Hotel is clean and seems to have cvd at high priority. They have rearranged the way breakfast is served to lessen the spread of cvd. The changes didnt seem to have a negative impact. Breakfast was still great and hot. Kids were pleased at all the grab and go options. The hotel smelled clean and was pleasant to stay at. The rooms seem a little dated but considering how clean they are kept i would defiantly stay again.

We stayed in room 217. As soon as you walk in, it smells like cheap hotel with a scent of cigarettes. Ha! There was a good sized stain in front of the TV. Its definitely outdated but don't let that discourage you. We hardly stayed in the room as we were out at Silverwood and in the evenings we hung out at the triple play resort. The breakfast was actually tasty. It consisted of biscuits and gravy, egg cheese omelet, bagels and your typical breakfast beverages and muffins. My kids had a great time. The staff was great. The 2nd floor was the main floor to get to the triple play side as well. Other hotels were a little bit pricier so I felt like this was a good deal. Would I stay there again?? Absolutely.

Over run with kids who run up and down screaming and/or crying in the hallways from early morning to well into the evening. Not only that the walls are very thin, and we could clearly hear the people next to us have a conversation (we could hear every single word) although I don’t think they were being loud, they likely heard us talking too.
Now the rooms are very dated, I felt like I went back in time 40 years. The bedding is old and although the sheets are extremely soft that’s likely from decades of washing. They also had a bit of a yellow tinge to them. The pillows were terrible, again over used, completely flat and they should have retired them years ago. This is not a place I would stay again.

The breakfast spread didn’t look too bad (hence my 3 star rating otherwise it would have been a 2) although we chose to eat elsewhere as there was too many people waiting.

What a great time for the grandkids as well as the adults. First off, the rooms were nice, clean and more than adequate. I would recommend that more than 2 towels are stocked in the bathroom, the room we were in had three queen beds and a fold out couch.... two towels isn’t gonna hack it. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections that appealed to all ages. The games and other attractions were awesome. Everyone loved the go karts and most loved the ropes course, bowling, laser tag and many of the other available activities. The bumper boats were not open only because it was still a bit cool outside. The pool and waterslides were ok at best inly because of the level of chlorine being used (maybe because of covid?). The kids only spent a few minutes in there and the adults turned around as soon as the opened the door and the chlorine hit them. All in all it was a great couple days.

Fun time at Triple Play, the water park was closed, however everything else was open except the rock wall. Kids had loads of fun. Hotel was okay suit was okay. Could use some upgrades, pictures didn’t really represent the room we had. However the staff at the park made it a good fun time. Very respectful and caring staff at the park. We’ll be back. Great getaway from Covid 19 craziness of Washington.. thanks Idaho for keeping some common sense in a time like this. Kids can play and get back to being kids when they have zero to no risk of getting sick.
Thanks again !

We went for my sons 7th birthday. We did the Stay and Play package that included 3-2 day passes. Well worth it with unlimited access to all the fun! Last time we went it was not unlimited. Purchased our swim-only passes at the hotel desk and it was cheaper than inside. Because we had a hotel room we brought our coolers with snacks and ordered pizzas from Little Cesears. There is also a Super1 a block away with a full deli. The concessions are a little spendy. The trip was spendy but worth every penny! We ended up staying a second night because our 2 & 3 years old were wiped out. Their marketing is spot on with the 2 day passes because then you feel obligated to pay for a second night. Second night was a lot cheaper. Can’t wait to go back in March!

My family and I stayed for one night and got a good deal on the room BUT the rooms are ok not the best for the hype and the activities had to be paid for separately the water park and the other stuff are not worth the price. You would be better off going to a great wolf location you get so much more bang for your buck. We will not stay at Triple play again.

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Nothing is updated and the rooms are dirty. You sign a waiver when you check in stating they will not clean your room, but will take out the garbage and provide more towels if needed. There's something wrong with the electrical, because our entry lights would occassionally come on if the door shut hard enough. The pool area had so much chlorine, that our eyes were burning while sitting in there. On our last morning there, there was a dog found wandering in the hallway pooping on the carpet. We will not return to spend insane money for this barely 2 star hotel.

The play and stay package is a hidden rip-off. While there I heard several people complaining at the front desk about their rooms. Ask a question at the front desk and you'll get a different answer. Look, I know there are a ton of families and unruly kids running the halls and trashing the rooms for these guys to deal with daily but without any play and stay package, the rooms are almost 300 and it is SO not worth that. The rooms are dirty and run down. Don't think about the carpet you are walking on, it'll creep you out. Make a couple of trips to the bathroom barefooted. The soles of your feet will be black. Having the free breakfast daily is ok, standard dehydrated scrambled eggs, meat, and cold biscuits and gravy. Every day. The staff running the dining setup area are pretty darn efficient and friendly however. All in all, its just not worth the money. Pay for a day pass or something and sleep elsewhere.

We rented two rooms here for our daughter's birthday. When we arrived at 12:00 our rooms were ready (SCORE!) Besides a few beers and left over pizza in the fridge, the room was great. We had a microwave, fridge, and plenty of room. We requested the top floor, per other reviews. There were still kids running through the halls and having a good time, but at night we didn't have any problems.

The front desk was helpful when our girls decided they needed a few more makeup wash clothes. It was so convenient to walk to and from the park from our room. We took advantage of that quite often as the kids played. The next morning breakfast was service until 10am. We were all exhausted but I was able to go down and eat and then take back a plate of things to our less than motivated parties in our group.

I have absolutely no complaints and would do this again in a heart beat.

The only things outside are mini golf, bumperboats, and go carts. Indoors is the ropes coarse, mini golf, lasar tag, bowling, arcade, and the water park.
