Nestled among one of the most breathtaking landscapes created by Mother Earth Gaia along the three thousand year old Lycian Way with its echoes of ancient civilizations, Shambala welcomes all who want to purify their spirit, heal their body, free their mind and become whole again. From the top of these verdant slopes surrounded by lush tropical-like scenery, you stare into the face of the eternity and become part of it.

I love this place with all my heart. It’s not easy to be a solo traveler, as some of you may know, but the friendliness of everyone, the energy that the staff gives out and the quality of the place is difficult to not fall in love with. There’s a beautiful open buffet for breakfast and dinner, with a menu for when you’re hungry in the afternoon. I stayed in one of the more laid back rooms and loved every second of the peace I got with the most breathtaking view. Would recommend to anyone, always.

What an amazing place and very welcoming. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Özge ❤️ The place is much better than the photos, the food was very delicious and really nice music/parties at night. There are lots of activities you can do at the beach as well. Away from the hustle bustle of the main touristic areas, Shamabala has the magic! We will return for sure!!

Such an amazing place. Incredible sea views in the peace of the forest, lots of different little spots around Shambala to read, work, do yoga or have a drink whilst looking out to the sea. A lot thought has gone into the design of the place. Huge yoga deck and great pool and endless secret chill spots. Friendliest staff and guests as well and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Thanks Emree and all! Tip: Don’t take too much luggage if you’re doing the hilly walk from the bus stop :)

The view is priceless with an amazing location. HOWEVER, the service is 1 star. We stayed for 2 nights (135 per night HB in a treehouse). We talked with the manager (I think he was). He was checking us in, taking care of the activities, and more. First, whenever you try to talk to him, he will roll his eyes at you while trying to communicate with him via English. We booked a boat for 450 TY lira (approx 45 euro) for the two of us only for 3-4 hours and he mentioned that we will go to caves, butterfly valley and another bay. When we got on the boat, the skipper said that we will go to the cave , a swim spot and then to paradise bay. When I asked about the butterfly valley , he said we need to pay an extra 300 lira cause its far away! We said no ofc ! after we visited the cave and another swim spot for like 15 mins, the skipper DUMPED us on an EMPTY bay (paradise bay) and he said he will come for us in 2 hours! No water or food or anything (luckily we got some water with us). After 2 hours luckily he came back and took us back to kabak beach. It was horrible, while the beach was very nice , it was like castaway. After we booked a Thai massage and thankfully that was great , her name was Ganja (she was lovely and the massage was great and very needed). The breakfast and dinner were OK. Will go back to Kabak beach but not to Shambala. There are better places to stay in. Also, music never stops all day, from the room (ours was at the top - he heard the people on other rooms and music all day and night from the pool area).

My stay at Shambala was a complete nightmare. The room and facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, with dust everywhere, leaking toilets, and even a huge spider in the bathroom. Stains on the bed sheets and extremely dirty windows added to the discomfort. The common area was no better, with a poorly maintained pool and cheap, possibly expired food. To top it off, I decided to leave after one day but was still forced to pay for the entire stay. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Don't be fooled by the Instagram photos.

They play very loud and trashy techno music all day and night (+ it started as early as 6:40 am in the morning). I really like partying on techno and house music as I come from Berlin, but this was just very bad and crappy taste. Just annoying and what a pity to destroy this scenic beautiful environment like they do.
You can not find peace in this place. The very bad music is extremely annoying and fully destroyed my holiday experience.

A perfect calmness, tranquility. Bird sounds in the day, the stars at night are your most beautiful companions. The most beautiful place I've ever stayed. I'm looking forward to coming here again. 🌱🌸

Shambala is of the best places I’ve ever been so far. It’s athmosphere and best trained employees have been like my family. The food, view, rooms and THE COCTAILS! Serkan Akarlar, the mixologist (bartender) makes the best drinks ever. He isn’t just a bartender mixes drinks but a mixologist who adores the art of mixology. If you ever pay a visit there, the first stop will be Serkan’s bar. I hope you will enjoy Shambala like I did!

We had reserved the whole spot and had confirmed so for over a month, invited friends who had booked flights from all over the world to join us, and then they cancelled (due to a decision that could have been made well in advance as we presented all info etc at the initial reservation booking) and this left us in a horrible position of having to try and pay back our friends for flight cancellation fees and unable to celebrate a long planned birthday. Really sad.
