I rarely give reviews, there typically has to be something overly special about my experience to get me to do so, and this is certainly one of those times. I spent ten nights in a row at Da Nang's Risemount Resort at the end of last year, it was late Nov into early Dec 2019 From check in to departure everything was a breeze... Reception agents were smiling and efficient. The dining at breakfast accommodated my special meal requests in an over & beyond fashion! The room cleaning staff on my floor were smiling, friendly young men & women who asked regularly if all was ok. My room had a pool view looking through a bit of well appointed foliage on the balcony. The resort has two pools and both are set up nicely for swimming and relaxing, plenty lengthy with shallow areas for wading. It's a very conveniently located property with good dining and plenty to see all within short walking distance, including the beach. Frankly, I could go on & on but am only allowed so much wording. It's almost not fair to point out the great hospitality of any one team member as they were all so nice! But it usually begins at the top and The Risemount Resort didn't appear to be different... The GM, Chris, is an absolute gentleman who has a distinct knack for mixing professionalism with a natural down-to-earth demeanor. I always looked forward to seeing him and reporting on how my day went and how great his staff was to be around. Thanks again to you all!

We have been here for seven days family of five plus baby and had a great time and enjoyed every minute.We had room upgrades to Elite deluxe for all three rooms that we had booked. The rooms were huge and we had loads of space and a bathroom as big as the bedroom.The hotel has treated us like royalty and couldnt do enough for us .The hotel is in a great spot with loads of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach which is great. All staff are really friendly and the cleaning staff do a great job.They also replenish bottled water daily. All the reception staff are very professional and capable. If we are in Da Nang again we will definitely book this hotel Thankyou Risemount

Spotless facility, very reasonable price .you get a person to attend to your needs that is so attentive its heart warming. The staff is so kind graceful and eligant. We had high hopes for this hotel. They did note it was our honeymoon, and set up a lovely honeymoon gesture with petals and cake in our room.
We booked the suite on the ground floor. The room is very generous in size. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The hotel is situated close to the beach. On a busy road. Our room was close to the road and we had lots of noise happening from the pool bar ( which is good) but we also had loud noise from reception entry (Kenny g type music) which was mixing with pool music. And then street noise of scooters and cars beeping and tooting.
The music stopped after dinner but we did have to sleep with our own white noise and tan to drown out the street noise.
Our bed was the best so comfortable. The pool bar served delicious well priced cocktails. The pool food menu was too much. Nothing snack to choose. Just full meals. On the second day the bar man gave up peanut snacks with our drinks which we enjoyed.
Buffet breakfast was large and had good variety of fresh tasty food. The local tourists were loud and coughing and not very Covid safe (we preferred to sit outside in fresh air for breakfast) they were touching and coughing over the food which made us nervous.
The afternoons were busy with local tourists and lots of kids swimming.
Lots of local tourists spend the entire day taking photos here in this hotel because it is very pretty and well thought out. The Mediterranean theme is lovely. The pool area lovely and comfortable.
We stayed a 3rd night in a cheaper hotel style room as we spent the entire day at Ba na Hills. The smaller room was tiny. The bed very hard. There were people cooking constantly in the hallway so our room stank of smoke the entire time. The room was horrendously loud. I could not sleep that night due to the banging noises of the rooms. I would not recommend the cheaper rooms. They are super I comfortable and not worth the money let alone the star rating they give the self.
We left very early in the morning for the airport and they were lovely and made us a breakfast box which was very thoughtful

The friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever encountered during all of my travels. When we checked in my travel companion was concerned that the room was on the upper floor and only accessible by stairs but Tran Lieu, the Guest Relation officer from the front desk who showed us the room was very accommodating and asked us if she could switch to the lower floor room. We ended up picking the assigned room because it was a nicely appointed room with swimming pool view. The next day after my shopping spree I asked her if she could help me send the stuff I just bought to the hotel of my last destination in Vietnam so I don't have to carry them all over the country. She is not only willing to help, but she and the staff at the front counter were checking the shipment cost, filled out the paper work, packed the stuff for me before delivering it to the courier office. All of these were done after I checked out of the hotel because I gave them all of my stuff on Sunday and the courier office was closed. What a nice touch! I would come back and stay in this hotel on my next visit to Danang.

Rooms were well maintaned, large and housekeeping did a great job to clean up the room on a daily base.

The service was good. The room was alright. Nothing much to complain. The pool is amazing and the resort design is stunning. The resort location is near the center and the beach, given easy access to restaurants, shops, etc.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! I Stayed about a week and enjoyed both swimming pools and the nice cocktails! the staff was extremely nice and very helpful! I had to use my laptop for few days but my laptop had some issue connecting to the wifi in the initial room. The front desk was very understanding and could immediately change me to a room in which it worked very well. I will definetely recommend this hotel

I took a long time to choose this hotel and in the end it was just an ok choice. In saying that the room was clean and the bed fantastic, i think Vietnam has the best beds of my travels so far. The wifi in my room was an issue and although the issue was attended to quickly, it wasn't fixed. Breakfast was in the lobby on the first day and was disappointing, no menu and two offers from what i could work out. Coffee was weak, 1/2 a glass of orange juice and bacon and eggs with bread and not toast. The second day was in the restaurant, slightly better and I chose to eat out on the third morning. The 4th floor where the gym was semi operational and the pool not available so it was a big slimy mess. This was not advertised when i booked. No water was left in the room on the second day. Walls are quite thin so I had to listen to loud voices and TV at different times. As I said, just soso. It is a good 3 star or very low 4 star if at all.

Warmest greeting from Risemount Resort Danang!
Risemount is a great small resort with 3 different buildings, please be noted that according to specific room type, Duplex Residence Room will be assigned in D block, and the other Twin room will be assigned in other block (A block).
Both rooms now are assigned on high floor (2nd floor).
Furthermore, a cap can take you to hotel from the airport by costing only VND 100.000 ~ VND120.000 (5,4km).

Hello. When I stayed Yoga was offered 3 days a week( I remember Tuesday and Thursdays at 8am). I’m sure if you ask the front desk the yoga teacher can be available everyday and you can probably choose the time.
