We stayed two nights after a long 2 days of travel from Alaska. The Pictures are nice but the Hotel is nicer than the pictures. The Breakfast was one of the best I've eaten in a hotel with different foods daily. There was a large flock of beautiful Parrots in the trees on the property. My wife is a very clean person and the room exceeded her standards. The beds were comfortable and the Air Conditioning was cold. We did not get to try the Pool but it looked inviting. The location is easy to find and close walking distance to shopping malls to get the things you forgot. In our case we had to purchase a pay as you go SIM Card and the desk staff was very helpful with directions and spoke excellent English.

Due to this hotels proximity to the airport we stayed for the first and last night of our trip. On the first night we were shown to our room that had a bathroom, sofa, desk and fridge on the ground floor with stairs up to a mezzanine floor where the 2 beds were. We found this layout far from 'user-friendly'. The location of the room also meant it suffered with the non-stop noise of the main road which runs in front of the hotel. We ate in the hotel restaurant and unfortunately had to return a steak meal as it was too tough to even cut. On returning on our last night we asked at arrival not to have a similar room and were shown to accommodation which was quiet, clean, spacious and all on one level. That night we explored a short walking distance on the same road and discovered a small selection of reasonable restaurants. The next day we had the time to use the small but adequate gym and sat around the large swimming pool. A totally different experience from our first visit.

This is a place meant to stay one night before/after a flight from San Jose Airport, and it doesn't pretend to be much more than that. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room was slightly lacking in cleanliness- nothing bad, just when looking under/around things when checking for any items before leaving, a lot of it was pretty dusty. The pool area looked nice, though we didn't use it. The one real thing that would make me hesitate to stay there again was the food. The dinner I had was not good, and it was also not cheap. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired- the fresh fruit and banana bread were good, but the eggs and sausage and other items looked bad enough that I didn't even try them. The airport shuttle was free, comfortable, and convenient- about 10 ride to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night after arriving on a late flight. Immediately upon check-in we were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious with a private bedroom and a second floor loft with two more beds which were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning and although we did not have the opportunity to use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled in March 2021 and the hotel was not at full capacity. We were upgraded to a luxury room at no extra charge. The desk staff was helpful in printing our boarding passes and health forms before checkout. When we came to the desk to ask for ice, it arrived at our door almost before we were back from the lobby. The breakfast was very good and the pool was clean. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel and its staff took wearing a mask in public areas and hand washing very seriously. It made us feel that they cared about us. We would stay there again and it is not far to the airport.

I stayed in Country Inn for about week on a business trip, and my experience was completely positive. The staff were very kind and courteous, and the room was clean and has the essential amenities. Some things were a bit basic compare to more fancy hotels, but that matched the price that I paid ... these things didn't matter really. The hotel has a great location if you need access to some of the companies in the area.

Not worth the money in my opinion. Mediocre at best. Clean but NOT spacious. Although only 9 km from the airport, if there is heavy traffic, it can take a while to get there. San Jose hotel rooms near the airport are over priced even if you check the web for last minute deals, it will cost you more than you think a room is worth!

Country Inn is a great location, with easy access to the highway and nearby locations. Rooms are quite spacious, very clean. Includes a tasty and generous buffet breakfast. The hotel gardens are quite pretty and well kept. The pool area is large and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We were provided with water bottles every day and the rooms have safes, refrigerators, plenty of towels, toiletries were provided too. There's a small convenient store in the lobby with plenty of products and really good coffee. The hotel feels secure and welcoming, and we plan to stay there again.

Location was the best part. Although the whole place could use an update. The rooms were almost too large , and awkwardly laid out. Downstairs was a big sitting room , w couch , table/chairs You had to climb 10-12 steps to access bath and bedrooms.
The bed room was huge and bed was large and quite comfortable. The small bath had some parts w a low ceiling but otherwise was fine. Plenty of hot water.
The pool is nice and long, good for laps , but not heated.
The staff was helpful with getting transport lined up but be advised that their " shuttle" only runs twice an hour.
Give yourself 3 hours for flights out of the country.
The breakfast/dining experience was also awkward how they served people.
No one greeted us, we had to sort of make our own way for a table and food.
For a night the place was fine. Three weeks earlier we stayed at the Adventure Inn just down the street and liked that a whole lot more, much more cozy and personal and the restaurant was so good we walked down during this stay.

This was a challenging stay as I was coming from 4 hrs away. They couldn’t check me in until after 2, which I found surprising since it didn’t appear that the hotel was full. There was a leak in the ceiling and the sofa was all wet. They did provide a complimentary non-alcoholic smoothie but it was only for 1 person, and 2 of us were staying in this room. I couldn’t help but laugh bc what if I had checked in with my kids and husband too? And we had ordered dinner as well. The room was fun as a loft and extra room, good air conditioning and clean nice beds. But the noise all night long made it impossible to get any sleep between the trucks and loud cars/motorcycles. The snacks and coffee machine in the lobby was helpful for an early flight but expensive.

You need to write to the hotel at the address on their Web site. To the best of my recollection, it is on the hour from the hotel starting at 5am, then on the half-hour from the airport.
I think it runs from either 5:30 or 6 AM to 9 PM. Outside of those hours, they will arrange for you but you'd need to pay (I think they charged about $30 USD for 9 of us). Uber I think was around 15 per car. The Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn near the airport run their shuttle 24 hrs a day every 15 min and also have a shuttle to a local mall for dinner. They are also much nicer hotels if you can grab them for the same price.
Actually I added international service to my cell phone so I could call the hotel once I had my luggage, check my review with details of where to wait for shuttle
