I selected the L Nina Hotel Causeway Bay for convenience to the MTR and its excellent reviews. My room accomodations for the “Long Stay” package is spacious and very clean. My room attendant “Feng Ying” has kept my room tidy and her supervisor “Winnie Tsui” has been helpful and very accommodating to all my needs and requests. The customer service and all the staff have been friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend selecting this hotel.

Been staying in the hotel for 3 months and it has been a pleasant stay. The room is big, bright and comes with a small sitting area which was perfect for working. The location is also very convenient and strategic, just opposite the train station and a short walk to causeway bay. There is also a park and running track within walking distance. The next plus are the staffs who are friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Bao Qun who housekeep my floor and does a good job at it. She's also very intuitive and sensitive to my needs which was definitely a plus. Their in house restaurant, Corner 18, also serves very decent western food by HK standard and is always busy over the weekends. My only gripe was the wifi which was unfortunately unsecured which makes working from home a little less ideal and also disappointed I was not able to connected on my apple tv. Overview the stay has been enjoyable, much better than the other hotel (also long stay) that I stayed previously. Would definitely stay here again if the price remain at current levels, definitely beat renting which can be a nightmare some time. And I definitely regretted not making the move in Feb when I saw the long stay promotion. Well I guess better late than never. Hope to stay here again when I return and hope the staff in the hotel stay safe during these time! Thank you!!

Had an extended stay for several weeks over Christmas. Very happy with the helpful hotel and cleaning staff, would like to especially point out Winnie Tsui Amy Ho (they volunteer to provide additional disinfection and cleaning services, and were helpful with nearby recommendations). The room is spacious and functional, and the table is right next to the window (with a decent view of Wanchai/Central skyscape) which is nice for home-working. The location is close to public transportation (MTR/bus) and there is a good variety of restaurants nearby.

Our family stayed for 5 nights in L’hotel, we had a fantastic stay in the Tin Hau area. The location near to Causeway Bay, the park and excellent nearby restaurants makes it perfect for exploring the nearby area and as the hotel is across from the MTR station it’s great for links to other parts of the city.
The rooftop pool has great views and the gym although small but very clean and also overlooks the city.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially the Guest Service Ambassador Winnie Tsui and our cleaning staff Wan Mei went out of her way to accommodate our requests.

Staying at Nina for a month on vacation. Front desk and cleaning service is excellent. Feng ying (who services our room) and the supervisor (Man) are very attentive and ensure we have enough water as well as our pillows are comfortable. Hotel is equipped with a pool and gym which is very convenient for rainy days. We definitely recommend staying at Nina.

Due to the pandemic, I quit renting my previous apartment and chose this hotel as my “home” for 3 months, which was totally worth it.
Location: Just across the street from MTR TinHau station, 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and 10 mins from Causeway Bay. Easy for daily commute, weekend walk around, food hunting and shopping. Room: It is not the most modern design I have to say, but it is designed smartly to maximize all the space. I have done my research before I stayed, I went to many different hotels in different part of the city and this one has the most spacious bathroom, bedroom, and wardrobe. As a girl with many clothes, the wardrobe fits my need 100%. The view is nice as well. Service: Super friendly staff. They smiled and greeted me every time I passed the lobby. Housekeeping lady learnt my preference and always cared about if I have enough water or other supplies in the room. Special thanks to Lucas, Kary (I hope I didn’t remember the name wrong, but she is the only lady in the lobby) and Charlie (I am really bad at names but he is from concierge and always have a smile on his face to make you feel welcomed) for taking good care of me during my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel no matter you are in the city for a long stay or short visit.

It was our 5th time staying at this hotel and as usual, we were pleased. The location, size of the room, service and nearby eateries (over 60 within 3 blocks), value of our money brought us back every time we visited Hong Kong. The only con is the dated bath tub, which needs an upgrade badly.

We stayed here for several times within Feb 2020 between our short travel trips. L'hotel reservation team such as Christy, Annie and Yoyo excellent and very accomodating, understanding and cautious with the COVID-19 situation. Luggage concierge dept Chris has been very helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and pretty spacious with view. They even provide complimentary herbal tea for clients to combat the virus. Hand sanitizer around for clients to use. Staff are courteous and deligent. Chambermaid 玉燕 served us for at least 1 week and we are very satisfied with her cleaning and leaving us supplies in case we are out of items. She greeted us warmly and cares for clients. Location: very convenient to trams, buses, shopping and just opposite the Tin Hau MTR station. We find that particularly convenient when the end point of E11 is at the Tin Hau MTR station.

The cleaning and laundry service included in the stay was very good, especially the laundry service, which arrived very fast and well organized which is nice as washing once a week is included.
The pool is small and in need of some more sun beds, 3 isn't enough, but it is nice to relax next too and has a great view.
The gym could do with some more weights, the maximum of 10 isn't terrible. It says the maximum occupancy is 16 people but the room can not fit more than 4 really.
The lifts are slow, waiting times can be long. The beds are nice, if you get two singles to make a king the mattress is quite hard, the king sized beds are nice tho. Depending what type of mattress you like. I asked to move room due to the AC, bed and writing on the wall and the staff happily moved me within minutes even with 90% occupancy due to a similar hotel in the area having to suddenly close, this was only noticeable for the weekend I moved in.
Rooms have a mini fridge in the room and plenty of space to store things. There is a hidden mirror on the wall which isn't needed as there is a number of others around the room but is a nice touch. The TV works, can be put into English easily enough, but not many channels have English sub or audio. Could do with plus sockets closer to the bed, or bring an adaptor wire otherwise you'll have to get out of bed to turn off alarms.
The hotel is nicely located, easy to get to the MTR and busses.

Feng Ying@@@ I can't believe that I have been staying at NINA Hotel since Aug 2020. I have to praise the chamber maids for their hard work. They took pride in serving the clients by cleaning the room in such a way that the place looks spotless after being cleaned. There were never a shortage of items in the bathroom including endless supply of bottles of water. Doing my laundry once a week is a wonderful perk. I will be sad to say goodbye at the eng of June. Well, staff of Nina Hotel, thank you for making my stay at Nina, such a wonderful experience. I definitely will choose to stay at Nina next time when I visit Hong Kong again.

I am not a wheelchair user so I was not aware if the Tin Hau Station is wheelchair friendly. I would suggest you write to the Hong Kong Mass Transit Co. to enquire about it.
