As a Diamond owner I was very pleased with the particular lock off room that I was given. The guests we had coming later in the week had developed some mobility issues before coming. We discussed that upon check in and extra efforts were put in place to relocate us in a ground floor unit that was greatly appreciated, Was very satisfied with the furnishings and cleanliness of both of the rooms that were part of the lock off. Overall the room was quiet and well appointed, not dirty and worn as some have experienced. Kitchen was well appointed and was able to cook several meals, even using the outside BBQ area for one meal. There was ample parking close to the building which was convenient. Did not get to walk around and check other buildings to see if they were all the same but was satisfied of what I did observe. Again thanks for staff and great stay , will recommend

It was overall ok for a visit. The pool is nice. The room was ok, but the bedroom door wouldn't latch close so you couldn't lock it. Not much privacy from our kids.thebfront The front door security lock just pulled right off the wall and there was a huge gap underneath the front door. The ceiling fan in the bedroom only had one speed, high or nothing. The main problem was the lack of communication about the COVID rules at the pool with regards to capacity. Nothing was explained at check-in. I was happy they were doing it, but there was confusion. We figured out the hard way that you had to be down there at 11am, 1pm, 3pm etc to get in if at capacity. The first few days, the lady that was in charge of the pool, named Quiari, was really rude about everything. Our first day at the pool, she told my kids they couldn't have their rings. I said my son who is autistic needed it and that there were no signs posted stating the no floatie rule. Next day, she typed up signs on paper and put them on the door. Our room had a view of the pool and I saw another mom with her kid in a floatie. Why? The other girls who worked at the pool in the following days were super nice and helpful. Courtney, who filled in at Aqua was awesome too! Most all employees were very nice except Quiari.

I really don't know why I decided to give this place another chance after how unclean the room was last visit, but yet again here I am walking all over someone else's pubic hair 🤮 the maids here seem to be very lazy, as I see plenty of other reviews complaining about the cleanliness. I'm so glad I went in the room first and disinfected all commonly used surfaces!! And don't get me started on the check in process, the girl at the front desk was a pain in the butt, very rude! There was an issue accepting my boyfriend's CC since he wasn't with me, and my room was non refundable. I told her "I'm going to have to sleep in my car if you can't make something work, as I am in from Las Vegas". She merely shrugged. 😠 I would stay anywhere else if you can, this property has sucked and apparently continues to suck.

This resort was horrible. Very misleading from the minute I arrived. Asked me to go to an “informative” meeting not a sales meeting, but when we arrived was told it would be a straight sales pitch so I opted out. Was given nothing for the waste of time. The spa & pool edges inside were lined with thick coat of dirt or scum.(I have attached a photo) I called front desk on Monday to tell them this & was told they’d get it cleaned. Went to spa on Tuesday & still dirty. Went into office & was FINALLY cleaned later that morning. Was charged a daily amenity fee when: 1. The first day you can’t even check in until 4:00pm, so how can I use amenities. 2. The pool spa was dirty. 3. When 55 people at pool all were asked to leave for 15-20 mins for sanitation of area. 4. Fitness room was closed the whole time. 5. Check out tune on Saturday was 10am, so no use of any amenities that day either. What a rip off this resort is. They charge their owners & exchangers for WHAT??!! Front desk staff very rude & uncaring. Unit outdated & dirty. Never will I go to any of this management other resorts. Dishwasher did not work & had water standing in the bottom & did not dry dishes. Upon check out, the woman at front desk was not friendly at all & didn’t even ask how my stay was. There are other resorts in this same area, so choose one of them instead.

Every place we wanted to visit, it seemed, was just 30 minutes away. The resort is very conveniently located. Our rooms were not “upscale” (the resort is undergoing renovations so that will change), but they were very comfortable. Unlike other places we’ve stayed using our RCI weeks, the Villa Mirage rooms were well-equipped — toaster, coffeemaker, all the utensils you’d need, and plenty of soaps, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and towels. That’s not always the case.
The pool was undergoing warranty work for the first couple of days we were there, but it reopened mid-visit and was very nice. Plenty of lounge chairs, music but not too loud, a pool long enough to swim laps in, and a couple of hot tubs. Two pickle ball courts (no tennis, boo!), a basketball court, and a well-equipped fitness center are all pluses for this resort. The poolside bar/eatery has an extensive drink menu but very limited food menu. The resort has no coffeeshop on the grounds or even within a reasonable walking distance — something like that would be an excellent upgrade to the facility.

We love staying at this resort when we come down for Spring Training. It is located close to the 101 loop which allows access to all ballparks and tourist sites. It is also close to lots of excellent Restaurants, grocery stores and a movie theater. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There is no maid service unless you pay extra which is fine, we do not need it. There are plenty of supplies though if you requests extra towels or soap. We were at the back of the resort which was very quiet and we love that. Amenities in the room include Wi-Fi, Full Kitchen, flat screens in both bedrooms and living room and also 2 bathrooms. Rooms are somewhat dated but are comfortable and clean. Full kitchen is always nice for a longer stay. The Aqua bar provides a limited menu of food and drinks, prices are good. Wish the Aqua bar was open for breakfast, it has limited hours (11 am -7 pm). Enjoyable pool, although small. Fitness center is available.
Tip: We know from experience to book a first floor room (one of us has knee issues) because there are no elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors.

Stayed as part of DVC club thru RCI. Studio first floor in front was a great location with parking directly in front. Clean small room with small terrace. Nicely furnished with kitchen. Older hotel with 1980s style that could use an update ex pink bathroom. Front desk staff was great. Pool area and botanical area are very pretty. Lots of condo construction in area. Overall pretty location and close to everything. Downside - they tell you to go to the desk across from the front desk for a “free gift” which is just flyers, map and silly coupon for some area restaurants which are ‘meh’. The free gift is just a hook to push you into going to a timeshare presentation. If you don’t want a timeshare, decline being pushed over to the other desk. Also they have resort fees which really aren’t worth the $30.00 per day.

I stayed at the holiday inn vacation club less than a year ago and in comparison, this resort gives 0 room service, I had to keep asking for garbage bags because we had 1 for a whole week. One morning there was a roach in the sink. Convenience of pool was nice, quick walk. All the workers were nice. Our room was half tile and half carpet, we were in one of their older buildings.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Hilton Villa Mirage. I take my vacations with my family very seriously and I always I research vacation destinations thoroughly to find the nicest resorts and destinations. I am admittedly somewhat of a vacation snob. I was hesitant on the resort because some of the reviews stated that it needed updating, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door of our two bedroom condo. Hilton is updating and remodeling all the rooms and we had a remodeled one. It was very nice with upgraded applicances and new furniture. We always stay in highly rated hotels and this one lived up to that mark as well. The resort is smaller but they have plans to expand. We ate several times as the pool bar and the food and drinks were very tasty and reasonably priced. The pool area was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My family has already decided we want to go back. It was a wonderful experience there and I highly recommend it.
