booked. We could have tried another hotel or asked for the ground floor. Again we were told that we could have opted to not check in!
We watched an elderly couple maneuvering the stairs with no help with their luggage. Another couple, much younger struggled with considerable luggage and a dog. Neither of which had any help. Considering we had to ask, they most likely weren't offered help.
Last time we'll stay here!

So we booked in person but found the website had a better deal so the honored the web sites price. The room was clean smelled good there were some minor issues like the toilet was not working but it was just the chain one of the lights were loose. But that's the only thing. Beds were comfortable

Both the pool and the fitness centre are open from 6 am until 11 pm. I happen to know that but have never used either so enjoy. Also, very near the hotel is Tim Horton’s coffee shop, a McDonalds, a Jungle Jim’s restaurant, a new A&W, a KFC, and a new Dairy Queen plus Pita Pit and a grocery store and Subway. Plus there is a restaurant that delivers a terrific pizza (sorry, the name escapes me but the hotel staff can refer you). And two gas stations both with diesel fuel. A good clean and quiet hotel for the money plus lots of conveniences and good parking. There is an oriental restaurant in the hotel that is licensed. I know there are more venues in that location but I’ve not been to them.

Hello, we do not have a shuttle to the airport. We can call you a cab from our local taxi company. Cab fair is roughly $20 from our hotel to the airport. We are less than 10 minutes from the airport. Hope this helps.

I don't believe any of the King Suites have two King beds; I believe they have a King bed and a sofa bed. You can certainly ask for a cot and it looks like you'd have plenty of room for one.
There are more places to choose from in the Oromocto area.
