Patio Pacific Boracay, formerly Pink Patio opened its doors in 1990. Its founder, the late Charles Uy brought an extension of his coffee shop in Binondo and transformed it into a charming resort in the idyllic island paradise of Boracay. What started as a small 6-villa style resort has now blossomed into a 64-room resort 27 years later. Since then, Patio Pacific has welcomed over fifty thousand guests. With it's recent enhancement, the resort rooms and suites reflects a lifestyle that is calm and soothing. The wonderful ambience of the design and the resort’s high standards of service and detail add to a wonderful holiday experience. Situated in the heart of Boracay Island, just less than 100 meters or a short walk to the pristine beach, Patio Pacific is strategically located in close proximity to the rest of the island establishments, making it a popular choice for guests who want to enjoy the island paradise of Boracay.

Patio Pacific Boracay boasts a prime spot beloved by travelers for its closeness to the beach and local attractions. The hotel's rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, though guests have called out occasional issues with air conditioning and mosquitoes. The value is considered excellent, balancing cost with quality amenities, including a praised pool and gym, plus a varied breakfast buffet. Service at the hotel is highlighted by the staff's commendable friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to the property's tranquil and charming atmosphere. However, some feel certain public areas could benefit from more frequent cleaning.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this fantastic hotel!

Although the main entrance of the hotel is located along the main road, it has a pathway leading to the main beach (2 minutes walk) via the pool area.

The deluxe room is beautifully designed, spotless, spacious (especially the toilet) and well-lit. Room amenities such as complimentary coffee, kettle, cups and toiletry kits are available upon request.

We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Albeit not a buffet (understandably for health and safety reasons), the serving size of the food was big. You can even mix and match your main course! Also, The restaurant provides extra serving of garlic rice and free refill of coffee, juice or hot chocolate.

Most importantly, we would like to commend your employees for being very gracious and courteous. Amidst this ongoing pandemic, your employees’ passion in providing great service to your guests is what sets you apart from other hotels in the island.

Keep up the good work and we hope to stay in your hotel very very soon!

We came from a 7am flight and the standard check in time is 2pm. We were so tired because of the trip and the transfers not to mention my mom and I only had 2 hours of sleep. Early check in was not possible because the room that wr reserved was still occupied, when we came back at 1pm because we really wanted to freshen up and catch a few hours of sleep, they were able to clean the room and let us in at around 1 or 1:30 pm. Staff were very friendly and always had the energy to greet us good morning/afternoon/evening. We stayed at the room across the lobby and the guards were really helpful with crossing the street even though we can do it ourselves. The front desk and everyone was very attentive to guest and is very efficient with our requests. There was a mishap with our ac but housekeeping and maintenance was very quick to resolve it. Our stay was really lovely and it felt like visiting relatives with the way they treated their guests with care and going above and beyond customer service.

Oh and their welcome drink was really refreshing after all those tranfers from the airport to the hotel!

Boracay, Philippines
I have been travelling and experiencing Boracay for a very long time.
During this reopening of the island since the pandemic, the island slowly revives itself of tourists, thankful its mostly locals .
We take advantage of the promo packages, beach not being crowded.,no queueing in the restaurants, bars are almost empty and of course spending time swmming where there is no one invading your privacy.
Watching the famous sunset during the golden hour is one of the best ever experience without people photobombing on the background.
We arrived on Patio Pacific early than our intended check-in time and were glad to have our room ready,. The frontdesk lady Jesabel is very accomodating.
We use the pool that evening coz we cant hardly wait to swim,, the pool is clean and organized. The pool staff Leslie provide us towels and was so nice.
We ordered pizza and beers during their happy hour and it was delicious. We were served by the waitstaff Elizabeth, she was so accomodating of our request and served us with a beautiful smile.
Breakfast was also a nice experience Art the waiter was very professional and takes care of us during our breakfast, he was so happy to refill our coffes and always asks what we need, although they only have limited menu on breakfast but its understable since the supply is short and everything is still not available on the island.
We also had a chat with their Hotel Manager, Mr James. He approached us during our breakfast and asks how our stay, what we need and to our surprise even extended our check out time.
Everyone we meet was so polite and happy doing their respective jobs. Overall our stay is beyond what we expected, mainly with the people who do their service with a smile, people who is ready to help and extend their courtesy.
For the short period of time being there we feel how we were treated special.
Thank you for the hospitality and showing us what really the Filipino service is.

I just want to commend the management as well the staff of Patio Pacific, they granted all our request from the small details up to our special request. We are thankful to you guys! You made me and my girlfriend happy and made our Boracay trip memorable. Thank you also for putting up a small amenity for my girlfriend for her birthday last July 9.

Special mention to Alvin and Art from the restaurant, they always tend to make an effort to ask us how is the breakfast and always looks out for us whenever we have a requests.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and provided fast service for all our requests. The breakfast buffet was filling with limited choices (usually Filipino viands, breads, cereals). I really loved their gym with complete equipment covering 2 floors, situated just in front of the pool. One side of the pool is around 2-3 feet so it's kid-friendly too. Its roadside location is just 300 meters from D'Mall and around a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room smells amazingly clean! We had our room cleaned after 2 days and the room was organized as if we just arrived. They also provide basic toiletries, a mini ref, complimentary coffee, an electric kettle, and hairdryer. Recommending this hotel to all of our friends and families!

It was my first time in Boracay while my family already came here years ago so they had to make sure my first time in Boracay was a pleasant one.

Patio Pacific did not fail! It was clean, good service, good food sa breakfast buffet nila! :)

Super lapit din sa beach kasi sa likod lang lalakad ka then andun na yung beach tapos mga 5mins walk lang from DMall which I liked kasi dami ko nakain na food sa DMall! Hahaha! They are clean and hospitable too. Lagi nag-ggreet mga guards and servers. :D

Also, we arranged a transfer from and to sa hotel namin nung arrival and departure. Super smooth lang yung pagsundo samin we didn't wait too long to be accommodated para makarating sa hotel namin nung 1st day and nung last day mabilis lang din papunta sa port.

We booked in Agoda and sulit yung 4D3N namin for 5 people (we booked 2 rooms) which was around 5-6k per person for the whole stay na.

Things I noticed though are:
1) hindi soundproof or hindi thick yung walls nila so rinig talaga yung mga dumadaan sa labas ng hotel room mo. But it's okay didn't bother me that much naman, baka lang sa ibang mag-stay siguro.
2) Shower area has no ledge sa floor kahit na may glass cover sa gilid so mababasa pa rin yung toilet area. Hope you guys can provide a bath mat to avoid hazard din :)

Overall, worth the stay. I'd definitely stay here again!

Choosing to stay here in Patio Pacific Boracay would prolly be the best decision we'd made for our recent trip. The place is just a few minutes away from the beach front and we really adored their friendly staff! They are so kind and accomodatin when I requestes to surprise my friend for his birthday. They really made our stay comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Not to mention their amazing breakfast buffet! It's one of the best! We also ordered from them for our snack and they delivered the best food into our room! The room is cleaned every days with fresh towels and we're always assiated when crossing the road by the guard. We love the place and even more their staff! Will definitely stay here again with my friends or family. Thank you Patio Pacific Boracay! 💛

My family and I enjoyed staying at Patio Pacific for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were approachable and accomodating. Since we booked rooms on the west wing and east wing, we often had to cross the road since both wings were separated by a road. It wasn't much of a hassle because most of the time the security guards assisted us as we cross the road. Also, their staff are honest and they can be trusted. Not a single belonging was lost everytime we left the room for cleaning. The food choices in the breakfast buffet were good and tasty. The place is also near the beach. They have a shortcut located from the pool area and it was also convenient since from that area, we can also borrow beach towels. The rooms are neat and had updated furnitures except for the TV (although, it's not really a big deal because, come on, we went there for the beach). Their service is the best I have ever experienced. I'm pretty sure this wont be our first and last stay here.

JUST BOOK THIS! Who doesn't want to get value of their money? Sure that's not me! With the range of available hotels in Boracay, why not get the luxurious experience but still being budget-friendly (with bonus of topnotch service from their warm and friendly staffs)? This is now my go-to hotel in Boracay. If you search online, any hotels located at Station 1 are priced way higher than Stations 2 and 3. Patio Pacific for me offer the fairest of them all (no pun intended). It may not be located along the shoreline but access is just within reach (yup, been visiting the island every year for past 10 years or so). Whether you are a solo traveller, couple, group or family, they have an offering for you. Better if you contact them directly to check offers (who knows you might even get an upgraded room or bigger discounts? 😉). I am sharing here my contact in Patio Pacific, just mention my name to her, Janelle "Jheng" Javier. Her email address is jjavier@patiopacificboracay.com and contact no. 09178158299. Oh, and please don't forget to bundle it wirth IslandStar Express for hassle-free transfers to and from airport! You'll not get the same rate from any service providers. Enjoy Boracay Island!

It was our second time to stay in Patio Pacific and it's still one of my recommended hotels to stay in Boracay on a budget. Its not a beach front hotel but going to the beach is just 5 minutes walk, so still a good deal. They have a decent buffet breakfast although not comparable to those ones in high end hotels but still will satisfy you and the choices changes everyday, which for me is good. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. They also provide hairdryer, a mini fridge and a percolator, the only downside for me is that they don't have a flat iron to lend, though they have pressing services which is not free. They also have a strong wifi signal. Our over all stay is very pleasant and memorable. Still a highly recommended place to stay.

I doubt they even know what that is. Its not really a common thing in the philippines. Its best you have a list of things that are gluten free or food with gluten, so they know what it is.
