We booked into the Terraces Apartments for a nights accommodation after a 3night cruise. Our disembarkation was at 9am so we contacted hotel prior to request if possible an early checkin. At checkin (9.30am) we were greeted by warm, friendly & hospitable staff - much much much better than we recieved at a 5* resort prior to cruise. To our surprise they were able to give us a downstairs room which we were truly happy with overlooking the luscious, well kept gardens & pool area. The room was another pleasant surprise - large, spacious & comfortable with modern facilities. Is it the "best" hotel I have stayed at probably not but was it one of the best experiences - ABSOLUTELY. An added bonus was the washer & dryer in room so I was able to get our washing done before going home. Given the devastating affects the pandemic has had on the hospitality industry they should be proud of the standard they have maintained. I would & will happily recommend this Apartment/Hotel

We stayed twice, before and after our trip out to the islands. Both apartments were well equipped, the second time we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was extremely spacious.
As others have mentioned, the location is great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The best thing for us was the proximity to the departure and arrival point to the Yasawa flyer. No worries about waiting for a bus or waking up earlier to catch said bus on the way out. On the trip back, the organisation of awesome adventures regarding luggage and buses left a bit to be desired so we were very glad to pick up our luggage and walk over to the apartments rather than staying in the confusion.
Customer service was also prompt and responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying again. :)

Located within 100-200 meters of Port Denarau Marina, these apartments are super convenient, spacious, clean, and fairly quiet. A great place for an overnight stay for those travelers on their way to or from the islands, an easy walk from the marina ferries and restaurants, and approx. 30 minutes by taxi to Nadi airport. Our room was large and well appointed, and it was great to be able to launder wet clothes before flying home in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would stay again without hesitation.

I leave tomorrow and I wanted to make sure that before I leave I say special thank you to Rohit (GM) and all the front office and lobby staff including Karishma, Kritikha, Vinal my IT specialist, Nitesh, Galo and the others whose names I’m not sure of, Shavneel and all the wonderful maintenance, Millie and all the gorgeous housekeeping staff (and Ravin the gardener). Please forgive me if I have forgotten anyone.
Thank you for all you did to look after me and make sure I enjoyed my stay at the Terraces. This was my second stay in six months and just as wonderful as the first stay in July/August 2019.
The resort (although the smallest in Denarau) is big on everything. They look after their guests wonderfully.
The resort is well kept with beautiful gardens. The rooms are big and comfortable, fully equipped apartments which the housekeeping staff keep spotlessly clean.
Both times I found it to be very quiet and relaxing. It’s just across from Denarau Marina which is fantastic as there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and other shops just across the road.
Although I didn’t use the pool, I have walked past it and the guests using the pool seemed to be enjoying themselves.
There is also a cafe on site in case you want to eat in.
A fantastic resort with a fantastic team, headed by Rohit Kant who goes out of his way to make sure we are looked after very well.

My husband and I stayed one night at The Terraces before flying home. We chose The Terraces based on the convenient location. It is a one-minute walk from the Port Denarau area where the excursions leave from, along with restaurants and shops. We had a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (Room 111). It was in between the lobby and the pool area. It can get a bit noisy at night when guests walk by. The apartments themselves are very spacious. There is a bedroom and a living room area with a double bed. The washer/dryer in the room is very handy as well. Overall, I would recommend The Terraces.

Just opposite the port shopping centre and cruise terminal the location is great for transiting between the Islands and Nadi.
Friendly checkin, one bedroom apartment room was spacious and more than enough for our needs. The aircon was quiet and worked well (the best we’ve had in 2 weeks in high-end resorts). Wifi worked ok. There was even a washing machine and dryer!
There was a basic kitchen (and there’s a small supermarket across the street at the port - but prices are high and range limited).
The pool area looked nice enough.
The front desk staff were so helpful. In reception is a large waiting area with comfortable lounges and work areas. There are a few cafes very nearby (and Sails also does breakfast).
The design of the room is great and everything was so quiet. We slept very well. Ask for a ground floor room if you aren’t great with stairs.
Transfer buses (and the bula bus) stop right at the door, Westbus (for Nadi town) is a few steps away.
We were very happy with our stay.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in June. The apartment was spacious and overlooked the pool and golf course. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed drinks at the pool and a massage. I would highly recommend the Terraces for those that like value for money, spacious accommodation in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Denarau Marina has to offer. Just a short stroll to catch a boat to the outer Islands or a bus around the island or into Nadi.

We enjoyed two nights here before heading to the Coral Coast. While there isn't the ocean views of the resorts, it's lovely to sit on the verandah and enjoy the tropical greenery and look over the pool. The pool was never crowded and bar/cafe service was good. The port is just across the road and we did a half-day South Sea Island cruise very conveniently. The shops were also close buy and we got what we needed for not much more than the supermarkets in Nadi (and a better selection). The apartment was clean and spacious (although the third bedroom was quite small) and it was good to have two bathrooms. The main reason for only four stars is the design of the units. Being upstairs, and split over two levels, the 2 & 3 bedroom units are not ideal for the elderly or families with small children who can't carry their own bags. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful with cot/high chair etc and restocked our coffee as needed.

Recently back from the Terraces. We stayed for two nights to play golf before we headed to the islands. 1 bedroom apartment 117 was lovely and spacious overlooking the 3rd hole. Close to the marina for plenty of food options . The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The cyclone meant we had to leave the island 1 night early so we returned to The Terraces. We were given a different room which had a revolting smell. A quick chat with the manager and we were moved to a 2 bedroom apartment on the second flood room 210 . The room was again very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the management being so helpful . The pool was extremely warm but understandable with the high temperatures we encountered. Will defiantly stay again if we visit Denarau .

We love this resort for many reasons & try & stay twice a year. We have just returned after a 9 night stay with our good friends in a 2brm appt. These appts have everything you require to make your stay very comfortable. The grounds garden & pool are very well maintained by the hard working Ravin, who takes pride in all that he does, even after the cyclone. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The location is so convenient to Port Denarau, with plenty of options to dine out & drink. We can’t wait to return again in 2024

Hi Port Denarau which is within walking distance from the Terraces has a few restaurants that have seafood on their menus. Depending on personal preferences and ones own definitions of reasonably prized it might just pay to have a walkabouts and view their menus and pricing also. If pressed for time view photo gallery on trip advisor of past patrons photos of food at the restaurants. I know a few friends who enjoy the seafood platters on offer at restaurants at Port Denarau. Again depending on personal preference. Hope you have a great trip!
Toiletries are supplied and you can buy laundry detergent at reception. We shopped at the market at the marina which is a very short walk from the apartments.
Yes absolutely. It’s just a short Bus ride to Radisson, Sheraton, Westin etc or if energetic it’s a flat walk from The Terraces. Some have signs saying Hotel Guests only but it’s never a problem.
There is a nice pool overlooking the golf course at The Terraces but this is just a basic pool compared to the more elaborate pools at other places.
Not recommended to eat at the pool cafe at The
Terraces. Less than average food but you are directly across the road from the Port with plenty of choices there.
There are more places to choose from in the Denarau Island area.
