When we arrived at the hotel, around middle of the night, due to the airport transfer transport delay and asking for a meal we get it a lunch box with a apple, butter, bun and some jam which is ridiculous. -Food from main restaurant, beach snack and grilled food from outside is good and diversity for all preferences even they repet the meals. -Staff very friendly, started with those from restaurants which are careful to clean your table all the time, cleaning staff also daily changed our towels and clean the room, entertainment staff has really great kids program and also different shows every night. One of the DJ wasn't to respectful while at the end of one kids programme he asked all kids the names and totally avoid my husband who was with our daughter, even my daughter is just 15 month she was every single night to the kids programme, he just said "that was the kids programme for tonight" and totally ignored them. That was embarrassing situation front of all parents. -Private Beach is very close to the hotel and you can find there food and drinks

Warm welcome on arrival. Reception staff were so helpful. Room in lovely position for views, and entertainment. All staff were so friendly, Chico was so good with the kids and helpful with adults. Our rep with on the beach, Umut, sorted any issues we had within minutes. The manager was also very helpful, answering any questions we had. Most of the staff speak limited English, but always had a smile. Food was amazing! Very well presented, and good choice. Only minor complaint was sometimes the hot food was a little cold, but so tasty! The mini Market in resort went out of their way to obtain anything we needed, and the man in there was so friendly. Doing his job, but always with a smile. Last, but by no means least, the house keepers. They work so hard, day and night, changing towels etc in rooms every day, as well as cleaning the whole hotel, working day and night, always with a smile. We had an amazing holiday at this hotel, we went as a family of 4 adults and 2kids.
Firstly when we booked we expected a couple of slides in the main pool and then a smaller children's pool but when we arrived we found that both had been replaced with a water park; 5/6 large slides and then a large kids water play which was fab.
People saying it caters more to German/russian I wouldn't say was accurate. Yes we only met a few English but it was all done in different languages so everyone could get involved and all the staff we met had good English.
The food was good, the same meals on repeat which you should expect with an all inclusive but in the evenings they had BBQs with different foods. There are large fridges around the hotel and in the grounds full of bottles of water for you to help yourself to.
The best part is that there was no fighting for sunbeds and there was always some stacked up at the side no matter what time of day you went down. We went and of June early July and it wasn't too busy but I'm sure it would be over the holidays.
Before arriving I phoned and asked to upgrade to a bunk bed room which was accommodated without problems. The rooms are basic but have everything you need when your all inclusive. The only downfall was we found the beds to be very hard but that's personal preference.
The only problem we had was that our room door wouldn't lock but when we raised it they were literally there within minutes and it was fixed.
We have 2 young kids and they loved the entertainment in the evenings and there was always something going on in the day.
The area (goynuk) had various shops and restaurants and the beach is only over the road. We got a taxi into kemer for 150lira but the bus is cheaper and stops over the road.
If your used to staying at the Hilton then don't book here and complain, it's a good hotel with helpful staff and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely come again!!

There is alot of reviews of how excellent this hotel Is and I just want give my honest experienced review. We stayed in a family room which was OK,there was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room which I would expect for a 4 star. We are are a family of 4 and every day the maid left us with either 2/3 towels never 4 very annoying and when they did come to our room to give us the right number of tools they would just burst straight in 🤬 There clearly wasn't enough sun loungers around the pool for a full hotel. You had to get up early to reserve the loungers. The music was very loud and the same everyday boom boom in your room!!! The beach was good with the beach bar again not enough sun loungers. The food was not good the same food for our entire stay,chicken in different dishes,bolognese just the same everyday not very appealing. If you like burgers and chips you'll be ok 🙈 The two bars are small with only one member of staff to serve which worked very hard for 12 hours a day!!! Entertainment team was probably the best part of the hotel full of energy Chico and the girls were very friendly.

Worst holiday ever absolutely abysmal, food, attitudes, no support, tap came off in my partners hand the 1st time she went for a shower and even the tui rep who only turned up for 30 minutes 2 days before we came back agreed it's not 4 star by any means 2 star at a push but didn't really care either wouldn't book again i suggest you revise your rating of this hotel and everytime we asked for anything the answer was "don't understand " total waste of time and money totally ruined our holiday couldn't wait to get home the food was so bad we went out to eat, not catered for the English including tea and coffee went to the shop and brought our own and the entertainment was also all not catered for the English could understand a word and the indoor was closed all week and the view from our balcony was of the bin sheds which they hosed out every day into a drain channel which caused smells and the bin Lorry or laundry Lorry would wake us up every morning, no support and no one cared about anything you asked for just got blanked and given dirty looks. Same on the airline freebird couldn't understand a word of what announcements were no sandwiches available on the way . Felt totally abandoned and let down and had to cater for ourselves in the end even though we paid for all inclusive not even tea making facilities available for the room had to keep going 4 floors down in the lift and beg for hot water. Wouldn't recommend it for anything living man or beast. Don't go there horrible people and hotel.

So I'm not one for bad reviews but we as a family of four from England are really disappointed so far and we are on day 2 of hour 14 day holiday. Good points the people that work here are so nice however non speak any English as much as I wished I could speak Turkish! We are here with our 5 year old and 11 year old and we have travelled to turkey for many years. This hotel does not cater for English people. It's currently quiet and there are about 5 English families here who all think the same. Other hotels are busy and look like they're having a blast. First night here it was dead our toilet wasn't working and neither was our aircon but the next day they managed to sort toilet but not air conditioning. The evening entertainment again is catered for every nationality but English mini disco/club is non existent. You ask for a drink no one understands I've had one right drink given and that was a beer. The shop in the hotel charges ridiculous amounts for crisps etc £20 for a small lilo. The rooms are average we have a tiny room for a family of four cramped into a small hotel room that they call a bungalow. My husband took a walk outside the hotel and stood outside admiring the other guests in their hotels having a whale of a time. If I could leave today I would however trying to make the most of a bad situation. For all my fellow brits I would advise not to come here as you would be well and truly disappointed

Stays at Sherwood Greenwod it was over that expects. We was there with 6 mounts dauther. Came at 11:30 PM, very fast and smooth we was at room. Room was on second flour, in main building, look on the neighbor Karmir resort (better option than look Sherwood pool - more noise). Wide and medium clean hotel area, but very green and with much space to find quite place if your babe sleep. Food choice was very good for all meals, somethimes more people than tables at 7PM, but 8 PM there was enough space. Every time, you can find something to eat. Food in pool bar was nice and fresh, in beach bar we didn't eat. Beer and coffee's was ok, coctels and vine are very poor quality, but we didn't accepts that much from this type of hotel. Pool games and boccas was very nice and quality activities, good work from entertainment team. 4 of us stayed 10 days at this resort and we are very happy to have chosen this place. The staff are very friendly and do all they can to help you. Especially Ramazan who works at the bar, we looked forward to seeing him each evening, he is great! There is a wide variety of food, desserts, soft drinks and alcohol including cocktails available during the day and after 10 days we were not yet bored of it even though 2 of the 4 of us are vegetarian. The staff work hard to keep the whole site clean and tidy. We have been very comfortable. It's been a convenient location for excursions and has shops and an ATM etc nearby. The local Ginza Travel is excellent too, a short walk up the road, best prices around and the owner can't do enough to help. The only thing we could say anything bad about is that the music has been a bit loud at times, but perhaps that is just our taste and some of the other resorts' music was even louder! It was easy enough to cross the road and use the private beach where it was more peaceful. Thank you to all the staff, we will be recommending to friends.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in June. The grounds and room were very clean on arrival and we had a nice welcome. The holiday was lovely but some of the entertainment wasn't really our cup of tea. We enjoyed the pool up to about 10am but then the music/entertainers were very noisy and in my opinion there is no need to have dance music blaring all day. The pool "games" were really cheesy but if you like that kind of thing it would be ok.
Rooms were good however the bungalows are small and the housekeepers didnt change the top bunk of my son's bed while we were there (we had to get a sheet from their trolley) but the did change the others which is bizarre.
The main issue we had was the food. If you were staying for one week it might not be such an issue however for the two weeks it was very samey and the kids selection was rubbish (onion rings at breakfast!?!)
The staff were fantastic though, special mention to Burak who was brilliant and always willing to help.
The evening entertainment was hit and miss. The kids disco had the same songs every night which was a bit naf and the party night was very very loud. We were thankfully staying in a block away from the stage however I would have hated to be any closer as the entertainment is really loud and goes on for ages.
Ice creams are on available for a few hours in the afternoon which was disappointing.
The beach was very small, not particularly clean and felt very cramped.
We did two trips - a boat trip and Jeep Safari (not affiliated with the hotel) and these were fab!
Kadir did a great job of taking photos.
Local restaurants werent great and few and far between and it is about a 20 minute drive to Kemer.
We had a nice holiday but it definitely isn't somewhere we would return.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. I compare it to many hotels in Europe, Turkey and Egypt and I think that Sherwood Greenwood resort is really worth recommending. Looking from the beginning: reception staff very professional, they proved to be helpful and efficient with every problem. The bar service is also great, a large selection of drinks not only fron card, but also made on request according to the preferences of the guests. Rooms clean, tidy, cleaned daily. Pool / beach towels available for collection at the spa center upon presentation of additional cards. Two swimming pools, one for children with smaller slides. There isn’t fight for sun loungers to be occupied at dawn, so you will surely find one for yourself at any time :) Animations at a very high level. The animators are very committed to their work, always smiling and kind. You can see that they like what they do :) during the day they offer mamy activities such as auqa aerobic, dart, step, water polo and many others. Evening animations are great! Everyday a mini disco for children, and then always different performance by dance groups, DJs or singers (also impressive). During these 10 days, twice instead of the show, there were entertainment for the guests led by the animators who were very inventive. After them, every evening there is a la disco and you can dance to world hits. The beach is about 200-300 meters from the hotel - you have to cross the street. There are also free sun loungers and a bar where you can eat or drink. The neighbourhood is calm. There are two streets with places to shop (souvenirs etc). We left in the evening, despite the end of the day at 12:00, after leaving the room, we could use all inclusive or a shower in the spa center to refresh ourselves before leaving. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
