London
My wife, 9 year old son and I spent 10 nights at the Atrium Palace from 26 August to 5 September and can thoroughly recommend it.

With COVID a concern, we were keeping an eye on the number of reported cases and Greece seemed in relatively good shape so we took a chance on a last minute booking.

Notwithstanding all the COVID disruption, we were extremely impressed with the hotel and in particular the standard of service. On the first day, we asked if we could change rooms as our initial room overlooked the car park which we didn't like. An alternative was offered the following day which was far more to our liking.

All the staff from the front desk to the waiters were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Particular mentions to Stratos and Kiriakos at the pool bar whom my son (and I!) found really entertaining, Pari and Dimitri at the main restaurant who wouldn't rest until everything was to our satisfaction, and Anna at reception who answered our many questions with great patience and friendliness.

The beach is very tranquil and relaxing and only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. While it isn't privately owned by the hotel, its location means very few, if any, non-guests use it (we didn't see any). It has blue flag status and we were told by the hotel manager that the water quality tester had told him its purity is unrivalled. It's a pebble rather than sand beach which is a bit harder on the feet, but means the water is crystal clear.

We spent most of our days relaxing in and around the main pool. As mentioned earlier, there is no shortage of sunbeds and no need to get up early to put a towel down! The pool bar is a great place to chill out with a beverage. The hotel also has a private app which you can use to order food direct to your (numbered) sunbed which is a great feature.

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis which also entitled us to a limited number of included meals at their a la carte restaurants. Our meal at Asterias was particularly enjoyable.

Wifi signal is strong throughout the hotel (even on the beach). Only slight annoyance was the fact you seemed to need to reset the connection each morning, but this wasn't a big deal.

We made a couple of excursions while we were there (to Lindos and Rhodes town). We initially planned to rent a car until I realised I had forgotten to bring my driving licence! However this was probably a blessing in disguise as there is a bus stop outside the hotel which will take guests to both, for much cheaper and without the need to worry about parking when you get there.

Finally, a special mention to Apostolos the hotel manager. You can often see him wandering the hotel, engaging with guests to check all is in order. He clearly is very good at his job and it is clear he looks after the staff and the guests very well.

In summary, if you are looking for a relaxing break with great weather, great facilities, top quality service, tasty food and beautiful surroundings, then you can't do much better than Atrium Palace!

We had a great time at the Atrium Palace. The staff are very attentive and polite, always making you feel welcome. When you actually arrive at the hotel they greet you with champagne and other drinks, check in was very pleasant and quick. They explain everything very clearly re breakfast (which is available until 11am!!) and gym use etc.

I used the gym everyday, it was fully kitted out with machines and weights, air con and cleaning materials to use before and after your work out.

Hand sanitiser is available everywhere you go in the hotel (even on your table at breakfast/dinner). Our room was spacious and when we arrived there was fruit, wine and water laid out plus the fridge was stocked with lots of water too. Nice touches like that really do help! It was really clean and the bathroom had all the toiletries you need plus beach towels and robes in the wardrobe.

The pools are lovely and all the sunbeds are spaced out (actually a blessing as usually you can't even get a sun bed but the resort is huge so always felt you were guaranteed a spot regardless of time of day). We alternated with the beach right on the hotel which was really nice and peaceful.

We did B&B and the selection was great and tasty! Smoked salmon, lovely meats, cheese, eggs, fried breakfast, fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit platters - and loads more!

Entertainment was fun too and lots of space for everyone to watch or sit up at the bar and have a drink!

We only had dinner in the hotel once on our last night, was a great buffet so all inclusive would have been good but for us it was less expensive to eat out at the local restaurants nearby which were delicious!!! (Konstantin & Ostria were our faves). Great service, meals and atmosphere!

We got really lucky with the weather, first 4 days were around 34/35 degrees and then went to 28 at the lowest. Very good for October and was still warm in the evenings but not humid.

We are a family of x2 adults, x2 children aged 11 & 7. We have enjoyed a decent 4* star all inclusive and I mean 4* not 5. It is not the newest of hotels on the island but is well
presented in a traditional way. On
arrival little things annoyed me like
I had to ask for a map of the resort & I had to ask about the welcome drink etc. As others have previously said food is really good, always served hot and the main food hall does not have that typical all
inclusive nightmare noise and chaos. You are seated properly by a memeber of staff and drinks are served to you, wine in an ice bucket. We
found most of the staff were really
friendly with only the odd exception.
Drinks are also great,proper
branded spirits like tanqueray,
bombay, smirnoff, Amstel, Corona,
Heineken etc . We had a family suit
which was OK, a bit on the small side
especially the bathroom. We
unfortunately had a couple of cloudy
days so in that instance we found the
pool cold, it still has a chill on
the really hot days but I guess it's
OK in full summer. We did look at
trying the indoor pool but it looked
a bit green.
Let's talk Covid - all staff wear
masks and gloves all the time and
the hotel always looks clean but I
did complain that the sunbeds and
tables weren't being wiped down very
ofter (In fact I didn't see it happen at all unless they were doing it first thing) and I would have liked to have seen hand rails being wiped down regularly, hand sanitiser is everywhere and almost all other guest
wore masks walking around except the
pool. The manager did come over and was very apologic and agreed they must try harder and offered us another a la carte meal. The pool area was spread out and I didn't feel over crowded. People were putting towels out but there was always space. People were hanging swimsuits and towels over the room balconies as there was no other way but I hate to see that and you would no way be allowed to do that at a 5* resort. The beach is a short walk and no beach bar due to Covid but you can get a drink at restaurant closest. Beach is completely pebbly and so we preferred the beach at Lindos which is 10 mins by taxi 10-14 euros. You are led to believe there are more restaurants in the resort than there actually are as they call themselves one thing at night and one in the say!!. We tried one of the ala carte, it was nice to have your meal served to you but the menu was not much different to the main food hall on the day we went and we like the atmosphere upstairs. The app for ordering food and drinks to your sunbed works really well and again food is always good. On departure day once checked out at 11 all inclusive ends whether you arrived late on your first day or not, there were a few disgruntled guest about that as they weren't leaving until 6 and arrived late the first day missing the benefit so keep that in mind.
All in all I
would visit the hotel again, thanks Atrium palace for a good stay

The location is in a quiet area outside Lindos. Taxis at 10-14 euros is recommended as it’s not a short walk into Lindos and buses are unreliable.
Due to COVID most surrounding facilities in the area were shut except the bar adjacent to hotel which has sport on tv with Greek commentary. The entertainment was ok but the view was poor as the hotel columns get in the way. The private hotel beach is shingle and has a steep gradient into the water but well managed by the hotel staff. The car hire company based in the hotel is very good value. The room sound insulation is not brilliant as early morning cleaners can be heard as well as adjacent room occupants. The requirement for guest to wear mask when collecting food in the restaurant should be considered whilst COVID is an issue. The one thing that makes this hotel a pleasure is the staff, they were all excellent due to always being polite, helpful and friendly; special award goes to Dimitris T (maitre).

A very nice hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene was very good, all staff wore face masks and gloves but guests weren't expected to wear masks within the hotel. Plenty of beds around the pool which were spaced out so didn't feel over crowded. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was the weakest part of the holiday. Due to Covid the buffet breakfast had to be served to us which was fine when it was quiet but if it was busier then it was chaotic with no organisation for the guests so lots of queing and waiting and people pushing to the front of the que!!

We had such a wonderful time at the Atrium Palace. The rooms are spotless and every single member of staff are friendly, polite, attentive and can't do enough to help. The food is amazing, we dined at all the restaurants and can't fault any of them, great food, service and cleanliness were perfect.
On arrival check in was quick and easy, we were helped with our luggage to a beautiful room, with plenty of space and our own private pool. There was wine and fruit in the room for us on arrival as welll as a fridge stocked with plenty of water, which was refreshed through the week. There were also masks and hand sanitiser in the room.
Throughout the resort and on the tables in the restaurants was plenty of hand sanitiser, tables were also well spaced out, as were the sunbeds by the pools. We felt completely safe.
We went for a weeks rest and relaxation, we didn't leave the resort at all and it was perfect. I can't wait to go back again!

We are just back from a wonderful 2 weeks all inclusive stay at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by being given a glass of bubbly and our cases taken, ready to be taken to our room. We were then shown to our room, which was a limit sea view room with a massive balcony, a fully stocked fridge and a lovely welcome pack for our 30th anniversary. I could say tons of positive things about this hotel but will keep it brief. The staff make this hotel one of the best we have been to. The PR manager Savvas Papantoniou runs this hotel like clockwork and never leaves anyone looking for a table at breakfast and dinner and is never afraid to help serving when needed. Other restaurant staff who deserve a mention are Dmitris who does a fantastic job making sure everything is ok and all the waiters especially Themmis, Pari, and not forgetting Marcos the omelette chef. The food is excellent in all restaurants (we had 8 visits in 2 weeks at the A la Cartes ) and the portions are huge, especially when you order lunch from the app from your amazingly comfortable sun bed and you don’t even have to move! Drinks are top shelf and cocktails were great quality, Thank you Katerina, Dina, Irini, Stratos and Kyriakos.
Entertainment is great with a different show on each night with enough seats outside and just inside the bar area where it’s cooler and you can still see the show. The bar tenders do a great job and are really busy but because you have to be seated and served, the service at night can be a bit slower so you could be sitting without a drink unless you catch the eye of a waiter.
The hotel is near a quiet pebble/shingle beach so beach shoes are a must. The sea is crystal clear and there is water sports and boat trips. If you like a boat trip, try Captain Manoli’s boat. He comes straight into the Beach near the water sports hut at 9.30am every morning and picks up anyone waiting. You pay €30 on the day and he takes you to Lindos, St Paul’s bay, the Red beach and Heraki for a lovely lunch (you pay) but his trip is so worth it as we were the only two people on the boat and the tourist boat leaving along the opposite side of the beach did exactly the same but had around 20 people on it. Give him your custom and you won’t regret it!
Lindos is around 10 mins away by taxi and is another must. We thought we could walk it but it would be a bit dangerous and hot so a taxi is best. It costs between €10 -€14 and the hotel calls it for you.
This spotlessly clean hotel is now a favourite of ours and the only negative I have which isn’t really a negative but more a personal choice is that I would like a pillow menu in the room as I found the pillows either too hard or too soft. This won’t stop me coming back though! Thank you for a wonderful holiday Atrium Palace!

We booked this hotel on recommendation.
Actually, we should only stay for one week but it was SO amazing that we decided to extend our stay. We‘ve already been to many 5 stars hotels. But this one is special.
The hotel complex is a true dream! The architecture of the complex is well-conceived. The hotel is clean and looks very majestic & gorgeous. Everywhere are gardens and beautiful flowers.
The buffet is rich in variety and incredible tasty!! Every dinner has a different topic such as Italian Night, Mexican Night, Asian Night, Sea food etc.
Vegetarian as well as vegan dishes are also available and delicious!
We‘ve been in this hotel for almost two weeks and had every dinner something new to taste.
Especially the fruits and desserts are fantastic and yummy!
Despite having half board, we were spoiled with fresh fruits at the pool and beach. An astonishing show took place every evening with VERY talented and friendly artists.
In spite of the pandemic all hygiene regulations were adhered to so that we felt safe at the hotel.
At the stony beach, which is part of the hotel, are many sun loungers as well as sun umbrellas for free. The beach and the water is very clean. If you rather want to have a sand beach, you can take the bus to Lindos (1,80€, 5 min.), a beautiful town near the hotel which offers three different sand beaches.
The hotel has a modern and well - provided gym with all equipment you need.
Moreover, we participated in the aqua jogging lessons which were fun, thanks to Catherina!
The very best is the staff. Everybody is SO friendly, helpful, warmhearted and attentive.
Regardless of whether the reception staff, restaurant, bar or cleaning staff.
I would particulary like to thank the very nice Klaidi, Sotiris and Panagotis (restaurant)!!!😊 They are the best!!
Also Elias (cook) who does very tasty omelettes as well as crêpes!
Also many thanks to Elia (beach staff), very talented linguist who entertained and spoiled us!
We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.
We will come back soon!!!
Thankyou all ❤️

Once upon a time we thought we’d never travel again because of the pandemic, so once travel became possible it was important to choose an hotel well. Boy did we choose well!

The champagne on arrival is a fab start to what can only be described as a piece of heaven that briefly lets us forget these are indeed strange times. The staff are incredible. They are so professional and good at what they do; which is chiefly to make you feel welcome, safe and cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless and there is literally hand sanitiser everywhere. Social distancing is ok, some nationalities find 1 metre trickier to gauge than others but it’s ok, as there’s plenty of space to just step out of the way if needed.

The food is plentiful and delicious and meal times in the main restaurant very well managed. Half Board option was very good value. The drinks are priced similarly to restaurants in the UK; for a smart hotel, still very good value

The ability to order your drinks via the in house app is fabulous as you don’t need to leave the safety of your sunbed bubble if you don’t want to. If you do, then the swim up bar is a lovely place to enjoy a cooling beer.

The rooms are cleaned every other day, as is the current government requirement, and they are immaculately cleaned. Great toiletries, robes and slippers.

The numerous pools are quiet and beautiful and the grounds a delight to walk through. I don’t think the photos of the hotel in brochures do it justice😀

The Spa is excellent and great value for money. Martina has sorted out an arm problem I’ve had for months with her excellent massage - she’s wonderful.

2 tavernas near by (3 mins walk)are great places to go for lunch or for a post dinner drink if you fancy a change of scenery. The shop nearby sells EVERYTHING so if you’ve forgotten anything in your dash to get away ...don’t worry.

The hotel is 50% full and that makes for a very relaxing holiday right now.

I don’t have any criticisms - the Manager of this hotel has worked hard to ensure his fantastic staff make sure you are happy & relaxed.

Everyone on Rhodes is so friendly and inviting - it’s been humbling to watch people work so hard to keep tourism alive.

Thank you very much everyone!

Only positive emotions remained after staying at the hotel.
Were resolved very quickly any requests and questions. The staff are very attentive and affable. The rooms were cleaned very quickly and efficiently. The arrangements of the rooms are arranged so that you hardly intersect with people except in the main restaurant during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The food in the restaurant was very varied, tasty and was taken any taste preferences.

Very convenient that in the hotel itself and nearby there are mini-shops with excellent quality Greek cosmetics, souvenirs and food.

Being in the hotel, you can feel like you were in a small paradise where absolutely everything was thought out.

Definitely if a trip to Rhodes, then choose only this hotel!!!

They are quite far away unless you have a car. One is close to Rhodes Town so about 45 minutes drive away and the other is to the South so around 30 minutes drive away. We had the dine around option but didn’t use it.
