If you have an early morning flight out of Rome, I highly recommend this clean, comfortable and well located hotel. We arrived super early after a cruise (like 10AM), and the delightful host asked us to wait in a comfortable spot while he had the room immediately cleaned for us, and then cheerfully accommodated our early check-in. He picked up on the fact that it was my birthday from my passport and was very sweet in making a big deal about it. Later that day, we had a lovely (crashing surf, beachfront, sun setting) dinner at the beach less than five minutes away. The same very kind man drove us to the airport at 5AM the next morning, carting our luggage and sincerely wishing us well. It is the kind of exceptional customer service where you feel family is dropping you off curbside. Just lovely, highly recommend this hotel.

Gracious and perfect location for a stay before or after flying into Leonardo daVinci airport Rosie and Roberto manage this property as their own and see to every comfort for their clients. I selected the room before booking and enjoyed a small private terrace There is a large rooftop area as well. Breakfast is prepared individually at the time selected and is very nicely done There are vending machines just at the lobby for a cold drink or coffee at any time Excellent shuttle to the airport and the best location for restaurants or seaside I will always choose this for both my arrival into Italy and my departure- a couple days on both ends

Highly recommended, the service was a amazing. The location is really close to the beach about a 5 min walk away. The airport is only 10 mins away! And the FOOD is so good and FRESH. Everything is homemade and taste wonderful. If you stay here, ask for the pasta. The rooms are a little small but they are perfect

When our flight was delayed, we found a room avaialble at this hotel via Booking.com. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and quiet. However, the excellent customer service alone deserves a glowing review. In addition to providing comfortable transport back to the airport the next day, when we lost our receipt and emailed the hotel to see if they could send a copy, they responded in minutes with the requested information. During a stressful trip, our experience here was thankfully easy and calm.

Hotel De La Ville Relais is a good deal if you want a hotel close to the airport for the night. It’s very basic, but clean. The rooftop patio was a great place to cool off with a glass of wine and breezes felt from the ocean. Nice choices for breakfast included in hotel fee. The staff was very accommodating and friendly which made the visit more enjoyable. For an added fee they have a shuttle to the airport.

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the A/C is cold. The breakfast is excellent and we are happy to be spending our vacation / engagement here.
As We don’t speak Italian, I asked the hotel staff many questions. I spoke to Rose and Christina the most. They were unbelievable hosts to us. Rose even went out of her way and helped us many times with an issue with a parking ticket and how to avoid getting them. I was so impressed by the caring nature that was shown to two foreign people coming to enjoy all Italy has to offer. There are a lot of restaurants on the beach which are very very good. The location is safe which was important to me. The beach is beautiful and only steps away from the hotel.
We are enjoying our stay at this hotel and I think anyone else would as well. Thank you to all the staff including the gentleman serving us breakfast each day. The staff here is fantastic. We will be back on a return trip in the future.
To the hotel, thank you for employing such wonderful and helpful people. We are impressed.

Very welcoming, friendly and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and courteous and happy to help at all times. Had a busy schedule due to work and they were happy to accomodate a constantly changing schedule. Private parking is also very good to have in a relatively busy area.

This hotel is a gem! We were staying in Rome for one night before continuing on to Sicily. This hotel provided a shuttle from and to the airport. The room was spotless and the bathroom well equipped. It is only three minutes from the beach and a vast number of restaurants. Both Rose and Roberto were so helpful in giving us recommendations and suggestions. They spoke English very well and were willing to speak Italian with my wife so she could practice. Breakfast on the third floor with a view of the Mediterranean was a lovely way to start the day. Recommend without hesitation! Mille Grazie!

The rooms are very clean. Great area. Breakfast is great also great walking area along the sea from the hotel Roberto is very friendly got a cab to drive us into the city. A little out of the way from the city center. A lot of cans around to take us back to the hotel

We decided to book this hotel for a few hours just to have a short stay at the beach before heading home. Just to keep our luggage and a quick shower before leaving. We booked the room the day before arrival, and informed that we were four people with luggage. Booked from 3pm to 5pm. When we checked in we experienced the owner of the place quite unpleasant. She wanted us to pay a higher price than we had agreed upon the day before. After a long heated discussion and showing here the mail correspondance she finaly gave in. We went to the room.. showered and got out of there in 30 min... really poor service!!
