Comfortable bed, large 2 room suite. Rugs, chair and couch have certainly seen better days (but this stay was on points...and you never get the best rooms when you're using points). We arrived well after 6pm and had no difficulties with our reservation being held (the hotel has quite a lot of rooms and I doubt that they were even close to 80% booked)
We had a late meal of burgers at the hotel and breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was not included...you could order off the menu or select the buffet. There was ample parking, It seems to serve the business traveler. We stayed for one night after flying in from overseas. It really does need to be completely renovated if it wants to compete with the Weston and another hotel that is nearby

At this price point, you don't expect the rooms to be fabulous, but the rooms and the property should be clean and things should work. When I arrived, the mirrors, sliding glass door and furniture were covered in grimy little hand prints, presumably from some children who stayed in the past. Also, the balcony had 2 inches of standing water. And, when I returned to the room after work, the room was never touched by cleaning staff. In addition, the elevators are so...very...slow and they keys do not work half of the time. Everyone in our group had to get replacement keys at least once during our stay. This was my second stay here, and I would surmise that the management is not dedicated to any sort of excellence at the hotel. It's just a cheap hotel with some gloss and I wouldn't choose this hotel when I return.

The hotel is a very nice place and our family had a really nice time here. Based on reviews seen here, I expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. Yes, some of the rooms are older, sofas and matresses do need replacement, but that should come in time. That it was an older property was accepted and was likely a factor in us choosing it as the cost per night was very reasonable. Additionally, the front desk staff was very helpful and made sure any reasonable request was met, no matter how strange it is. 5 stars to the hotel staff for their customer friendly service. However, there are many little things that can turn this place into a 5 star experience.
1) Allow use of the stairs: The number of elevators is too low and all stairwells have alarms when the doors are opened. As such, when staying on a lower floor, we can be waiting 5+ minutes for an elevator, when having stair access can get us downstairs in less than 1 minute.
2) The central courtyard is a beautiful place. It would be really nice if there would be some tables and chairs for people to have a picnic or just hang out. However, all the tables most chairs belong to the restaurant/bar leaving little for anyone who just wants to hang out.
3) The hotel is very stingy with towels: If we want to use the pool, most hotels keep towels by the pool for people to use. Here, we needed to go to the front desk, wait in line to get towels. They also insisted on us returning them to the front desk when finished, rather than just leaving them in our room for the cleaning crew to pick up the next day. There was a potential penalty of $10 per towel that wasn't returned and the front desk kept a tally of how many towels were taken out.

I get it, this is traveling during the coronavirus pandemic,so I should adjust my expectations accordingly, but truly, this hotel was shabby, dated and dirty. I would not recommend walking in the room without flip-flops. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest, I'd say the water pressure rated a 2.
The upholstered sofa and chair in the living room area were yuck and we used bath towels as sofa covers.
The AC unit was so loud we had to either turn it off to watch TV at less than 85, or else shut the door to the room (which meant the main room began to swelter within 5 minutes). At least we didn't need to turn on a white noise machine to drown out the people walking outside our room.
On the plus side, the staff were very professional and courteous. The beds (except the pull-out sofa) were very comfortable, too. The room had a lot of space, too.
Most of the hotel seems to be under construction, so maybe these issues are being addressed as I write this.

I’ve been staying at the Sheraton suites for about 10 days out of the month of October and I’m very pleased to say that this is a very clean cozy and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and informative about the property. Ed the front desk manager is very intuitive with the Guest during check in and check out. The property is very secure very quiet there’s not much commotion going on inside it’s a very private stay and I highly recommend anyone who is traveling in this area to make this your first pick when it comes up to finding a hotel to stay the prices are very affordable and check inns are easy as well.

My husband and I can't thank you enough for always going out of your way to make our stay amazing! We will always choose your hotel because you and your staff are amazing! Doing whatever it takes to make sure we have a great stay! The beds are wicked comfy and the new renovations in the bathroom make it easy just to pack some clothes and go! The shower is the best. I don't even have to bring shampoo, conditioner or body wash because it's all in the shower. I also love that there is a bed room with seperate living room which both have huge T.V.s If traveling with family or kids this is the best because you can close the door and enjoy your room while the family is on the other side of the door with a huge TV, microwave, frig and even a little sink that always proves to be helpful during my stay. They have 2 bottles of complementary water which I use to make tea in the coffee pot that sits next to the sink. You must stay on a high floor because the view from your room inside and outside is breathtaking. The hotel isn't brand new and sometimes we may have a small issue (what hotel doesnt) but thank goodness for Edlyn because he makes sure any problems are fixed immediately. You don't get that with any other hotels in south Fla. Thank you Edlyn we look forward to seeing you next month!

Very convenient from being near I-95. Parking at the hotel location was slim but it was during Easter weekend. Once you enter the lobby, the inside interior is gorgeous with a tropical feel. My boyfriend and I also liked how the elevators had an open window. Clean shower and bright led lights. Friendly and accommodating service. All in all, a wonderful, comfortable stay!

I want to start off by saying that our room was very clean and very spacious... But that was it. I would recommend if you are staying on night and out the next morning but not for a few days like we stayed.
The front desk staff requires training. I was a hotel manager myself before and I was appalled at the customer service the front desk provides. The girl with the purple hair needs to go back through the onboarding process that Marriott is suppose to provide. The lady in guest services hung up on me after I asked for sofa bed sheets that were not in the closet. She said come to the front desk...click.
This was our first trip to Ft. Lauderdale and I wanted to stay at a place that was between my family and the beach. How disappointing.. We should have stayed at the Westin a mile away. The room was out supplies like coffee or soap when we checked in. I had to ask 3 times and yet never got anything. My husband went to the local store to get the things a hotel usually provides with the rate in the room.
It was sad to see trash everywhere and the employees walk right past it. May I not forget the people next door smoking marijuana. What a disappointment.

We stayed for two nights as we were in town for a wedding. We were a bit early for check in but our room was ready and check in was quick and easy. Our suite was large, clean and welcoming. It had a mini fridge and small microwave and sink. The bathroom itself is small but there is a desk with a mirror in the bedroom the I was able to use to get ready. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness center and had no trouble accessing what we needed in either place. The only negatives I have are that you do get noise from airplanes taking off and from the train the runs close to the hotel; however, I will say that this did not disrupt our sleep. We slept very comfortably. The other negative, and I find this unusual for this level of hotel, is that when we arrived (1;30 pm) there were several room service dishes in the corridor outside of our room. When we came back around 10:30 p.m. they were still there. I don't think this is the image Bonvoy wants to convey so I was surprised that they hadn't been picked up. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be very convenient and the staff friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was very professional with the excellent customer service by both Edlyn and Daniela. The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek is really stepping up there game with the guest of the day, goody bags with the treats was so much thinking out side the box. Edlyn and the front desk team is the main reason I recommended the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek hotel to 10 of my friends. I love this hotel, the guest room are very comfortable and spacious. The Terrance 555 dining the breakfast and dinner was very delicious and Cristina was amazing. We will definitely come back just for the customer services, the brand, and the beautiful Sheraton Suites.

Our Sheraton Suites Shuttle is currently out of service due to Covid 19. Thank you, and best regards.
They do have cribs available and the concierge level give you access to the club free breakfast, snacks and great service.
