Our first time in Turkey and our first holiday in 4 years, we travelled as a family of 4 and had an amazing time, the hotel I can’t fault at all, rooms where clean and comfortable, food was great with a massive selection the pool area and pool bar/food area were great we never got bored. The staff at this hotel can not do enough for you even with the language barrier I have not met such friendly nice people anywhere else I’ve been. Special mentions for Sevval and Sahara in the pool area who literally made our holiday, Emrah and Emir in the animation team who were great always trying to get us involved without being pushy, Fadime the cleaning lady and countless other waiters and waitresses who unfortunately we didn’t get their names who did nothing but smile and make us laugh the whole holiday. The pools and slides where great kids never got bored once and the whole resort felt completely safe. The entertainment was fantastic, some seriously talented people doing the evening shows I wish I knew who some of them are to follow on the socials etc because they really where amazing. We would 100% visit this hotel again and are looking at booking again for next year, if we do I sincerely hope we meet some of the staff again.

Although the hotel is far from the city center due to its location, it tolerates this situation with its many different areas.
From the first moment you step into the hotel, it reveals its quality with carefully thought out details. The hotel is spread over a very large area and includes many cafes and restaurants with different concepts. With its Ultra All Inclusive concept, the facility, which offers the opportunity to eat in dozens of different types and flavors at any time of the day, really deserves appreciation in this area. I would like to thank Nazlı and Sema, who work in the restaurant department, for their close attention.
Although the hotel is located very close to the beach, there is also a shuttle service. So you can go from the hotel to the beach quite comfortably and easily. Although the beach is sandy, there are pebbles at the place where you enter the sea. Due to the wavy and deepening nature of the sea, you may prefer the pier when entering the sea.
At the hotel, you can have a very pleasant time with the dance performances that take place in the amphitheater in the evenings, which are more beautiful than the other and which are evidently given a lot of effort. In addition, you can experience that time flies like water with the Live Music presented in the other event area.
The location of the rooms is well-adjusted, and although it is quite hot outside, there is hardly any need to run the air conditioner. The wireless internet connection in the hotel works very quickly in the rooms as well. Drinks in the minibar are replenished daily. I can say that the cleanliness of the room is also adequate.
When I evaluate the hotel in general; I can happily recommend it for a truly five-star holiday experience where you can feel at home thanks to its friendly and helpful staff who give you the best value for your money.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the Crystal paraiso. We had a family room which was in need of a refurb - old decor. Rooms were cleaned daily but needed to remind the cleaners to leave clean towels & toilet roll. Mini bar stocked daily free of charge. The cafe downstairs open 11-11 is amazing with a large range of cakes, pastries and ice creams. The iced coffees are amazing! Staff at the phoenix bar only want to know you when you are tipping them! The restaurant is ok the food gets repetitive but always something to eat. They provide baby food also. Cocktails are nice. The snacks at the pool bar are really good, pizzas, burgers, pasta, salads etc… We hired the private gazebo (15 euro per day) includes a butler who brings drinks, fruit and ice cream etc) we had Ahmet for the week who was amazing! He couldn’t help us enough! Big shout out to Ahmet for his amazing service. We also visited the Turkish and the Italian a la carte restaurants. They are worth a visit. Pool parties every Monday and Friday. Also beach parties. Loads of shop about a 5 minute walk from the hotel selling all the fakes.

stayed here for 8 nights with my wife and 14 year old daughter. A very big hotel catering for hundreds that is very clean well organised and caters for everyone. Rooms cleaned every day minifridge refilled daily inc free bathing towels.The staff are mainly all young and respectful helpful people an majority of em speak english, we enjoyed the lobby bar especially murat and eg spoke English and were very helpful and good hosts serving us all different cocktails and also in there the pattiserie they served nice cold ham salad baguettes an fresh cakes. We weren't keen on the food in the main restaurant it was mainly turkish or continental with alot of fish we only ate in there twice an ate mostly from the pool bars burgers jacket potato etc. The entertainment in the day wasn't much played darts once and won didn't win anything though lol the night time entertainment was excellent as it had a main stage on the beach. The problem was there was too many different nationalities an not enough english speaking people it was mainly turkish and German I think I spoke to about 4 english families while we were there. I'd say if you just want to relax then it's a perfect break as also the location is in the middle of nowhere there is a block of shops and a restaurant about a mile away and belek cente was £40 return if u wanted to eat out.There was a number of excursions you can go on the pirate ship was great, beach was lovely with a la carte restaurant. All in all the hotel an staff were amazing but for me the food,location and the lack of english people put me off going back but that's just us if you want a lovely relaxed holiday to yourself then it'd be perfect. Overall, for us, it was an extraordinary hotel. I'll start with the good things:the hotel was renovated in 2021 and this was seen, because it smelled clean, there was no mold, as I read that you can find in other hotels, the extraordinary, diversified food, the cleanliness both in the hotel and on the beach and at the pool, excellent wi-fi including on the beach, but also in the whole resort, very good alcoholic and soft drinks, including imported drinks, very kind staff, always smiling. Ece or Ege, I don't remember their names well, they asked us for feedback and were extremely nice, Emre from the bar always with a smile on his face. They had shows every evening, a disco with themed evenings, extraordinarily well organized and beautiful. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Now I will also talk about the less pleasant things: the cleaning lady arrived at our room (5401) only at 2 p.m. when we wanted to sleep. If we put the note on the door that we don't want to be disturbed, no one from cleaning would arrive later. The towels were changed every time the room was cleaned, the linen was changed only once within 8 days. On the day of arrival, I found only a can of cola in the minibar. The next day the minibar was not refilled, after 2 days I communicated this to the reception and they immediately put the drinks in the minibar, after that no one refilled the minibar, except after I told the reception. This was unpleasant, because it was something we deserved. In the minibar were 2 cans of cola, one of slot, one of sprite, 2 cans of fuzetea, a bottle of still water and one of carbonated water. It would have been ideal to put a can of beer.

I traveled for 2 weeks family 4 for the first time to this hotel, over the span of these 2 weeks, we have experienced fantastic service from the staff. the hotel is not so far from Belek city center and you can travel eighter by taxi for 20 euro or by a local bus with 20 Lyra, a taxi will charge 40 euro from Antalya airport to this location, On arrival hotel management Mr. Nazim was such a gentleman and made us an exceptional stay he gave full support even when I had an issue with my flight ticket cancellation. food was of fantastic quality and its a heaven for the Turkish food lover, 24 hours you can find something to eat, there were no limit and any drink and food were available when you attending to the bar or the food counter at the pool or the restaurant, an amazing coffee shop start serving from 11 am to 11 pm with lovely live piano played by a nice pianist, hotel room conditions were okay but not 100% the pool area was a little crowded, guest relations (Ali and Gulnaz, very nice guys) have mentioned to me that they are working on this problem, and by next summer there will be a pool and aqua park expansions and all hotel rooms will be refurbished for newcomers of the hotel. the entertainment team was constantly active in running activities such as water polo, pool exercises, darts, fascinating pool parties with fantastic dancers, and an amazing sound and light team (DJS, etc..). the team had many small and strong connections with guests including myself and my son. Ali, working with the team, was a really nice guy and welcomed many guests such as me and my family to all activities. overall I can strongly recommend this hotel for your family holiday

"Stayed from 15-22 Aug, rooms lovely and spacious and you get free use of the room safe. We did request for a landview from the room window when we booked it, but I didn't get that. Mini bar in room was not working asked for it to be looked into but nothing got done, supposed to be topped up daily but we went days without that happening. Cleaner spent about 2 mins in the room daily, making bed up and quick change of towels. Air conditioning a godsend with temps hitting 100* outside. As usual you book activities or in the hotel itself the next day after checking in, but you do get pestered by the staff to have a Turkish bath and massages. Turkish bath was 50-60 euros so that was a yes from me & mrs although slight expensive:) Gymnasium was quite tidy, although the cross trainers and bikes could do with replacing. Patisserie was one of my favourite stops daily, the cakes served are delicious and I believe most are made onsite. Restaurant has a comprehensive range of foods every day, wide range and table service for your drinks. Outside area brilliantly laid out for the children, with activities daily. Entertainment in the evening was top class, although acrobatic shows all the time can be about boring. Snack bar and pool bar open 24hrs for those who like to drink and eat all around the clock:)) The beach is nearby aswell and few minutes away from the hotel if you walk it or take a shuttle service that is a tractor taking you. All staff friendly and helpful A few niggles but overall a brilliant hotel, highly recommended"

We stayed one week with 1 y kid in the end of september. We were given a family room instead of standard and it was huge and great to be in the second room when kid was sleeping. First evening the shower was broken but fixed promptly. We also had a bath in room which was great with kid because the pools were mostly cold. The kids area pool is mostly in shade at all sides and so the coldest pool, could have heating. Main pool was even less cold. Next time we choose a hotel with heated kids pool. The main pool area is extremely loud and low quality nightclub music playing LOUD all over so it was impossible to spend time there except we had to eat lunch in the pool snack bar as the kid was sleeping on main lunchtime. It seemed to annoy others with kids also. Food was good and available 24 7. Even kids straw drinks available in playroom. There was plenty of activity even ouside pools e.g playgrounds in and out and beach so never got boring during the week. Hamam was great after being cold in pools area. Room was a bit old and towels were changed everyday but the floor was mopped and linen changed only once during our stay. We had a room in the last block in very end it was pretty quiet but the walls and windows had no soundproofing. There is plenty of staff everywhere and super friendly but not speaking much english. Overall i would spend time again there but the horrible music in pool area is stopping me. Otherwise great hotel.

This is a resort where you cannot miss anything: from an excellent choice of food, drinks, the staff and the level of cleanliness, entertainment.I would like to mention a couple of people from Guest Relation, especially Resat, Ege Ali and Gulnaz, who made sure that my family is ok at all times and ensured that our time spent in the hotel was amazing. Lots and lots of pros: the cleanliness, the choice of food, including 3 a la carte restaurants. Entertainment was good, we especially liked that the rooms were quiet ( we stayed in building no. 3 and it was perfect). The events, music, entertainment were far away from the rooms, which was excellent for resting. The beach is a bit far to walk in the Turkish sun the shuttle bus is so often that it didn’t matter. The beach and the sunloungers were disinfected every morning. The staff is very well trained ( even though some of them cannot speak english) they did absolutely everything in their power to ensure we are ok. The pastry shop in the lobby has the best ice cream and waffles. The drinks in the fridge are restocked and free ( soft drinks and water, all branded).thank you all from Andreea, Mariana Aura and Puiu.

My honest review of this hotel. 1st day we felt very disappointed with the 2 rooms they were like attic rooms and unsuitable asked at guest relations to move room with no problem at all a swift move and all was fine. This hotel is very very good, the food is amazing it's everywhere and everything you could want even on the beach a lovely restaurant. Evening entertainment is great, staff are lovely and helpfull, beach is lovely and kept clean. Rooms clean and comfy, towels are changed daily if you need them, mini bar stocked up daily with cola, Fanta, sprite, water and juices. Good Wi Fi. Relax pool has a bar and Cabanas you can hire its lovely there if you want a little quiet time. The coffee lounge has the most amazing cakes pastries and sandwich rolls. The cakes are to die for. On the beach you can hire Cabanas for 20 euros per day and has a waiter service for food and drink, also a lovely fruit platter in the afternoon or you can upgrade to Cabanas that have a small seating area with a full fridge of drinks and a safe to lock things away while you go for a swim 40 euros a day. We loved it best hotel we have stayed in Turkey, yes its a bit out of the way quite a few shops a short walk away but if you put a little effort into bus timetables etc its cheap and easy to get around. I will definitely be back.
