The views are fantastic. Nice surprise to find very friendly waitstaff and reasonable priced food that was delicious. Only down side is there are stairs to get to it, not sure about handicap entrance. Great find, will go again!

I picked the Country Inn and Suites having stayed in one in PA in the past. It was very clean/sanitized. Unfortunately no breakfast buffet (to be expected at this time of course), but they did have bags of muffins/breakfast bars/water for you every morning and coffee available in lobby. Two pools (one indoor, one outdoor and a hot tub inside). The pool had reduced capacity (25 people instead of the normal 50). This was my only issue that one day it was very crowded at the pool, someone needs to check on the amount of people there. Mornings/early afternoon, we had the pool to ourselves. Location was good, Martha's ice cream right across the street. Unfortunately Great Escape/Hurricane Harbor was not open but it's right next door, you could walk there. Mini golf/go karts right down the road. Johnny Rockets nearby also. Special mention to Jeff Apple and Sydney, very helpful and always working hard for their guests. There's no housekeeping unless you request it. You can get towels/trash pick up or just get your own fresh towels from the desk in the lobby. Thanks for a great stay :)

We had a great experience here. The hotel, room, breakfast area, pool and outside were very clean. The Shower pressure was a 3.5 on 5. The breakfast items were ok. They had 2 very clean waffle makers with all kinds of choice toppings. They even went the extra distance and offered whipped cream. The offered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and home fries. I didn't eat from that because I do not like eggs from a warmer plate. I would rather have them made fresh. We paid about $220 CAD for 2 nights starting on a Sunday. It would cost triple if we stayed at the 6 flags Great Lodge. The hotel offers fresh baked cookies and coffee and tea. I would definitely come back if we ever decided to go to 6 flags indoor water park.

My boyfriend, my daughter, and I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Queensbury for three nights in February. We originally had reserved two nights but front-ended a night due to an upcoming ice storm. The front desk was more than willing to make this accommodation and even let us stay in the same room. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Housekeeping is "on demand" so if you want fresh towels or your trash emptied you need to leave it outside your door. We had a king suite which was perfect for the three of us. Breakfast is served every morning--cereal, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles, eggs, a breakfast meat and potatoes. Our only suggestion would be that the bagels and toast be moved to another area because people waiting for the toasters crowds the area.
Our only complaint would have to be the size of the bathroom. The size and layout is rather awkward.
If you are looking for a hotel close to The Great Escape, you can't get any closer. It would be a 5 minute walk to the gates.

I stayed here for Americade week in September. I found this place to be very comfortable and affordable. I used both the indoor and outdoor heated pools and found them to be very clean. The staff I interacted with were very friendly. Bobbi-Joe and I shared some jokes as well! The rooms are not cleaned daily due to covid, however they bring you whatever you ask for such as fresh towels etc. 15 of us will now be staying here for Americade next year as well as we have already made the reservations. Great place and glad we found our new go-to spot to stay during Americade week!

I used this hotel (again) for a three-day stay while traveling on a writing assignment. This hotel is a good buy for the services and everything for the price. It was more expensive than during previous stays, but the rooms are nice and large, and the free breakfast is very nice for what you pay. There are always free cookies in the lobby, and everyone here is very helpful and friendly. I did have a couple problems in my bathroom...the toilet was VERY slow to flush, and also the show curtain (where it curves out) allowed the shower curtain to slide towards the middle, so it was tough to keep water off the floor. But it was still a good purchase for the price. I would go back there in the future, and would recommend it to others.

We wanted a night away, a room with a jacuzzi/hot tub in the room to just unwind and relax. Originally booking through priceline, there was some issue with priceline and the price I was given, they refunded me my money. I was having such trouble with trying to book online, called Radisson customer service. They explained to me their site was down. After all this, Im like is it even meant for us to go!? I called the Country Inn & Suites, and spoke to Parker at the front desk. She is the reason that made me believe it was meant. She was so patient, kind, friendly and helpful. Inbetween checking guests in, helping guests, she was listening to everything that happened with me and trying to help me. She handled everything amazingly. Upon arrival, I was so looking forward to meeting to her. She was great! Such warm, friendly energy. Our room was great, the jacuzzi tub in room was a perfect way to unwind and relax. Room was outdated, can use some new decor and updating. But it was clean and perfect for what we wanted.

We reached the hotel at 2:45pm, the check in was quick. They asked us to wear masks at all times in public areas, we were mindful of that but there are many people in hotel who does not give a damn about Corona. I urge them to wear masks.
I found front desk lady quite loud when she speaks probably she thinks that while wearing masks the tone is lowered I agree but she was loud to the point that I found it rude sometimes.
Pools were open to my surprise. There was no social distancing followed and there were people more than allowed limit. They had indoor as well as an outdoor pool.
They are giving a carry in breakfast packets, which we forgot to take before 10pm so cannot comment on that. Coffee was available all the time at the front desk.
Overall pleasant experience, shall recommend!

From check in to anything we needed front staff was great and friendly. Ran into this one cleaning lady a few times and she was very sweet also as was the guy doing the pool… overall staff was excellent!! As for the room, it was clean and nice- we had one “issue” which I would consider an issue, we couldn’t open the shades because a piece was broken and on back order, but the maintenance guy opened it right away (it was great!). We utilized both pools, which were super clean and nice to use; as was the hot tub! I think the only thing I could really criticize would be the tub. We had a handicap room because of my mom and thank god for the bars on the wall, because the tub itself was slippery and she nearly fell. So I would (and will at check out shortly) suggest putting non slip strips in their tubs (especially the handicap ones). And change the shower head but honestly aside from that I would totally stay here again and I plan too.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for some rest and relaxation. The hotel is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The pool area is very nice and kept super clean. The hot tub is kept very clean and nice as well. The room was immaculate and the beds are super comfortable. I requested extra pillows and received them within about 19 minutes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Each time anything was needed they were happy to help and answer any questions. The breakfast bags were very well put together and offered some great choices, it’s a great service given the current pandemic and I for one appreciate the safety measures taken by all here. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend

They have discounted tickets to Six Flags at the front desk. It’s also close enough to Six Flags that you can walk, so you won’t have to pay for parking.
The suites along th east wing all face the amusement park. But its quiet by the motel. Lake George is still about 15 minutes away. But the wing faces the indoor pool.
There are more places to choose from in the Queensbury area.
