Breakfast was excellent — check-in was easy — hotel is wonderful. Shuttle from the airport was fast and courteous. Our driver gave us information about Las Vegas while we were traveling the reception. Desk was very kind kept our luggage for us and arranged for early check-in. She gave us access to the pool and Jacuzzi while we were waiting for a room.

The Staybridge takes the appropriate Covid-19 steps: Employees wearing masks, good breakfast option for to-go bag, clean rooms.
It also is a handy base for a Las Vegas visit. Close to the strip, free parking, and comfortable rooms with a well-stocked kitchen.

I stay at properties all over the states and Canada and typically stay at IHG properties. This place is fantastic! Located conveniently to all the major casinos without the chaos or hassle trying to get in and out.
Alan and Ethan have both gone above and beyond when I'm here for buisness or vacations with my family (wife and 2 kids). Again I'm familiar with how a majority of hotels and resorts treat their guests and these gentlemen are exceptional.
The rooms are great as well. The building is constructed to where you dont hear anyone stomping above you. Their on site store has tons of options and should you require something else there are two convenient stores right across the street. Highly recommend this location.

This had the potential to be a good stay. I actually like being away from the madness of the strip and being able to park outside my room rather than wander here though a maze like in most hotels. The rooms are large and relatively clean, though my husband and I both smelled an old food smell or something that was quite persistent. I was disappointed that the people running the front desk gave me the crappiest room in my class they could, though, when the hotel was far from full on a weeknight, and seemed distracted and uninterested in helping me though I was the only person waiting in line. I paid more for their nicest group of suites, thinking even though it was higher than the cheaper rates at some of the most stylish places in town, that they would give me a decent room because I was paying their highest price point and am an IHG member with a lot of points and a lot of stays. When making the reservation I asked for a room on the highest floor possible with a decent view. when I checked in, the people working the desk seemed preoccupied with some other guest who wanted to go back into the back to look for something, and though I was the only person waiting to check in no one spoke to me until a second clerk came into the desk area, asked if I wanted to check in, and told me they would check me in soon. A few minutes later she did so in a very distracted way constantly looking over me as though something fascinating was just beyond me, asking me about all the details of my reservation in a questioning voice that made it seem she was unsure about what exactly I had reserved. Instead of a room on the highest floor, I got one on the lowest floor possible. Instead of having a decent view, that low floor room was on the worst side of the building facing the freeway so I get to watch all the cars zip by. There are two other sides and both of them are far quieter with pleasant views instead of the freeway. I don't think she even looked at or cared about my preferences. Don't bother joining IHG or being a repeat customer to the brand because they don't care a fig or even seem to be aware if you are one. Won't be staying here again. At this price point you can stay in a luxury hotel in Vegas where people won't act like you're offending them when you try to check in and where they look at what you asked for when they assign your room.

Ideal location if you have anything planned for allegiant stadium. Stadium is in fact within walking distance and if you have a vehicle or a car rental on side parking is very convenient. Staff was very friendly and efficient upon my arrival and very helpful with assisting with general questions queries and even a shuttle to and from the airport.
However, the room itself felt somewhat dated and the bed that I slept on in particular definitely needed the mattress to be replaced. Pillows were also not very comfortable the linens bedsheets and everything else did appear to be clean and fresh but the mattress itself was impossible to get a good nights sleep on.
The only other issue I encountered was that the location itself, again well very convenient to Allegiant Stadium, is really nowhere near anything else other than other small hotel chains within the same block. So if you have a hankering for a late night snack or wanna get pizza or a sandwich or snacks you’re pretty much on your own and how to make sure that you have that stuff purchased before you get back to your room.

I was excited upon arriving but that quickly changed after being told that our original reservation for a LV strip view was changed to a pool view. We were only compensated for 1 night and the rate was discounted for the remaining nights on both rooms to help soften the inconvenience. Dealing with the hotel manager, Stephanie - she can be difficult to talk to in person especially and over the phone. She comes off as condescending. Stephanie never admits her faults or faults of the hotel as she never apologized for all the things I pointed out that I found wrong with our rooms.(a handful were reported). Instead, she gives reasons that aren't necessarily pleasing to hear; simply put, she makes excuses. There's a lack of communication between staffs and the guests (us). Breakfast options were the same for the entire week and the evening social was not any better. There was no effort at all in changing the food items. I would not stay here again personally knowing that I would have to deal with Stephanie (manager) and the type of service provided again. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is conveniently located not too far from the strip and has easy access to the freeways.

I just completed a fantastical three night stay.
Admittedly, I am picky and quite a germophobe.
I stayed in a one bedroom King unit. I found it modern, spacious, gorgeously decorated, and (thankfully) meticulously clean.
In fact, I found all of the common areas of the property to be in the same pristine condition, even in spite of parts of the property being off limits due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
My unit had everything I needed and fab amenities, too: its own washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen in which to prep and cook all of my meals, an oversized tub to soak in, and a completely private balcony with a direct view of the new stadium (being built)
In addition, Jerri as well as Stephanie went above and beyond to meet my every need. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Bravo to the entire team for an exemplary job! I cannot wait to return!

Been to Vegas many times and have stayed in the elegant strip hotels and off the strip and this place is just right. From the outside it has the look of a Corporate Hotel Chain but once inside it feels like a Luxury Condo. Room quality was outstanding. Furnishings, appliances and doors and windows are all upper end quality. Rooms are super quiet, located close to McCarran International Airport I thought I would hear the planes taking off and landing, Nope quiet as can be, you don't really even hear the other guest coming in and out like most hotels. Staff is friendly, accommodating and has great recommendations for restaurants. Staying here during Covid-19 we were not able to utilize the inviting looking pool, hot tubes or work out room, disappointing but not the hotels fault at all. We were thankful that they were open when all the hotels on the strip remained closed. Thank you Staybridge Suites Las Vegas for a wonderful stay and for being open. We will for sure not hesitate to stay here again.

This is just a wonderful choice for staying near the mid-strip. Staybridge properties have rooms that resemble apartments including full kitchens (stocked with cooking and eating utensils). Prompt airport shuttle, beautiful pool and Hot tubs, and FREE laundry! Thank you Stephanie and Ethan!

We embarked on our GRAND vacation with our 1st night at Staybridge Suites LasVegas. Very pleased! Check in process was pleasant & the complimentary waters came in handy. We asked for extra bedding which was there (hygenically sealed) in just a few moments. Nice room, pleasant stay AND A+ breakfast buffet. They entire staff was awesome! Thoughtful, polite and attentive to our family.

They had a shuttle that took us to the NY NY casino
Not waiting there, but I t’s easy to call a cab or an Uber/Lyft.
Cost of the room varies by season and probably changes if there is a football game because Allegiance Stadium is across the street; but note that though the hotel says parking is free it was actually $10 self-park.
