We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A few things, the breakfast was not noteworthy. Yes they did have the best coffee I think of all the hotels we visited in Southeast Asia, but that’s about it. We stayed here four days and every day the breakfast buffet was essentially the same, very unexciting. I don’t know what it is about Asia but no one over here knows how to make a good omelette! They all make omelettes, they’re just pretty bland😕. The staff was all very warm and welcoming and we appreciate that. But for some reason you get the impression with management that they’re trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. Not nice. Would we stay here again if we visited Phuket (?)… Probably not. The location is OK, and probably the most enjoyable part about the location was the little corner bar across the street who also does laundry! And what a fantastic job they did with that too!! Also it’s but a five minute walk to the beach so that’s a plus. But that’s about as much positive I can say about La Vintage. It seems like they do a pretty robust business which begs the question, why they don’t invest more into the upkeep of the hotel? They should definitely invest more money into freshening up this place.

The service is very good, the staff are smiling. Welcoming, caring, and attentive , Clean breakfast And hygienic , Have clean and fragrant rooms I like to sit and relax by the pool with a variety of drinks and relaxing music, this place is near many shopping centers, and only 5 minutes walk to Patong beach. This place is a very good starting point for this holiday. I will definitely visit again soon. Which, next time, may have to stay here for two months

The staff was Very friendly and the hotel was 8n very good location close to the beach about 15 minutes by foot and bagla road about 10 minutes by foot. Bagla road are all the main bar.Good breakfasts also.

Rooms are clean, hotel is in a good location within a 5 minute walk to the beach, Bangla Rd and shopping centre. Pool is a little small. Wifi will often drop out and slow needs improvement. Breakfast is ok. Currently has construction happening from main road all way round to hotel (not hotel’s fault) a little noisy at times.

We have just returned from Thailand, having spent two pleasant weeks staying in La Vintage resort. The position of the hotel is good, quite close to center and the seashore. Breakfasts were tasty and well-cooked. All the problems were overcome quickly. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Especially I must thank Tarn, she works at the reception and could always help the guests creating friendly atmosphere. The only negative moment is some construction sites near the hotel. But our room was quiet and always well-cleaned. We recommend staying in the La Vintage Resort.

Do not stay at this hotel. One of my mosquito bands had stained the bed quilt and one of the towels which was fairly old. I was happy to pay for them to be cleaned. However, the reception staff (no manager in sight) demanded that I pay for new bedding. They charged me £3400 baht (about £75) which I thought was very unreasonable. I didn’t have time to argue this with them as I had to get to the airport to catch a plane and they knew this so decided to rip me off by demanding that I pay for the new bedding. That is why I recommend do not stay here as they may try and scam more money out of you when you check out? This ruined my trip to Phuket

I first arrived at the La Vintage hotel and the staff welcomed us with a big smile. I love it when I visit a place and there is a big smile on someone face..a gentleman helped me with my suitcase and took it to my room… All of the staff helped me with any questions I had and the were willing to guide me anywhere needed to go.
Thank you from my bottom of my heart ❤️. Next time I will choose La vintage hotel because it is in a quiet part of Phuket and 10 min walk maximum.

Great location if you want to be in central of Phuket. Hotel itself was dated but great size family room. I wouldn’t say it’s a great hotel but it was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. However, the hotel is covered in termites! On the second to last day of our stay I discovered loads of termite droppings on my bed and headboard. I notified reception and they sent a guy up. He basically shaked it off my bed, sprayed some bug spray and said it’s ok now. I demanded to change rooms and he was telling me this is normal and every room has it. After going back and forth, in the end they changed rooms for myself and my family.
I still have goosebumps thinking about it as the droppings looks like sand and because we went to the beach everyday, I thought it was sand. Never ever thought it was termite droppings until that night I had millions of flies flying in my room and then found the nest!

Smelly aircondition forcwed us to change room.from 1. to second floor. Here the room was ok, but the smell was in the corridor. Berkfast was poor with minimal fish, no bacon and lousy meat. Chickenham floating in lots of water tasted nothing an so did the chickensausage altso. The offer of egs in all variety was good. I prefer a rich brekfast when at a hotel but here I had to settle for dry bread and marmelade. The coffee taste bitter and is very strong. Nothing I will recomend.The staff was exelent and very helpfull.

Nice comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. 2 pools with deck chairs. Only 10 mins to the beach and Bangla Rd but in a quiet alley so no noise. Laundry services nearby as well as restaurants. Recommended.

Yes the card can be used,
But i am of the option to give them your own corrency instead of thb,
They take many other corrency as a security deposit,

i might not be representative sampler.. i did stay there this year on songkran. price is just nice for such room & though there is no bfast, i did not fuss bout it since... we might not get it if we stay very late & woke up quite late.. any way i did have to reserve my comment, since i m quite fond of their simple yet ok for the price.
No fee if you have paid for the room for two people. Lady just has to leave her ID at the reception desk and pick up when she leaves.
If you book for one person only, you will need to pay an additional fee for a nights accommodation.

Yes. They are knocking piles for new building next door. It's not bad if your room is in the back wing. There is a 500 baht joiners fee which I paid. It's a good hotel with nice rooms but the joiners fee is crap
I honestly don't know, never having done that. Actually though, I'd just ask them for the extra bed at no charge. You're already paying a premium for a 2 bedroom unit. They're reasonable and accommodating people and I'll be you they'd do it for free. Daniel C.
