Very good Hotel. If you crave a swim in a pool like see with clear, very clear, terquaze crustal water, this is the place to go. The hotel has the largest stretch of the beach giving their guests a spacious seating in front of the see to give you a deserved privacy equal to what you’ve paid. This is a very expensive hotel during the summer season but for beach lovers, it’s unmatched. The hotel services itself is also up to the price you paid making the end value for money, really worth it.

I spent last weekend in El Alamein Hotel and actually this is my fifth year going there and each year i spend more than one stay . The hotel has an adorable beach with a lovely setting and perfect service . On the beach the waiters are doing there best to please their customers . Everyone is wearing masks and all precautions are taken for cleaning and sanitizing restaurants , lounges and lobbies . I had an early check in this time and a nice room with the help of the front desk manager Mr. Bayoumy Khafagy and his team Ahmed and Mohamed . The sea view from the room is amazing and everyone is concerned that you receive the best service and are keen to hear your remarks and comments . You feel home . I would like to thank the management as since the renovation 3 years ago , the hotel is improving a season after the other and to thank all the employees in the hotel starting from the housekeeping and the Bell Captains to the hotel manager passing by the waiters , the receptionists and the welcome staff . Thank you for this good time , good service and thank you for following up our comments and feedback

The service was excellent and friendly starting from the reception front desk. Bayomi was very helpful at organizing the rooms and checking every single detail we need. Hany has prepared to us the perfect lunch at the restaurant and it was extremely delicious. The dining service also was very professional with Harab, Ahmed , Mohamed and Hossam. At the pool also the service was amazing with abdelaziz. At the gym, captain Abd el Rahman was very helpful ,friendly , and professional for guiding me at the workout.
The housekeeping was very clean and extremely honest with Ali Ezzat, Ahmed Hamdy, and Mohamed kamal.

Everything is really clean, and everything was handled perfectly even during this corona time. Masks and hand sanitizers were provided every where, staff were wearing masks all the time. Buffets were handled efficiently.

We stayed here for two nights in September and loved it. Considering it's just over three hours' drive from Cairo it feels like you are in the Seychelles! As other reviews have mentioned, the entrance and main reception of the hotel is fabulously decorated and smells divine. The reception staff were top notch (I'm sorry I didn't note the name of the lovely lady from Cairo but she was so attentive and welcoming.), the beach was stunning. If I'm going to criticise anything: our room and bathroom were incredibly small and the doors to neighbouring rooms were noisy and banged loudly. There wasn't much hanging space, just enough for two of us for two nights but you may need a bigger room for longer stays. Our room had a lovely view over the sea. Housekeeping was excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Our waiter at dinner was charming. The food was a little disappointing. there were no vegan options at all, I really struggled and ended up ordering fish. My seabass was very tasty but there was butter literally in everything on the plate and this made me feel a bit sick! Both my friend and I found that the music was unnecessarily loud at dinner time. Don't get me wrong, the singer was very good, anything from Egyptian pop to Adele he sang really well. But I want to talk to my husband over dinner without shouting. Breakfast was a little chaotic as children were running around. Personally, I'd prefer this hotel to be adult only. They could change up the hot food at breakfast as the options were the same for two days running. And other than the lovely fresh fruit, please please please provide more vegan options at breakfast like oat/soya milk and coconut yoghurt and meat-free hot food. It's so much more healthy and sustainable and it's a direction Egypt is definitely heading, so get in there before other hotels do!

Dear our valued guest Mrs. Louise. Greetings from Al Alamein Hotel Thank you very much for sharing this great review of your recent stay at Al Alamein Hotel. We are thrilled that you have enjoyed your stay and certainly agree that our dedicated staff plays a key role to our guests' overall experience. The entire team works very hard to ensure that we deliver a high standard of service and a warm, memorable experience.  We are sorry to read that we failed in meeting your expectation in some areas like vegan varieties in the open buffet, the loud coming from neighbors and the loud coming from the music of the entertainment. Please rest assured that your comments already been shared with the team so as to avoid receiving this kind of feedback in the future. The concerned departments are working on your detailed feedback to enhance the provided service to our valued guests like yourself. Once more we thank you for choosing our hotel for your holiday and very much look forward to having the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Sincerely Yours, Tamer Khedr Al Alamein Hotel

The destination for the perfect getaway. Absolutely loved everything; the whole service was beyond amazingly executed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the food was plentiful and by far the best quality even better than many five star hotels, cleanliness is evident in every aspect and they are taking very strict measures as precautions for the COVID-19 that made us feel safe. As for the beach. without exaggeration, it’s The BEST in Egypt.

Al Alamein Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels that I visited recently in terms of location and the beautiful beach with a more than wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea, in addition to the hospitality element from entering the hotel and staying until the end of the holiday. Long experience in the hotel business, add to this the hotel’s distinctive classic decorations, cleanliness of rooms and continuous sterilization, in addition to distinguished restaurants that serve dishes for different tastes. Indeed, it was a more than wonderful experience.

Spent a couple of nights in this hotel and give it a 5/5 in this price category.

The staff were amazing, always proactive in asking if we needed anything. You might find this annoying if you are from Canada/US/Europe but it's a must for the middle eastern clientele.

Rooms spacious and clean with smart tv's.

By far the best tasting food we had in all of the Egyptian hotels/street vendors. They also have a beachside restaurant with great food, hookah's too.

The beach is white sand, crystal clear waters with motorized water activities. Better than the carribean beaches.

The resort is also always getting cleaned, no random animals or crawly insects here.

It's also in a huge gated community that ressembles the pochy areas in california.

The only recommendation i would give to management is regarding certain policies that give staff more leway. You already have an amazing staff, empower them more. Example, a mistake is done on a bill or order, not only to reimbuse the little amount but give a free dessert/cocktail or write off the bill. Obviously i am talking about a bill that is less 40-50$. It's silly but this is done frequently elsewhere in the world specialy at this price range where the cheapest room is over 1000$ a night.

This hotel is great, i am coming back with more family and friends. Easy 5 on 5 that made my egyltian stay a great one.
