We first stayed at this hotel seven years ago when it was owned by Kimpton. Now we see that Lotte has renovated and upgraded everything. Our remodeled room gleamed with a warm, 21st century design. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped to include a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom had a strong shower and nice amenities.
The staff is skillful, welcoming and has the authority and tools to address guests’ needs.
Hope I won’t have to wait 6 years to get back.

From the moment Antonio greeted us at the door and brought in our bags, to the spacious, comfortable room(s) the entire experience was wonderful. The king bed was comfortable as were the memory foam cushions by the windows (our kids slept on those despite the presence of a pull-out sofa bed). Views on the 8th floor were grand. Everyone was delightful and responsive to whatever we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my first time in a boutique hotel and in Chicago. The hotel is clean; staff is helpful and friendly. Antonio is amazing. He greets at the front door, helps with luggage, gives recommendations on where to eat, things to do and always asked how our day went and what we did.
Sonya at the front desk is helpful, happy and makes you smile. They helped to make our visit special.

Staff is awesome! They made us feel welcome as soon as pulled up to the hotel. Rooms were super clean and shower was great. It was a great centralized location within walking distance to everything in the middle of Chicago. Highly recommended!

Antonio was the absolute best, so nice and always helpful. Sonya, the Supervisor, was equally helpful and always happy. My family loved staying at the L7 the last couple days.
