Just had a fantastic week at this hotel. The service we had from all the staff was amazing. Amr and all the reception staff go out of there way to help.
Not fussy eaters found breakfast in sunset hotel was lovely. Always something to please us. Also served excellent indian food in the evening.
The French restaurant was our favourite fours course menu each course was beautiful, we also ate in italian and seafood both good but beware crab is served as seen (crabs) lots of them.
The service was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel the staff can’t do enough for you, it was a pleasure to tip these workers as they worked hard to make your holiday as pleasurable as possible.
If you are a light sleeper maybe request a ground floor as the only issue i had was the noise from the air con. Amr duty manager checked on us a lot over the holiday i did mention this he immediately said he will change us room but i got used to this so didn’t bother.
A highlight of the holiday was the snorkelling as they have a lovely reef and fish directly on the beach.
Also had a massage, facial and pedicure which was nice facial was my favourite. Rhianna on the beach was a lovely lady who sold the treatments at a discount or 30 percent so was roughly what you would pay in England.
Will definately go back.

This was my first time in Egypt 🇪🇬 I really enjoyed staying at Sharm Reef, the staff was so great and nice, high quality cleaning of rooms, lots of stands with hand sanitizer and the staff in the restaurant wore mask at all times 👍 I will recommend this hotel for my friends and family (and readers) since I had such a great experience. The Animation Team was very inclusive with the guests, everyday with a small activity like yoga, zumba or stretching and outings to like Soho Square or nightclub. All in all, a very nice holiday, we stayed for a full week, and if we needed anything or had some complaints, they tended to it immediately. Thanks for a nice stay, we will come back in the future.

We went to sharm reef january 2020. We went for holiday with friends and stayed all inclusive. The hotel is really clean, the food is excellent and the staff is really service minded and professional.
The manager of the food and beverage is a really good manager and you can see that he really care about his staff.
The bartenders in the pool bar is very professional and do anything to make your stay memorable.
The waiters in the restaurant also do anything to make your stay good, kind, smiling and very professional.
The chefs are making delicious food for any meal and the housekeeping service is amazing.
We strongly recommend this hotel for everyone that is searching for excellent service, friendly staff and fantastic and tasty food.

Stayed for 5 nights January 2023 all inclusive. Room was dated but clean. Shower was very good and toiletries replenished daily.Tv had hdmi lead but no WiFi in room only in reception. Outside bar served cold bottled beer and showed bein sports for premier league matches. Ibrahim was exceptional. Toilet was about 100 yards from bar! Usual great selection of bread, fruit, deserts and a variety of hot freshly cooked food and every lunch and dinner there was some sort of meat- chicken, lamb, beef, even steaks one night. Shuttle bus to private beach with a few steps to the jetty, jump in and it’s like swimming in an aquarium. Entertainment was not up to much but I didn’t go looking. Would return to this hotel for the food and the snorkelling

The hotel staff was very pleasing and made our stay very good. The receptionist takled good english, the animation crew (Ronaldinho and Anna) were really good at engaging the visitors in social activities. The bartenders and the waitors were also very pleasent. The rooms were also cleaned properly. Only downside was a crowded beach area. You needed to take a shutlebus there, and it was too crowded since the beach is shared with other hotels.

Absolutely amazing! All of the staff were so great, the rooms were nice, all in all just an incredible experience. The animation team, Mario and Ghali, were the best, so good at keeping a good atmosphere and make people feel good, we had so much fun with them. I even lost my phone and they got it back for me, beautiful people and we hope they'll be there next time as well. The food was also really good, most of us in the group are vegans and it was so easy to eat there, lots of things to choose from. The chef even made a super delicious vegan cake for our friend's birthday, we were so overwhelmed by how sweet everyone were and will definitely be back! Also the ocean by the beach was so beautiful, loved snorkling there and saw loads of beautiful fish and coral reef!

All the staff is very much serviceminded. We enjoyed one week, in january, and the big pool was cold, but the smalle one was heated. The animation team, gave us entertainment, came at the poolbar and joined us playing dice.

We was 2 weeks in holiday in this hotel. Very Nice and beautiful territoty, the best bar and very good kokteilis and Staff there iš so good aš 3 stars hotel. Food in the restaurant Very Nice. ON friday they have galą diner and We like this evening so much. In this Day there is saksofon and live music every Day. In the hotel is tasty snacks. Cleaner of our room iš Very Nice and we saw different animals after housekeeping😍 Also in our vacation we saw different shows from entertaimant teem: dance show, belly dancer, tanura ect. Animation team is Very friendly and they have good activities in the hotel and outside. Also they håve Nice music, we like it 🥰

We had an amazing family vacation at Sharm Reef Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the variety of delicious dining options was impressive.
The pool area was clean and perfect for the kids, and we loved the easy access to the beach for snorkeling and water sports. The hotel's location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the staff were always helpful with recommendations.
Overall, Sharm Reef Hotel provided the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it!

The waiters are not professional In any shape or form. Guests who are female and without partners get special treatment from them - free drinks after 11pm, free snacks and so on. They also keep asking you why you’re not finishing your drink(s) and tell you it’s making them “angry” if you don’t drink it all. Everything here is an extra charge even the ice cream -slushice or any kind of liquid after 11pm. Very misleading “all Inkl.”. They also have a lot of “sellers” who don’t take no as answer (ask you about massages etc.). Definitely not a relaxing environment. Dirty rooms, no functioning toilets, bad air condition in the rooms, dirty sun beds. Don’t visit if your not planning too use at least 200$ extra.
