Front desk were friendly and welcoming. Gave us a great list of places for dinner, which we used. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. And, the shuttle service was timely, and staff helpful. Thank you!

A friend and I happened upon this property while looking for a reasonably priced option for a girl’s weekend. I have been a loyal fan of the Hilton brand and this was one of the best options for our budget. The room was well planned with a sitting area with an optional curtain privacy from the sleeping area. The kitchen was well appointed and there was storage space galore. I could easily stay here a week or two or more. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices though I wish there had been some fresh fruit or berries offered. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient and with close proximity to the airport, the mall, and a plethora of dining choices including a Dunkin Donuts literally just a few feet away, the location was fabulous.

The hotel is close to the Maine Mall and there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts right around the corner. The rooms are largest enough for a family but don’t expect 1000 count sheets or expensive toiletries. This is a bare bones kinda place but it is clean and comfy. It’s also close to the airport which is great depending on what side of the building you’re on. Request a room on the other end of the building from room 226...trust me!

Hotel charged a 250$ deep clean fee. The room was left spotless. The manger never called back or resolved the situation like he said he would. State law requires linen changes and they cant charge a deep clean fee for that. Im deeply angered by the treatment of my group at this hotel.

Not what I expected from Hilton. We are loyal and stay at Hilton garden inn, homewood suites, Hampton inn, when ever possible. Homewood was booked for tonight so we decided to try Hone 2 Suites.
Won’t stay here again! Room was cold when we arrived at 9:30 pm. Took most the night to warm up. Unfolded the pull out couch fir the kids and one of the blankets had a blood stain. Ugh! Housekeeping brought up a blanket to replace it but had to wait a bit and it was late.
Breakfast area sooooo dirty we didn’t eat. During Covid we need to be exceptionally careful wiping surfaces, keeping contamination to a minimum. I went at 9:00 am nearing the last half hour but it should have been clean and stocked like it was at 6 am. Many items were empty.
Lock broken on the bathroom. So we didn’t dare to shut the door the whole way to be sure could open. Fridge had sticky stuff on a shelf. Just overall not good. If it wasn’t for our late arrival after a long day traveling I would have opted to go elsewhere.
The only pro I see is the location is convenient to the airport and hopefully the poor housekeeping and overall uncleanliness is transient and better for someone else’s stay.

Exactly what I want a hotel experience to be during COVID times. All staff were masked all the time, great plexiglas at the front desk counter, social distancing stickers.
With the Hilton app, the digital key allows a fully contactless experience as your smartphone is your key. So I didn't even have to stop at the front desk. Can also check-out right on your phone.
The room was spotless. It's nice to have a full-size fridge and freezer, even in the studio suites, with so many restaurants closed to eat in dining. Was easy to take food back to the rooms. There is a ton of shopping and dining near the hotel. And even as a studio, the room was huge.
Great shower pressure/temp., room was really quiet. Didn't hear much noise at all besides the occasional plane. Beds were super comfortable and I slept great.
The one bad was understandably due to Covid, there was no hot breakfast, just breakfast bags to go and it was very lacking. They could step up the to go bags with a small muffin or something.
And in expensive Maine in the summer, the price was great. I'd definitely return.

My suite and the property were exceptionally clean and our suite was very spacious. My stay was at the very beginning of Covid-19 closures and every time I was in a public space of the hotel, the staff were constantly cleaning. I felt very safe and like my health and well being was important.

Usually, I stay at Hyatt hotels just cause I've been going there since the late 90s, but as the Hyatt Airport hotel was full, my wife and I stayed here... and what a pleasant surprise! The rooms are large, very well appointed, staff are really kind and professional and this is a great place to stay for a night or a week. I'll definitely stay here in the future!

Stayed at this hotel on Saturday April 24th. This is a spacious hotel and our hotel room had great space and was comfortable. It was clean and ready upon our check-in. However, the room next door to us blasted the tv and radio from 5pm until midnight. We made several calls to the front desk asking for help in resolving the matter. They were not successful as the noise continued all evening. At midnight after not sleeping we went down to the front desk and requested a room change. The front desk staff was friendly and pleasant but we were upset about the lack of action. We had hoped the noise would stop after the 2nd complaint but that did not happen. It took 3 complaints and a trip to the lobby at midnight to get a room change. We moved rooms at midnight, after packing up both kids and their belongings we were able to settle in get some rest. For $185 a night we expected more, perhaps the noise makers were moved or asked to leave the hotel.
As a long time Hilton Honors member and loyal Hilton brand customer I would have thought that their may have been better service.

This pace has large rooms with "kitchens". Funny thing, they have a dishwasher, decent sized (apartment sized) fridge, wash sink, dishes and silvreware but no cook surface. I have stayed in extended stay places before, all had a stovetop and either toaster ovens or combo microwave/convection oven. Breakfast is standard fare, re-heated egg patties, little ham patties, waffle maker with batter, cereals and juice. I miss the days when they would mix ral eggs and keep dumpingt hem out on steam table along with real bacon and such. Small pool, small exercise room, but the big positive ide was price, this room was less than half what I paid for a smaller room at IHG next door last month! So, all in all, happy to be here.

The shuttle to the air port is free and the air port is very close to hotel. I do not think you can leave your car at the hotel there is not s big parking lot.
