Okay hotel; pictures are impressive. Room seemed dated and bathroom was spartan. Room was clean; hotel was quiet. Desk clerks were "hot or cold" some were friendly, some were rude. One clerk printed out tickets for me and was quite friendly and helpful. $220 per night seemed high in Orlando for a hotel compared to other average hotels.

In Orlando you will need a car anywhere but location is good, near Sea World and the busy part of International Dr. (nothing by foot)
Hotel is a little dated but looks nice, room was large, clean with two queen beds and very comfortable, bathroom was ok, the only thing was the rug, it was vacuumed but was old, could use mega cleaning or new, never took my socks off.
Staff was friendly.
Pool looked very nice from what I saw. Breakfast was $8.00
For the price I paid ($78) it was good compared to what I saw online.

Needs a thorough cleaning. Very dusty in the rooms and dirty elevator floors but definitely has potential. Great, comfy beds. The hotel Microwave needs cleaning. Housekeeping was prompt with towel requests. Beautiful pool. Just clean the hotel properly. Light fixtures and the back of bedside tables should not be covered in dust. I would return but with my own cleaning supplies.

They never gave us clean towels and when I asked them to change the bedding on my sons bed because it was wet they never did all they did was make the bed, and when we came back from being out Al day we noticed it wasn’t changed and asked them again and was told no there was no one there to do it. The property is very run down nothing works very dirty and made to pay 6.75 a night extra for nothing and also there were people smoking and partying all night and nothing done about it. None of the people speak English or anything will never be staying here ever again

Management here is absolutely abysmal . While staying at this hotel we were placed on the 4th floor near what I recall as 426. The family in this room banged on the walls, had screaming kids, slammed the doors, and blasted a radio at 6 am in the morning. Repeated complaints to the office went unanswered. Other people on the floor we ran into said they complained as well.

While the hotel is situated in an area of International drive that is ideal for our visits, it's over priced for what it is, it has mold in the ceiling in several areas, the parking lot is dangerously dark (women beware, wouldn't let my wife walk alone here!) and of course that they allow this riff raff to go on. We moved hotels to somewhere there was a competent and professional staff. And where we could get a good nights sleep after a nice evening out on the town.

Stay elsewhere.

From the road the hotel is dark, the parking lot which is in the far back of the hotel is also dark (10 Cars were parked clustered under the 2 lights that were on). The photographs on their website doesn't represent the property at all. We booked this room as an add-on to our flight. After checking in and getting our luggage, we walked back in and I adjusted my mask and the smell was/is horrible. (we were the only ones in the area) It smells of a 2nd hand store and a pungent mold odor. We hoped once we got to our room it would be better but no, it got worse. The beds are as soft as display beds..stiff, you could feel the springs and the comforters had stains. Carpets are also stained and bathroom displayed long term water stains and rust. I have asthma and it triggered an attack which I informed the hotel. I called the booking agent and she apologized (this has happened before with this hotel). She informed me she would contact the hotel on my behalf and request a refund. We spoke with the desk clerk, who understood our concerns and had no problem refunding our stay but, needed a managers approval. We were told the Hotel manager was only available from 7am -7:30am the following morning (we later found out the manager was there the whole time). We never spent the night or even our 4 day stay. We were only given a $26 refund (resort fee). We were told everything would be taken care of and no need to return, that was a lie. This hotel takes advantage of and preys on guests to the area. No refund and dishonest.

This hotel was a bait and switch. I didn't see a single guest and had to wait 10min before speaking to a staff member. The customer service was poor and were rude to me. Their amenities were closed including parts of the pool area, gym, and restaurant. The room and bathroom were dirty. The pillows were flat and everything was dated and needed some major TLC. The hotel makes you pay an additional service upon arrival that was not clear when booking👎Overall I would not recommend this hotel and ended up finding another place to stay. The pictures look beautiful online but they are not accurate. WATCH OUT for this one!! I booked on Priceline and it seemed like a great deal but it was a terrible experience overall.

Thank you X2202XGsarahw for taking your important time to provide your feedback about your recent stay. Although, I am truly disheartened to hear it was less than satisfactory. Please accept my sincere apologies for the manner in which we responded by a member of our team . We try very hard to keep things in good working order since we know our guests count on it. I am so sorry we fell very short of providing the stay experience you deserve and pay for. some areas are still closed for safety of our guest due to Pandemic Protocol that is still in place. On the other hand, I am grateful that you were specific in the issues so that we can correct them. We sincerely hope you will reconsider returning so that we might have an opportunity to regain your confidence in us. Thank you again for your candid and valued feedback. We do appreciate your business.

I booked this hotel as a JetBlue Vacations package and trusted that JetBlue would vet hotels listed on their website. The pictures on the JetBlue site are far from the reality we walked into. This hotel is a dump. Do not trust the pictures on the hotel’s or JetBlue’s website. The hotel is run down and doesn’t have central air. The hallways are musty, hot and smelly. Their solution for air conditioning in the rooms is to install a window AC unit in the wall. The pillows were stained as you can see in the pictures. The carpeting looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in months. There was what appears to be blood stain on the carpet. While we understood that we were not staying at a 5 star hotel and that the hotel was on the cheaper side than most of the hotels closer to the International Drive main attractions, we feel like it was a bait and switch compared to the pictures advertised. The pool was filthy. They couldn’t pay me to even dip my feet in that moldy mess. Shame on JetBlue to advertise such a crappy hotel with the beautiful pictures taken probably more than 10 years ago!! I will think twice before I trust JetBlue’s hotel selections on my next vacation package!!

Weird hotel where you mostly feel like you're the only guest. Outdated inventory, LOUDEST A/C I've ever heard, stains on mattresses, carpet and towels. The door to our room stucked everytime we tried to open it. There was a huge gap between door and floor as well. Coffeemaker was partially broken, pillows too flat, no breakfast included, pool wasn't well maintained, mold on deck chairs in pool area. The whole property seems abandoned and parking feels unsafe as there's no security or sufficient lighting. It's not worth more than $50! We stayed 5 nights due to the price and no housekeeping till we checked out!! Most of the staff is friendly but seems weird too like the property itself.

The outside of the building looked very ugly and outdated, a lot of stains on the outside walls. The reception /main hall smells awful, smells like the carpets are never cleaned. The pool looks dirty and the floor feels like a sandpaper rubbing on your feet. They gave us a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning and it was very warm inside, the refrigerator never worked properly, they changed our room the air conditioning was better, the refrigerator same deal. Room service came only once in our whole stay. The carpets and sheets in the room are badly stained. The rooms looked like the hotel froze in the 80’s. The tv are outdated. The hair dryer stoped working. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is the service the employees gave us , but is a very bad hotel to stay at. Don’t book there.
