Stayed 3 nights, hotel immaculate. Staff were cleaning high touch surfaces often, even the walls in the halls. A quiet relaxing stay as the hotel was not at capacity. Breakfast was enjoyable, limited selection because of Covid but still satisfying. Front desk staff always pleasant and hèlpful. Always a pleasure to see Brinn, one of the front desk staff.
Not a fan of the "window shaker" air conditioners as they can be quite noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep, would prefer central air, but not a deal breaker for us to stay there.

I was very impressed the Best Western Hotel in Sherwood Park. Check-in was swift and courteous. I was warmly greeted by name each time I encountered the person who checked me in during my stay and was greeted by other staff members each time I passed the reception area. We haven't had many opportunities to get away over the past year so when I was set to go out for a business trip I brought the family along. We had our first night in a different location in the city that wasn't such a great experience for everyone, but when we arrived at this Best Western the previous night was forgotten. The room was very clean. We had decent access to tv channels while the kids were winding down or we were getting ready for the day. The pool was a big hit with the kids, it was well maintained and a great temperature. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub while the kids swam. Breakfast a hit with the kids, they loved the options and we appreciated that they're still taking extra care during uncertain times.

We have stayed at this Best Western a number of times. The staff here are excellent and very helpful . The rooms are always clean and comfortable . Breakfast has a number of hot and cold selections. The breakfast room is a good size and open for watching tv or playing cards with a group throughout the day afte4 breakfast is over

The beds in this hotel are very comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet for a great sleep. The breakfast is included and includes warm and cold items. Parking is free and easily available. Staff at reception excellant and pleasant.

BW Inn &Suites in Sherwood Park always gives us a warm welcome. This is practically my second home as I’ve stayed here so often.
We were allowed to book the Breakfast Room to welcome many other family members who had arrived from out of town to attend our Mother’s funeral. Her children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren were all able to gather for some visiting time together.

What a great stay! The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. The breakfast was one of the best of any hotel that we have booked. It is now the only hotel we will stay at when travelling to Edmonton! The room prices were very competitive and we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Could not ask for anything more - it was just that good!

Once again Best Western did not disappoint us. This hotel has exceptional service and was very clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and would have like to have some room service on second day. They said we could call if we needed anything but really we paid the same price for both nights so thought we should have had our amenities at least replenished

Hello 101Holidayer: Thank you so much for staying with us again. We do our level best to be consistent with the cleanliness and service we provide. And as we strictly maintain the cleaning protocols, we refrain from going inside the room unless we need to service the room based on the guest request. We always advise the guest if they need additional amenities, they're just a phone call away. It defeats the whole purpose of what we are implementing if we go inside every occupied room and replenishing the amenities. I love the location and the fact that they had Platinum (and above status) Reward member parking out front. Although there were only a few of those VIP parking stalls, it was almost always full, however it’s a nice touch. Not sure if they monitor that parking or not, but still, it was nice to feel like you’re reward points status offer that kind of perk.
We stayed in room 320. View was the road but also very nice and sunny. We had friends staying on the north side and they never saw the sun much and their room was always dark. So, if you like the sun shining in your room, ask for a south facing suite.
Location is close to everything you need. Several restaurants are walking distance, a Starbucks, nail salon etc all in the common next door.
Bedding was alright. A bit starchy for my liking and the pillows were all quite firm. There is a pool and hot tub. We didn’t use it, but several others did and said it was good.
Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast. However, instead of bacon or ham they had chicken nuggets. A bit different but whatever, there are other options. Plus the breakfast is free.
Customer service was great. However, then there was Francis. I encountered him three times at the desk and although he helped me, I felt like I was interrupting him and taking his attention away from something more important. If it happened only once, I’d understand. But it was in fact all three times. Maybe he was under pressure. I wasn’t upset as I said, I did get dealt with but I just felt rushed and bothersome.
I would stay here again for sure.
