Introducing the first Appart-Hotel in the heart of Griffintown, offering stylishly furnished and fully-equipped apartments just a walk-away from downtown Montreal.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Very affordable stay in a. sparkling clean room, in a well appointed apartment hotel in an up and coming part of time. We had an executive plus room, would opt for larger room next time as the bedroom configuration was awkward. We were in between a long trip and needed a washer and dryer and this is the reason we booked the stay. We were hardly in the room during the day as it was our first time in the city. In this category of hotel, it really should be 4.5 stars, but I only reserve 5 stars for luxury properties and trip advisor doesn’t allow half star ratings. Only complaint is limited amount of towels and with no daily housekeeping, was hard to get additional.

Excellent hotel at an excellent price in an excellent location. I typically stay at hotels that would qualify as full service, luxury hotels. This was a very new, clean, spacious offering with a lower level of service, but I loved it. What it offers? Great customer service and space in a new clean environment. What it does not offer? No gym, restaurant, no daily housekeeping. All said, our room had a washer/dryer and a kitchen. In the COVID-19 era, this is great and the location is fantastic. I should also note that the hotel is across the street from a very good gym. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had planned to stay two nights here but had to alter our plans to only one night. I found it to be exactly has shown in pictures. It was clean and the amenities were great (fridge, stove, laundry). The bed was comfortable but the ventilation system was loud and annoying so we shut it off. The space in the bedroom (which you have to go through to get to the bathroom) was tight but manageable. The couch was comfortable, but my biggest complaint would be that there were no blinds on the window in the living room. There was a lot of light filtering through and felt really exposed. I would highly recommend including blinds on all windows so that privacy is afforded and light pollution is drastically reduced/minimized/eradicated.

Having a full kitchen is nice when you are going to be in a city for a few days, and the washer and dryer are a bonus, but the cons of this hotel outweigh the kitchen. The couch is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on, the benches at the dog park up the street are more comfortable than the couch. The curtains in the living room are not black out curtains and the neighbouring buildings can see right into your rooms. There is no phone in the room, and there are barely any cable stations. Every time you click onto a station it asks you to subscribe to it. Even basic cable channels are not included. Our motivation for renting at this hotel was because we knew we would end up spending time at this hotel outside of work, so we wanted extra amenities, but none of them were up to standards of even a cheap motel.

we had booked a two-room apartment for 4 nights. The service was very good, but the room overlooked an expressway and the new REM train, which opened 2 days before and runs from 5.30 a.m. to 01.10 a.m. Impossible to sleep, totally unbearable ! We felt as if a plane was taking off every 3 minutes under our window. no soundproofing was installed. They refused to change our room on the grounds that it was managed by "onlouepourvous" and not by the hotel.

Stayed there for about 10 days in July. Second stay at this hotel/apartment style. Booking online was easy and quick. As for my previous stay, check-in was a breeze, reception staff as nice as can be. Modern and efficient, cannot compare with the big chain hotels. We were given a smallish room, all they had left, but super clean and comfortable, with a small balcony. Next day the manager found a larger room, absolutely fantastic, with plenty of space in the living room and a table for 4 by the island style open kitchen. Wifi working everywhere in the building (worked fine for streaming), and plenty of plugs for your electronics. Clean and super comfortable. Staff always smiling and willing to help. Just a gem in Montreal. Location is convenient. Parking underground available, and lots of cool coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Great location to go for a run alongside the canal next door. Check-out was simple and quick. 5-stars, definitely will go back.

So this tends to be our Montreal home base we came every two months since it opened . We had some issues and had not been since September 2023 because of work. The bar is no longer open. The drier in the room did not work. There was this room with the room open all the time 24 hours, with Arab guys going in and out all the time. The place seems to be really sketchy now. Feel bad use to be really great.

Have dietary restrictions? Cook for yourself here. There is a grocery store a short walk away (at the intersection of Rue Notre Dame and Rue de la Montagne). The large windows offer nice views. The facilities were modern and clean. Good kitchen. And in-suite laundry if needed.

Amazing Hotel in Griffintown, close to everything you need in. Beautiful rooms apartment-style, very comfortable, clean, new, modern and cozy. The staff is extremely nice, from the from desk, to the bar, to the rooms. A special shout out to Joanie who was so helpful during my stay! Highly recommended.
