We stayed at Pullman recently and the hotel is really run very well . The restaurant services are par excellence , the Exec chef , chef Vishal , Chef Jeetender and chef Ravi have all been very good .Sachin under the guidance of seniors made lovely rice for us. The mornings are amazing . Harvesh and the chefs making dosas are truly a delight to watch for speed and sincerity . My daughter is just 2 yrs and extreme care was taken on her intake. The inroom dining orders are well taken by a good team and the service by boys like the spirited Prameet , Himanshu , Kamal , specially abled boy Mohit and others are just real good . The restaurant is very well run by Vansh , Prince , kunal , Rohit , kailash , shubam , Brijesh , Mirza ,Manoj , Pankaj , yashwant,Aman and veenu they cooperate very well with manager Sunil . Mr hitesh Mr Kandelwal the F and B person and his senior colleague have all been very caring . We also found the executive lounge and gym to be very well managed . The team members have all have been really good ! People worthy of mention have been many and still we will name a few amongst them ; Mr Ashish from Executive lounge is a very pleasant man and his team including Anjali , jai Hriday and team from the Lounge services , have the knack of making stays memorable . Gokul Mohit and each member of the team from the laundry services, has been real good . The housekeeping department greatly benefits from spirited boys like Dilip , and the managers Akash and Sudhir have all been a class apart ! At concierge there is a an excellent team consisting of Ravi roshan, chaman,aditya manoj ,afhan , Madhur and others . Each one of them is a gem including the doorman manoj urender and pradeep as also security staff Latha and others ! Reception is very well run by Bhavik and team including Rohit and manager Vikas and others ! Guest services Parul and Shikha and team have been prompt! Krishna from reservation has also been helpful ! Bestest wishes !

We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our recent two week trip to India and found the hotel to be excellent in every way. Arriving in Delhi on an early morning flight we were given immediate access to our beautiful room on the 6th floor. The room was spacious with power points that take English plugs. Wi fi was easy to access, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom, superb with a large free standing bath as well as a very efficient shower. During our stays we ate both in the main restaurant on the ground floor (breakfasts in particular, were excellent, with a huge range of both Indian and international dishes) and in the coffee shop type restaurant downstairs ( a good range of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches etc.. and very convenient if wanting a quick meal). We also used the concierge service in order to book tickets for The Kingdom of Dreams Show (an amazing spectacle - highly recommended!) In addition to booking the tickets and advising on the best seats, the hotel also arranged at a relatively small cost for a hotel car to take us to the venue and wait to bring us back to the hotel after the show. Following our two week trip which took us down to the tiger reserves in central India, we returned to the hotel for our final night where we were given another excellent room, again with a bath, albeit on a lower floor. Throughout both stays all the staff with whom we came in contact were extremely friendly and helpful, appearing to be genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any visitor to Delhi and very much hope to return at some point in the future.

I stayed in the Pullman on 19th December because of the traffic issues and I had a flight the following day. Checking was smooth and quick, check out was smooth and fast and my airport transfer was there waiting for me. The driver was super polite and helpful and made my year by telling me I looked ten years younger. The room I stayed in was beautiful, the bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath was to die for. Everything was spotless and my room service breakfast was served hot and quickly. I had one of the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel with lovely soft sheets and a great fluffy feather pillow. Despite my room facing the runway there was no noise so the sound proofing works well This hotel is just off the highway so is great for the airport and great to zip into Delhi

The hotel has good amenities in the room; though has poor hospitality. Felt more of a self service hotel. Concerns were instead of blocking the card at the time of check in, it was charged at 1.5X the amount of booked duration. Requests made to the kitchen were not handled promptly and needed reminders. Not a hotel I would advise or choose hereafter.

The car waiting to transfer us from the airport to the hotel was big and comfortable, and was able to accomodate all our luggage. On arrival we were upgraded to a suite and were also 'customers of the day' with complimentary drinks vouchers. The rooms were faultless with a big bath and spa-style shower, comfy bed, two TVs etc. The only slight issue was that we couldn't find Colours on the TV channels so had to watch Bigg Boss on our phone! However, the internet connection was very fast. The executive lounge had a really good breakfast selection. An excellent hotel overall.

This was my first time in a Pullman hotel and for sure won’t be the last. The hotel is located in an area called Aerocity, with many hotels, and a modern, pretty, clean and secure development, very close to the airport.
After passing security, you’ll find a wide, elegant and modern lobby. Check-in starts at 14:00, but since my husband and I arrived around 9:30 in the morning, we were offered a special package that included early check in, access to the lounge for breakfast or afternoon drinks and snacks, and shuttle to the airport for 4 thousand extra rupees. We took it.
The buffet in the restaurant is amazing, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the biggest we saw in our 18 days in India. Our room was very nice, with a sliding door that allows the bathroom to be part of the room. I only wish the toilet had a translucent and not a transparent door. The bed had these amazing semi-round pillows to place under your knees, that give you the "zero gravity" feel.

I stayed in the hotel for a day with early check in on 4th June to 5th June.
This has been a marked hotel for me since many years and was fitting in my itinerary with a reasonable budget in the summer of 2021. The hotel prices a standard room anywhere between Rs 7000 to 9000 with taxes but I got it for approx Rs 3700/-.
The hotel is located in a premium locale of Delhi Aerocity with clean roads and cleaner premises.
From the outer facade it doesnt show much compared to Hyatt Andaz neighbouring it but the central lobby and Hotel Decor is no less. It has a premium and graceful look from the inside.
Seemed a bit smaller with the floor space of central lobby and restaurant but couldnt explore much due to the COVID 19 restrictions.
The reception associate Miss Hina was well versed, well behaved and polite. Check in process was hassle free and fast.
The elevators are clean and have a brass and mirror look which suites them in sync with the hotel.
The lobbies in front of the room are plushly carpeted and private.
The rooms are spacious and welcoming, very quite and comfortable.
All the bathrooms have a premium bath tub which is seen very less in Indian Hotels including many other Hotel brands. Toiletries are of good quality but not provided in their full fervor until you ask for them.
The room had all basic amenities but I wonder why no gowns or slip on slippers were provided although I got them when requested.
The housekeeping staff is very polite and prompt. The hotel shares some of its staff from Novotel Aerocity since both the properties are interlinked and of the same Accor Group.
The in house dining staff is very cultured, patient and kudos to the chef for his preparations.
Check out was fast and hassle free. Special mention to Duty Manager Zubair for being on the job 24x7.
Must go hotel in delhi aerocity if it fits your budget.

Stayed in Pullman for almost 2 months.Stay was made comfortable and memorable by the entire team. During this pandemic safety of guest were well taken care by the team. Rooms were splendid and well maintained. Housekeeping staff and room service was excellent.Food served was of wide variety and menu was modified according to our palatability. Thanks to Mr Pankaj who ensured that food of choice was delivered. Mr Chirag and team are doing a wonderful to ensure the stay is made comfortable and safe. I'll suggest to ask for rooms with Airport view.

Outstanding hotel stay. Generally, I strongly dislike chain hotels, which deprive me of the experience of the country, by over-adapting themselves to Western expectations. Over the course of my stay, I was struck by mostly by the quality of the service and by the hospitality. At any minute, I could find someone to help me out with whatever I needed, yet never felt overwhelmed with over-sollicitation (something I have encountered in previous trips). The concierge is remarkably effective and pleasant, and helped me achieve things during my 3-day stay which I would have thought impossible (such as getting a tailor made suit produced and delivered!). The director of the hotel will personally cruise the premises every day to ensure everything is in order and take immediate action if anything is below expectations. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff is perfect.

The reservations office very helpful , while booking please ask the front desk to directly connect you to the reservations office. They r very courteous and if thebproblem is explained and is genuine , they will definitely accommodate and adjust.
Yes mostly all the tours that are booked through the hotels are private. They take you for a sunrise tour which is the best time to go. I recommend booking through the hotel. It is definitely mush safer. It’s pricier but it’s also safer.
There are more places to choose from in the New Delhi area.
