Very outdated hotel. Have to enter the hotel from another area to get to our room. Building inside smelled strong of pinesol. Hallways smelled like smoke, very creepy looking hallways. The room itself was hard to get in, wifi was inaccessible even with the password. Sink is separate from the shower and toilet. Didn't want my kids washing in the shower. The lock on our door was hanging off the wall even though the hotel was "newly renovated". Ice machine wasn't in working order. Walls are dented, have black marks. Was saved by the breakfast which was nice; waffles, bagels, eggs, sausages, yogurts, etc. Save your money and go elsewhere

Easy access, good parking, room and lobby recently decorated, decently clean but already showing signs of wear. Hope hallway renovations are next on the lust.Toileteries provided (singles). Fitness room closed, outdoor pool open large breakfast area with minimal offerings. Japanese restaurant onsite ( didn't try) Unusual access to rooms on first floor- either from ground floor (entrance tuck away in a corner) or weaving from lobby/restaurant/breakfast room downstairs.

Economical accommodations in the Brockville area, right off the 401. The outside appears dull and faded while the inside is certainly dated. The inn is in dire need of a renovation. While the current economic situation has prices artificially inflated, you would expect a more warm and inviting atmosphere when you first see the exterior and walk into the lobby.

We travelled up from NS on Monday August 16th . Upon check in we were told to go out around the side and enter through that door . The door had no security and once we stepped inisde the hallway , it was disgusting , it smelled and there was dirt and papers everywhere , totally disgusting . We opened room to a musty smell and bathroom was dirty and smelly . Believe me I never complain and have never written a review but felt I needed to on this one. I went back to desk and asked to be checked out , which the guy at the desk did so for me . I felt so bad for him as you could see he was embarrassed . Shame on whomever owns this place and expects people to stay there , totallly a ZERO rating , who everever does your online photos you best tip them , this was nothing like the pics and like I said , I have travelled all m life and this is my first time complaining , that should say something

You can stay at a brand new Hampton by Hilton just north of Days Inn for $5-$30 more a night. The DaysInn is rundown, not maintained. Bathtub drain blocked. Shower diverter only half works. Paint and woodwork chipped. Inadequately staffed.

Reserved a room based on advertising special prices through middle August to end of the month. Reserved directly with the hotel and not one mention of rates $100.00 more because it was a Saturday night. $282.00 (included taxes) for one night in a possible two star hotel, owned by Days Inn by Wyndham. Newly renovated signage has been there for years. Staff was polite and apologetic, left name and number and nothing from Management.

While visiting family in Brockville, we decided to take a room at the local Days Inn. Room was quite spartan. The room's floor was vinyl making it feel cold. The first room they gave us had a malfunctioning heater - how can the desk person not know this? They re-assigned us to a room with a functional heater.

We arrived at 1:30am, traveling from Montreal to London due to a family emergency. The person at the front desk told us we needed to book online when we arrived. I made the reservation in the car, went back to front desk, and discovered the mistake. Because it was past midnight, it appeared we were booking for the following night. So the person at the front desk said he would cancel the 'Bookings.com' reservation and charged us again for the room. Nice scam. They collected money for 2 nights.
Overall a horrible experience. This is one of those places where they just can't get the smell of tobacco out of the carpet so its soaked in Pine Sol.

The AC control was unreadable so we almost freez to death, the wifi so bad I had to use my own data. And the service is just awful you can tell that people from the night shift really don't care. Bottom line it's better to pay a little bit more

I did not feel safe in this low budget motel. I had know idea what I was getting into. Way over priced! Anyone with mobility issues would not have been able to get to the breakfast room. My bed had 3 flat pillows folded in half, one had a very large lump in it. Door to the room was not very secure and you don’t need a key to enter the side door of the building. Anyone off the street could have gained entrance. Scrambled eggs were a powdery consistency, gross! Bathroom fan was ancient, and extremely loud & annoying.
Won’t be back.
