Lovely hotel with no dissapointments. We were in the annex, but both parts looked great . Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast in both quality and choice. Cool clean comfortable room which was very quiet and peaceful. We had expected some noise as it is so central but it was quiet and peaceful, we slept so well.

The rooms are comfortable, stylish and spacious. We paid the modest supplement for an annexe room, which is super quiet, with a small heated pool and zero disturbance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are equally chilled out and the chef will cook hot food and make smoothies, to order. The location is great; handy for, PDI, Masapalomas and Meloneras and a great starting point for some lovely walks. If you’d like airport transfers, best to give reception a days notice; but they sorted us out in a few minutes, on our last day. Only two small gripes; the beds were little firm for our liking and the bathroom light on a sensor stays on a little too long, during the night. We were delighted with our stay - obviously, the weather in January is a bonus. Thanks all!

What can I say, this hotel is just perfect. It is very quiet and peaceful. It's so clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast each morning was wonderful, great selection and omelettes made to order. You can help yourself to tea & coffee all day in the small restaurant.
The room was lovely and nicely docortated. There is a small fridge, which is so useful. All rooms have a front terrace overlooking the pool and a back terrace which is private. (Main complex only).
The location is very central, across the road from yumbo centre, and about 20 min walk to beach.
We had a car hired for the week and was always plenty of free street parking available outside the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Nayra over the Christmas period and had a great time. We had a room in the annex which is just across the road from the main hotel and it was lovely, very quiet and relaxing. There weren't many staying at the hotel during our stay, probably due to Covid, which meant we almost felt we were the only people there! The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and we found there was ample choice, from cooked to continental and the chef was always available to cook to order, always done with a smile too! Even though the hotel is very close to the Yumbo centre we didn't hear any noise from it, even in the evening. The whole complex was very clean and we spent most of our time at the pool which was spotless with loads of sun loungers. Overall can't fault the hotel and to be honest, it made our stay and we would certainly return, highly recommended

We happened across this place in a search of Jet2 packages for a last minute getaway winter sun holiday. It’s part of their Vibe collection. We normally do 4• all inclusive but have found we end up eating out 3-4 nights a week, so the bed and breakfast only basis suited just fine. As for that breakfast, well it’s easily on par with any of the all inclusive buffets, just on a smaller scale as there are only 46 rooms in this hotel. Really modern layout, all facing the pool. The closest rooms are literally 3m from your patio door to the poolside and the furthest rooms less than 10m. Massive wet room style showers edged by full glass window, retaining privacy whilst allowing you to feel very daring showering in the open. Powerful air con, international tv, smart tv for Netflix if that’s your thing. 2 mi ute walk to the Yumbo centre for shopping and nightlife. 10 minute walk to the beach. And yet it hits the mark with the over 18 vibe, this is easily the most peaceful holiday we have had. One word of warning that I should include for a balanced review: if you are old fashioned or bigoted then this hotel might not be for you as around a third of the occupants are all male couples. Then again, if you are then why come to Playa de Ingles as that’s probably the general demographic of tourists here in the resort. Luckily we are neither and we met some charming and entertaining couples. We would definitely visit the Nayra again it’s fabulous.

Excellent and quiet hotel for adults. In addition to excellent cleanliness, value and modern style room the service and friendliness of the staff were first rate. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of hot and cold food. No coffee or tea in room but available free all day from the café. Location was 20 minutes walk to the beach and directly opposite the Yumbo Centre for shopping and a wide choice of eating places.

Adults only hotel. We had a transfer with tui and it took about an hour (get a private transfer if you can afford it, approx 20 mins) Arrived around 10.30pm and had a smooth swift check in I emailed the hotel prior to my visit to ask if there was Aircon (yes and free) a safe (yes and free) beach towels (yes and free) an iron (I was told we could have access to one if we went to reception so was surprised to find they had already put one in our room on arrival, BONUS POINTS) fridge which was replenished with water everyday. Our room was spacious, in the main building, had 2 single beds (quite firm and my husband who has a back problem slept on the sofa most nights instead) Ample wardrobe and shelving space, walk in shower room and 2 sinks. Patio area at both front and back and a washing rail. Toilet had automatic sensor lights which were great but not so much when going to the toilet in the night as it’s soooo bright. Partial wall you pull out to keep lights out at night from the street at the back. Tv in room with a couple of English Channels. Free WiFi. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and a could of Bali beds. Pool is a good temperature with a few concrete loungers in to cook you off. There is an annex over the road with more rooms and another pool. Rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast was buffet with a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Antonio the chef was very helpful. There is also Prosecco if you fancy a Prosecco breakfast. The toast machine needs work, it moves that fast you need to put bread in about 8-10 times before it turns brown. Fruit juices and coffee a plentiful. We had a problem with our shower not draining and it was fixed very quickly. You could get food and drinks throughout the day but we didn’t use so can’t comment. Location is great. Over the road from Yumbo centre and about a 15 minute walk to beach. Approx 4 euro in a taxi. Many restaurants and bars to chose from in yumbo centre and beach area There is a gym, but no Aircon in it so it gets very hot. There is no money exchange at the reception but you can change in yumbo centre. All reception and cleaning staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. We came in September and weather was perfect. As it’s quite a closed in hotel there isn’t much of a breeze. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again. Well done Nayra and keep up the good work.

our second visit to the Nayra and again they are maintaining there standards, spotless clean, attentive staff, great breakfast, all day teas and coffees and they now have tea and coffee in the rooms. smooth check in, A/C put on to pre cool the room after a long journey, netflix, prime, disney channels for you to log into and now have bbc and itv, the pool was as peaceful as we remember with ample sunbeds, comfy for the ladies to go topless and the room terraces for some bare skin bathing, loads of plug sockets including usb charging, free safe and toiletries with little sewing kit, shoe shine sponge and mini tooth brushes with paste. if you want peace and quiet to re charge the batteries this is the place for you and being in the heart if playa de ingles, getting around is a doddle.

Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food at breakfast is acceptable with the added benefit of unlimited use of the hot drinks machine until evening time. The pool is small and not very deep. The room was bright and clean, the surprise was the shower, it had plain glass which over looked the rear patio area, this was used by the maid to enter the room each morning, not a problem unless you forgot to put the do not disturb card on the door. The rear patio had a table and chairs and a washing line. The safe was free to use and there were toiletries provided. The only negative really was a lack of any lounge area, no where to sit and relax with a drink in a comfortable chair.

My partner and I stayed here for our first visit to Gran Canaria so we were a little h sure what to expect. Our flight was originally delayed 5 hours due to snow storms at home and sand storms at GC, so we weren’t off to the best start! The staff at reception were very welcoming and ensured we got to our room in the Annex and settled comfortably. Breakfast was nice, with a mix of hot and cold food, juices and hot drinks, the chef was happy to cook extra bacon and omelettes right in front of us 😋 The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the playa del ingles beach, and right across the road from Yumbo centre. Both are packed with great bars and restaurants. Reception were very helpful in finding us a car to hire for a day and tickets to the nearby aqualand wager park.
Overall the rooms were very clean and modern, which is repeated throughout the hotel.
