Located in Southern Colorado. Pueblo is ideally situated at the crossroads of two major highways. Our hotel offers convenient access from I-25 or Hwy 50. Our location in North Pueblo offers many dining, shopping, and area attractions within a few minutes of the hotel. Pueblo is a city with a rich history which includes attractions such as the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, Colorado State Fair, and Lake Pueblo State Park. The Hampton Inn and Suites Pueblo, CO hotel offers a variety of room types including king and double queen suites. Our hotel provides an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, guest laundry, and complimentary hot breakfast every day. All of our rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. The Hampton Inn and Suites provides a full compliment of business services such as 24 hour business center and free high speed internet in all rooms and public areas. Front desk has great customer service. No problems with check in and check out. We have been staying on weekends while cleaning and remodeling my parents house. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Hospitality has been hit hard with staffing, and they are doing a great job at Providing great customer service and housekeeping keeping up with rooms.

We regularly select Hampton Inns on our travels for quality and amenities. Pueblo North is attractive and in a very convenient location, but maintenance was well below expectations. Our room AC did not work until the desk clerk did a lot of button pushing and resets. Then it worked only on its choice of settings, not if we chose a different temperature. The toilet also ran on over half of flushes and we had to take off the tank lid many times to reset it. We would give the hotel a much better rating we’re it not for those issues.

I stayed here in July, 2020, and this and the last few Hampton Inns I have stayed in are showing signs of age and badly need a refresh.
The room was clean so kudos to the cleaning crew for that, but I ran into the following issues:
Trim falling off the headboard of one of the beds No USB charging ports, modern hotels have many Refrigerator wanted to fall out every time we tried to open it Bed mattress seems aged compared to other hotels
I know I am being harsh as I am comparing this to more modern hotels (at same price range) I stayed in on this same trip, but I feel like this hotel hasn't refreshed their rooms or equipment in awhile, and have seen the same at a few other Hampton Inns I've stayed at (but not all).
Just time to refresh the rooms.

We were going to stay at the South Gate Hampton (Please read that review) It was not Hilton Quality and so we went to the North Gate.
This Hampton looks nice in the lobby BUT the rooms need updating very badly. This hotel has not been taken care of. As we entered the room the tile is uneven and sharp between the bathroom and the entry way. Make sure you wear shoes. The sink in the bathroom had a large crack in it. The setting bench at the end of the bed was extremely stained. This could be easily cleaned with fabric cleaner. We payed full price for a room that looked out over the air conditioning units. They were extremely noisy. Wall paper was pealing in the bathroom and there was a leak in the ceiling corner. Above the bed there was 3 places that had leaked and they patched. Did not paint entire ceiling just patch marks. One looked to be leaking again.
When I was in the Lobby explaining to cashier why we had cancelled and stayed here he firmly stated that Hilton’s are independently owned and informed me that the owner of this hotel was and pointed to the gentleman to his right. This man made no effort to introduce himself, did not smile, looked a mess and turned away and walked off.
Would not recommend either Hamptons in this town. We stay exclusive Hilton and Marriott and this is not quality.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I’d rather sleep in my car. The staff was just plain rude! To top it all off we were charged a $250 pet fee when we didn’t have an animal in the room! Tried to call and dispute the charge an was hung up on twice by a so called manager!

We appreciate all the feedback from all our guests. Our hotel enforces all policies that we have in place. When all guests check in we have them sign policy that we are 100% pet free and 100% smoke free. Our hotel does not just go around charging credit cards if we do not have evidence to show proof. Manger tried talking with you and all you did was scream at her and never gave her a chance to talk and explain anything to you. I am so sorry you to hear about your experience at our hotel.

The indoor pool is so cold no children and most adults can’t swim in it. My family couldn’t swim. If you book online the sales rep told us there was no charge for pets but there is a 50$ fee. I tried arguing my point but the person in charge couldn’t have cared less. Also the a/c is limited by the hotel to 72 degrees to avoid freezing up. Bring a box fan

We made reservations in March for an August stay. Rate quoted was $98.00 per night, a savings of regular rate of $119.00. When checking in, the night clerk tells us after investigating that we are not allowed the lower rate and our new rate is $298.00! Constance was extremely rude and condescending and wouldn't even listen to us. We have stayed here for past 10 years using the same ID for rates and never had problems, in fact management has bent over backwards to keep our loyal business. We will never stay here again based off how we were treated.

After making a reservation through the 800 service, we were refused a room due to having a service animal & 2 small dogs. They explained when I tried to check in that there is a 2 pet limit…usually service animals are not counted as a pet. I left and arranged lodging elsewhere. They charged us for a room we never checked into. They have not responded to requests for a refund & have been rude & dismissive on the phone.

Do not even bother using your Diamond Benefits at this place. Check Out Time is 11. A late check-out request of even an hour will be denied. Then the front desk will try to show you whos the boss and add fees to your room. Pet fee, Smoking fee, Early Check in Fee, Extra towel fee. Unauthorized fees charged to your credit card are the only elite benefits you should expect at this hotel.

We appreciate all the feedback from all our gusts. I am so sorry you feel that our hotel does not follow policy with all Hilton Honors members. All late checkouts are upon availability and that's for all our guests. We have a sign posted at the front desk that we do not have the availability for any late checkouts due to the occupancy. All rooms need to be cleaned by 3pm so the new guests coming in have their room ready for them. My front desk agents are just following the policy and are not trying to show whos boss my no means , and I am very sorry to hear that you feel that way. Fees are charged if policy is not being followed and we have all guests sign and understand what will be charged. I can promise you early check in fees don't apply along with extra towel fees. We do appreciate all the feedback and I hope you have great travels.

The hotel and hotel room was nice enough. Their was an odd smell especially in the hallways.
They advertise their Covid friendly to-go breakfast as being available from 6am - 10am. This isn't true.
At 8:30 the prepackaged muffins and granola bars were gone. When I asked for more they said they had already reached their daily alottment - no breakfast for you!

I am a little concerned if you are talking about the correct hotel. We offer our to go bags from 5a-10a. We do not offer granola bars at our hotel with our breakfast bags, also we have many made for all our guests. Plus our hotel does not have a daily allotment for anything. I am so sorry that you were told that by anyone.

Don't know but based on my visit I would say the hotel has been there for quite a while. Any reno's probably many years ago. Our room needed updating but was clean and adequate for a couple of nights.
There are more places to choose from in the Pueblo area.
