We spent a one week stay in Kemer and I can say that the experience was a success from beginning to end. First, about the reservation, we did it through the Kilit Hospitality Group (to which this property belongs) call center and it was very professionally handled and very reassuring. Everything was booked in a swift way, through WhatsApp and secured emails flows. We reserved a family room with sea view in ultra all inclusive formula and transfer from and to the Antalya airport (approximately a one hour drive). Upon arrival, we were smoothly taken in charge at the desk of the transfer provider. The check in was well managed and we were given most of the relevant information about the hotel. In general, the rooms are comfortable, and big enough to fit a family of three. They are correctly insulated from the noise. I would suggest as possible enhancements for the future to : Add tissues box in the bathroom Change the carpet, a little old fashioned would ideally be replaced by a modern floor covering Change the safety boxes which looks really from the past. Of course if you are seeking for full quietness, you are not at the right place : the hotel is located in the center of the intensely active resort of Kemer, a step away from one of the Top Turkish (and probably European) night club, in fact basically surrounded by fun night life places. So forget about sleeping with your open window during the summer season, which worked fine for us because it was anyway too hot outside even overnight, and we preferred the airco of the bedroom. The hotel counts very good food : the buffet is very varied and globally quality is prime, with a lot of grilled meat and fish, fresh salads and vegetables…Very active and professional staff in the dining room help keep the place tidy and the buffet always well stored. As an option, you also have a choice of three A la carte Restaurants (one Italian, one Mexican, and one Turkish) if you want to dine in a more cosy and relaxed environment; we tried the Turkish one and were not disappointed: food was very good and staff friendly and caring. A special mention to the spa zone which is one the best we have experienced in Turkey among our different trips. It is very well equipped, and the spa staff is just excellent. We recommend the complete procedure with Turkish bath peeling and then massage and face mask which is a great experience and excellent value for money (50 euros per person for a one hour fifteen process, with then free access to a thermal water swimming pool). Concerning outdoor activities, the pool side is wide and well equipped. Only minus the size of pool towels provided, too small in our opinion. There is three water slides offering a fun activity for the family. The private beach is outside the hotel area, you reach it by crossing a street via a protected pedestrian passage, it is well equipped and has a small ponton. Everywhere outside (pool, beach) you can find bars and light snacks all day long. Special thank you to all the staff of the hotel (housekeeping staff is great !!) we were very well taken care of, everything was smooth and efficient, and minor issues were solved almost immediately. We will most likely visit again one of the Kilit Hospitlity Group property in the near future.

This hotel was beautiful... I wouldn't quite say 5 star in the hotel itself but 5 star for the staff! The hotel guests are predominantly German, Turkish or Russian so being an English speaker it probably wasn't the best choice for myself and my wee family. We always stay in Antalya but this was our first time in Kemer and it is picturesque! The staff really work hard as we noticed how demanding the guests can be (itmust be hard to keep a smile on your face all day everyday!) They became like a Crystal family, looking after us in every way. They celebrated both our birthdays with us while we were there. There are so many staff I would love to thank individually, especially the entertainment staff and the restaurant staff but the 1 staff member that stood out for us was Meerim (she works in the bar area along with her sister who is equally lovely) she provided us with daily smiles and laughter. Everyone went up and beyond to make sure we felt welcome! Oh and a massive mention to Zeeliha (not sure of spelling) she works in kids club and went up and beyond to keep our son entertained, he adored her. I would recommend asking at reception for a kettle as these facilities aren't provided in your room. Also the mini bar in your room is just stocked with soft drinks as opposed to bar drinks. I would recommend not using the shop inside the complex as it is very overpriced (although the owner is very patient) but taking a walk to the wee shop Gross Market (2 minutes walk) you will find everything really a lot cheaper. You are surrounded by Supermarkets and shops and every Monday/Tuesday there are markets on. Food is good in restaurant but does get very repetitive as does the background music. I suppose it is very difficult to please everyone happy when you are have such a massive scale of people passing through the hotel. So all in all I give the Crystal delux a 4 star but the staff a 5+ star!!! Thanks guys for making our stay!!

The hotel is located next to the beach and at a 5 minute walk to the center, with different shops, disco's, bars and restaurants, fantastic!
To start with, we want to thank the great entertainment team girls, Valeria, dasha and Ksenila for a wonderful time in this hotel. We enjoyed many sport activities like Stretching, Boccia, Volleybal, Waterpolo and Aqua Gym (in the morning in the swimming pool and in the afternoon in the sea). In addition, we had a lovely time dancing with them after the evening shows during live music and/or DJ music. The entertainment team defenitely does a great job and they are doing their best to give the guests a good experience in this hotel.
Secondly, we want to mention the food, which we enjoyed as well. There are drinks and snacks available 24/7 and everything tastes very good. We didn't visit one of the dinner a la carte restaurants, but each night before going to bed we enjoyed a snack in the mexican a la carte restaurant which was well runned by the staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were good. Enough choice, the food is warm and tasty.
The rooms are cleaned well, as well as the public spaces in this hotel. The mini bar in the room was filled up again every day and we were given new towels everyday as well.
To give one point of improvement, we would like to see that all staff which are working in the different bars/restaurants would be Able to speak at least a basic level of English. This way, they can help more people better when it comes to explaining the ingredients of some meals and avoid miscommunication at the bar. However, most staff members are super friendly and they do their best to help you the best way possible.
Overall, we are very pleased with our choice for this hotel and we surely recommend this hotel to other people who want to visit Kemer.

We stayed in the Crystal Deluxe Hotel last week. I can honestly say it was the most disappointing hotel stay ever.
I chose the hotel based on the reviews and the covid 19 measures in place at the hotel. I knew that the majority of the guests would be Russian but didn't see this as being a problem, as we live in Turkey we are used to being the only brits.
Initially I was really pleased with our first impressions of the hotel. Our temperatures were taken at the gate the reception area was lovely, check-in was efficient and we were quickly shown to our nicely appointed clean room. There were information sheets regarding covid 19 measures in the hotel, social distancing and mask wearing masks at all times in the restaurant whilst getting food.
So,we went down for lunch in the restaurant, there was a member of staff giving out masks to all guests who didn't have one and signs on top of every food station stating in pictures and words that masks are to be worn. Never have I experienced such blatant disregard for a simple rule and in these times peoples safety. Hardly any of the guests had masks on, the majority of people handed masks at the entrance put them in their pockets. I was so shocked I immediately went and asked the members of staff if masks were to be worn they said YES but when I pointed out that 90% of the people were not they just shrugged their shoulders and said Russians. There was no social distancing whilst at the food stations, several times my self and my husband were waiting to be served and an ignorant guest would just barge us out of the way and grunt at the staff in order to get served, staff looked embarrassed and were apologetic but it was obvious they didn't want any confrontation with these rude, ill mannered people. The chefs and staff worked hard to present nice food but the atmosphere was like a fast food take away. We spent minimal time in the restaurant, literally trying to get in and out when it was quieter. Not once did we ever feel relaxed enough to spend time enjoying a meal.
Fortunately we found the Gözleme place, wonderful lady making the most delicious gözleme.
Unfortunately for me the hotel is not a relaxing place, nowhere to sit quietly as the animation starts at 10am and music finishes at midnight, it was so loud I could feel the vibrations in our room. When things have finally quietened every night at 3.30am we would be woken by drunken guests returning to their rooms who would be shouting loudly and we could hear couples fighting and slapping each other. Never have I felt so uncomfortable in my home country.
The highlight of my stay was the Spa, the facilities are excellent and the staff are great. I had a wonderful massage with Murat who was really kind and I would definitely recommend.
Overall we definitely picked the wrong hotel.

Review We returned home and missing Kemer so much. This was our first family holiday with our little one and we’re glad that we stayed at Crystal De Luxe.
The staff in this hotel are Superstars! They have really took good care of us and made sure we were always okay. Front of the house guys, Mehmet assisting us all the time and Meriel who’s always checking if we’re good. All F&B and Kitchen Team, these guys are beyond amazing! Special mention to all the bartenders, Nazir, sorry we forgot his name but the amazing guy from the Mexican Restaurant, the sweet guy who’s usually there to assist us during dinner in Panorama and of course Yousuf! Our rooms were always well kept by housekeeping, the lady (sorry didn’t get her name) made sure we had everything we need everyday. The Entertainment team were brilliant, we enjoyed the shows every night, we were never bored, there’s always something to do all day and night, my husband especially enjoyed Darts and Waterpolo. There’s plenty of activities for the kids too, my little one is only 7 months but enjoyed the kids club especially the kids disco. We’ve met a lot of lovely people during our stay.
There’s a big variety of food and there’s food and drinks 24/7. We love staying at the pool bar and there’s always something nice to eat till afternoon. We also love staying at the lounge in the evening after dinner, and they serve drinks and pastries from morning till night, also there’s a pianist in the evening on some days. The beach is just across the hotel and there’s food as well and drinks there, there are no cocktails by the beach though but that didn’t bother us.
The only thing that put us off is the guy selling the spa packages. He was so pushy to a point that it’s uncomfortable already. We get it that you have to sell it and that’s totally normal everywhere but it’s the way he approaches us, it’s like bothering already at some point. We really planned in booking a spa appointment but did not do it in Crystal because of him. The worst part is when we did not book with him, he never smiled or greeted us anymore whenever he sees us, well we were greeted with a grumpy face instead which actually made us uncomfortable again everytime we see him. It’s just unprofessional and it’s sad cause everyone in the hotel have been fantastic.

Spent eleven nights at the crystal deluxe April/May. We were blown away by many aspects of the hotel and staff attention. Firstly the food was beautiful quality ingredients and presented in an interesting and appealing way we just didn't know what to go for, well done all concerned. This was to us a proper all inclusive deal the drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks again were quality we found the pool bar particularly good the guys we always happy and smiling also the pool snack bar kebabs a firm favourite with us. We have never visited such a clean and maintained hotel ever, not even a crumb on the floor inside or out, same for our room housekeeping were very thorough, towels changed daily beds every other. The guest relations were very attentive if we had any queries the fed right back to us and checked we were satisfied, they were always around to chat to and ask anything, very nice people, we did ask if we could have a kettle in our room and it was explained this wasn't really normally done but by the time we had arrived at our room it was there. The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to the town with its shops , bars and restaurants nice for an evening stroll or a morning walk. 'Entertainment got into full swing on our second week, very professional and worth watching, Day entertainment was the usual things but Murat was very friendly and had time for everyone. So pleased we have booked to return this September. Can't wait.

This is my first visit to the CRYSTAL DE LUXE HOTEL, for four years there has been only one hotel in Antalya, Crystal located in Kemer surprised me with its wonderful location 300 m from the center, beautiful cafes nearby, bazaars, in the distance a 10-minute walk to the port, a wonderful place for evening walks, mosques that you can visit, of course you need to dress appropriately (covered shoulders, knees, head scarf for ladies). Private hotel beach, with sun loungers, a pier and, of course, a bar. Wearing all-inclusive wristbands is required. Beautiful large rooms with beautiful views, a spacious bathroom with a shower, rooms cleaned every day and a minibar replenished. The cleaning staff was very nice and always smiling, in the hotel there are bars serving cold, hot and alcoholic drinks, my attention was drawn to the bar in the Loggby with hot drinks and desserts, the staff in the bars was very nice and always smiling. In the main restaurant with meals there is a lot to choose from, various meals, I really liked the fact that there is a lot of fruit and vegetables. There is a bar by the pool serving drinks and meals, there are also slides for children and adults, and sports activities are held. You can also use the gym and spa treatments. Swimming pool for children, mini disco from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., animations. The hotel also took care of the evening repertoire for adults, I am very surprised that there is also a disco nearby. The people working at the reception are very polite and smiling, the entire staff deserves respect, they take care of their guests, they are always polite and smiling. I would like to thank Mrs. Ludmila, the hotel manager, for her support, help and quick response. I will definitely come back to the Crystal hotel, there is a lot to choose from

This year I was here for the 9th time, for us it's like second home. Over the years we have seen the hotel do its best to keep improving their facilities. Employees are very friendly. Hotel room is also clean, beds are good and the airco also but turns off at 2 am, you can turn it back on afterwards. During the night you use the midnight snack or take a drink by the poolbar, the lobbybar is closed after 12 midnight. In the restaurant there is plenty of choice and varienty in food. During the day you can eat in restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner but you can also eat by pool and by the beach. At the resort you can use Wifi what is good and stable, at the beach you have no wifi.There is also a great hamam you can order massages or go to the sauna. Animation is also nice, they do a lot of activities like playing yoga, darts, waterpolo, vollyball, aquagym, face paint for the kids and in the evening there is always a great show with entertainers. You are also very cloe to 3 big clubs but you don't have any noise from that and in 10 minutes walking you are in the city of Kemer with lovely shops and restaurants etc

Me and my husband visited Antalya for the first time. The hotel staff were so lovely, the man who operates the spa, waiters such as Ibrahim and Derya from guest relations made our stay very joyful. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very prompt when in the lounge area or dining rooms.
The rooms are cleaned everyday to a good standard, they have elevators to access the spa/swimming area downstairs which was excellent. I am pregnant so was constantly checked in by members of staff on how I was doing. The heated pool was lovely. The location was fabulous, only a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 5-10 minute away from the harbour.
The hotel are very accommodating, we had an issue with noise with our room on our first day, so they immediately catered and gave us a new room. The fridge is refilled daily and free of charge! The food was lovely, had a variety throughout the week we were there.
All in all very good experience, my husband and I would love to visit again :)

I checked many reviews of this hotel before I booked it, they were quite mixed, but don't believe the bad ones.
Very impressed with everything about this hotel, well perhaps not 5 star, but I didn't pay a 5 star price.
As a family we had 3 rooms, the air con was not working in one room but they swapped the room as soon as we told them.
The pools are fab for family's with children, massive, warm water and plenty if sun beds and shade.
I saw bad reviews about the food, but it's great, somthing for everyone and plenty of it. We went all inclusive and paid about £900 for 10 days inc the flight, transfers and baggage, so if you consider £600 for the hotel brilliant VFM!
The beach it just 5 mins Walk, lovely warm sea and shady sun beds.
All of the staff are very friendly; I tended to tip the waiter 20 lira each time (£1.00) and we were looked after like kings.
Rooms comfortable and stunning view, would I come again, 110%!
