Stayed here after 12 nights in Las Vegas to meet border crossing requirements during pandemic, entering back into Canada.
I stayed 3 nights. Room was clean & comfortable with a sofa, fridge & microwave. Breakfast was included in the room price, which included a muffin, juice & breakfast sandwich. I also ate next door at the casino restaurants. More than anything else, the hotel staff were above & beyond friendly & helpful. Although the hotel rooms at the Akwesasne Casino Hotel are newer & nicer, I would definitely stay here again just for the great staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & won't hesitate to stay here again! Very happy!

Ashley at the front desk is wonderful. She goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met each and every time. Thank you Ashley. Whether it is early check in or handicapped room, Ashley has never failed me. She is professional and friendly. It is terrific to see such a great employee today.

My wife and I spent last Saturday night there. The check-in was quick, the room was very clean (cleaning seal on the door). No breakfast because of the recent Covid restrictions, coffee was good. Bed was very comfortable.

We are providing a wrapped Danish and muffin for breakfast currently; however, the seating area and hot foods have had to be discontinued due tot he ongoing pandemic. There was a wait until 5pm to check in due to rooms not being ready, no hair dryer was available in the rooms. The rooms needs a major renovation job, ex: remove the tub and only have a shower. The furniture needs an upgrade with usb plugs, the 32” led needs an upgrade to a 50”

I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay here again. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The pillows were kid sized and SO LUMPY that they made my ears hurt. The duvet had a hole in it and had a sheet just sitting over it. Meaning everyone can touch the duvet. Gross. The air conditioning unit was loud and kept us awake. Also concerning was the hotel door - there was a gap at the bottom, the lock seemed flimsy and the latch at the top did not close correctly. As two women travelling and staying on the third floor we felt unsafe.

As we arrived into the lobby my 90 year old mother said maybe you should asked to see the room before we check in. I had good reviews so I checked in. As we arrived to the elevator I started to notice the rug was stained and pulling up. When we got to the room there were so many stains on one the rug that we didn’t dare put anything on the floor. After looking around decide to check right out. The place is filthy.

Great location .The staff ,every staff member you meet ,friendly,helpful plus everyone seems quite happy. Breakfast well presented wonderful staff also very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained.I would recommend this hotel !

This was the third time we stayed here and had been great until this time. The room was great and clean but being on the first floor very loud. Unfortunately there was a dog in a room above us that barked almost continuously for 3 hours. Called the desk to report this but nothing seemed to have happened as the do barked for 2 more hours. Very unpleasant.

Great hotel--my wife and I were very impressed. Clean, new, well designed, excellent breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.), and great service. The little things were nice touches (excellent cookies in the lobby in the afternoon, etc.)
Only con--not the cheapest Comfort Inn you'll find (though the best, to be honest).

I have to admit that this was one of the BEST hotel experiences that I've had throughout my world travels. The staff was courteous, friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work . The breakfast was hearty they offered different options on each mornig. The food was fresh and the coffee FANTASIC. They made coffee and tea available at all times. The room was fresh,clean spacious and had great ameneties. Clean washroom,great water pressure and soft towels. Beds were beyond comfortable, sheets and pillows were fresh. Took advantate of the pool as well, it was well maintained and clean.
I will definately stay here again. I brought my parents here for their anniversary to enjoy casino and shopping and they were quite pleased!

The Comfort Inn brand became 100% Non-Smoking as of July 1, 2016. Our hotel actually became 100% Smoke Free as of January 1, 2013 while we were completing our expansion, for the benefit of all of our guests and associates.
Unfortunately no we do not. The entire Comfort brand of hotels is 100% smoke free in North America.
