From check in to check out it was all hassle free. Mr Sushant took care of us during our checked in at the hotel and simce it was our first time, he assured that everything will be stress free. He made sure that our stay will be perfect by giving us an upgrade and since we are a family of three he suggested and gave us a larger room with a vey wonderful view. Thank you Mr Sushant whom also took care of us during check out and arranged our things and the valet aervice. Thank you alsonto Mr. Sammy of the housekeeping department for always emsuring our room was perfectly clean and in top shape. We felt very safe and welcomed in your hotel. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety which were repeated the next day. and facility were top notch. Would love to go back and stay longer .

We stayed for a week in Feb, and we absolutely loved it and had a great time. The food was EXCELLENT!! Every day there were plenty of choice to suit all. Valentines was incredible and the hotel made it look wonderful. We ate in Azur restaurant on the last night and the steak, wow, just wow. I’m fussy with meat and I have never had a better steak, including Michelin star restaurants!!! The staff were polite, respectful and helpful. Our only two criticisms are 1) the service for drinks in the restaurant takes far too long. Personally, we like to drink with our meal and they would often take longer than 15/20 minutes. On three occasions we had to ask three times for our drinks. 2) if you want to have food in the room, they insist on using room service but again, this takes a very long time and the food is then cold and not as nice. Other than those two things, it was an excellent stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy. They are kitted with everything from a comb to a razor and full wash kit. Sarguru and Dolma did an amazing job in our room and making it extra special for our daughters 4th birthday. The hotel also gave us a chocolate birthday cake for her and upgraded our room. They really were very kind and we loved it... so much so we’ve been looking at coming back already!!! Big thank you to Christina who arranged it all before we arrived. Concierge provide a free shuttle bus to Yas Island which was very good. The swimming pool was heated and very very lovely. The life guards didn’t take their eyes of the children and we were so happy and comfortable letting them play as we knew they were perfectly safe. We had a valentines couples massage which was equally amazing, the ladies are excellent! As expected for UAE the alcoholic drinks are expensive, but they are a fraction of the price in the hotel shop. The hotel is also attached to Al Raha mall with plenty of shops. Overall, we are a very happy family and can’t wait to come back.

The amnities of alot of hotels in abu dhabi are quite comparable but what truely sets Al Raha beach hotel apart is the amazing staff that take pride in their work and make an effort to make ones stay magical. Sunita, Dewa, Tika, Cyrel, Erika, Rommel, Donya, Issam, Danu, Komang, Latif and Marzahan, really made meal times a delight. their warm energy beams through the masks we all have to wear. i appreciated them greating me by name everytime and learning my prefrences to best serve me during my stay. they really all are an asset to the hotel. Chef Lama created magic on a plate for me a number of times due to my dietary requirements which i really really appreciate. i would like to make special mention to Bharathi from housekeeping. he introduced himself to me the first day i checked in. his attention to detail is amazing. cleaning impecible. he noticed i drank alot of water and would leave an extra bottle of water for me each day (its really the small things!). always a curtious smile and a hello from him when i would pass him in the corridors. he made my room feel like my own home away from home with how he cleaned and set it out some of my own belongings for me without my prompting. his good nature and hospility goes beyond that of just housekeeping and i dare say, staff like him, add the star that makes this hotel a 5star establishment!

We would like to recognise Mr. Pranab, a member of the housekeeping team at Al Raha Beach Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Pranab has managed to make us smile with a surprise waiting for us everyday for the last 11 days. He has made our stay here extra special with every personalized creation. I could tell when Pranab was the one who cleaned our room and when it wasn't him. He is exceptionally dedicated in executing his tasks with responsibility and care, making sure he followed very strictly COVID-19 sanitization of the entire room - which I witnessed for myself.
Not only is he artistically talented, but he genuinely cares for his guests: when I met him, he asked me if I found the bed and pillows comfortable to sleep on, this was definitely a first for me and I was pleasantly surprised by the sense of care he has towards his guests. He is a true assest to the team.
Thank you Pranab, for making us say "Wow" everyday.

I want to comment your employer Suresh for excellent and outstanding service during my stay in your hotel between 7-11 november 2019. He was one of the best housekeeper I ever met and I am travelling quite a lot in UAE and around the world. He was clearly best housekeeper in your hotel because he was offering us a spotless room and creating sweet and funny toy sheets every single day we spent there. My baby enjoyed them all but me and my husband also, we felt like we were in a kind of honeymoon. :)) Suresh was very sweet and kind, he was always approaching my baby and entertaining her in a very cute way. Actually all of your employers did this and it helped me a lot, congrats for this type of positive attitude in customer service. Now I understand why my husband is always choosing to stay in your hotel when he has to travel to Abu Dhabi for his business. I have been staying in this hotel for almost a month. , starting few days was a pleasant journey until it turned into an uncomfortable experience, firstly the food is indigestible, it’s the same options for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is still doable , the staff has no idea about what is going on , as far as I am aware business Centres in hotels are for guest usage and aren’t charged , which was the case when I moved here until 2 days ago mr. A-Hani at the reception very abruptly and rudely asked us what do we want to do there ????? What else will one do at a business center , and then informed us that it was chargeable for 50 dirhams an hour and when we asked why, he had no clue. And I have my friend staying in the same hotel , and we keep visiting each other in our rooms, until tonight (almost after 25 days) the security is only monitoring my room and visitors , we received a call at my friend’s room stating to present the visitor’s (myself) ID, upon explaining to them that I was an in house guest, we get a second call from Ms. yalem from reception, telling us we check all our guest and it’s for our safety Incase there was a calamity to strike in order to know the headcount, again this is a 5 star hotel who don’t know their headcount and are waiting for a calamity to strike . I highly recommend people to stay elsewhere than here.

I am staying at Al raha beach hotel awaiting my repatriation flight back home and the stay here is so memorable, staff are so kind and each time you walk the Corridors and meet one of the stuff they always greet you or smile! Amazing. My room was always sparkling clean, Pranab of house keeping made a point of leaving goodies and the bed was made so well I never felt like slipping under the covers for fear of spoiling the amazing creations he came up with each day. The best hotel and service one can have. Valet parking every time. Staff are very attentive and ready at one's service. The room size are humungous, for the price i paid, i was very surprise, very spacious rooms, with huge bathroom, huge triangular bath tub, separate glass-walled shower. The bathroom has complete amenities, toilet, bidet, hand held washer, bathrobe, magnifying mirror, hair dryer l, huge bathroom mirror, retractable clothes line and to top it all fresh flowers, and the flowers are orchids. Orchid petals sprinkled on the bathroom countertop, The bedroom has a huge, spacious cabinets, there is a slipper waiting. A safe is available. There is a huge dresser with a flower base of fresh orchid. There is a set of sala set, another set of comfy chairs fronting the sala set. There is a table clock, a remote control for the lights, aircon by the bedside. There is a separate patio area with sets of chair and table. Breakfast is very nice as well. Multiple choices with chef around. An omelette is requested and cooked in front as ordered. There is hot and moist sauna for free. A hydro swimming pool inside the building, a swimming pool outside, and beach area for swimming as well. So many options to enjoy water. There are lifeguards vigilantly watching the swimmers, like every 2 meters apart. The hotel is near the iconic circular building, nice to take photos as souvineer of Abu Dhabi. A separate coffee shop with pastry is available to hang out and or have a relax time. The receptionists are very attentive to our needs ensuring we are satisfied of our stay. And we were more than satisfied. Grateful for the good time. Over all the hotel carpeting, the decor, flowers, grand piano makes a very nice feeling just to be there.

A very pleasant 10 night break, nothing was too much trouble and the whole place kept very clean with the room serviced daily. The air con was good as was the tea and coffee facilities, replenished daily, also a safe which was free to use. Breakfast was very good with a good multi cultural choice of tastes. The pool area was well patrolled with lifeguards so the children were well chaperoned, snacks and drinks were very good from the pool (swim up) bar. Alcohol was expensive (£10 a pint) as it was EVERYWHERE !! we made use of the on site off-licence on several occasions which is found on route to the mall through the hotel, where there is also an ATM. We used the dedicated SEHA pcr testing facility (50dir) via taxi (30dir) for our Al Hos App, very good with quick results. Thanks to all the staff at the Al Raha Beach Hotel for looking after us. Slight negatives....beach decking needs a little tic, the rooms although spacious and clean could do with modernising (rosewood furniture) and more lighting also the location of the hotel meant you required a taxi (the Irish bar/restaurant next to the hotel was closed until further notice). The Grand Mosque is worth a visit and is free to enter with free tour, you must cover your tattoos, hair and shoulders for women, Fast food joints are cheap and the food fresh and well prepared. Victors bar in Abu Dhabi is worth a visit if only for the French fries with truffle oil and parmesan. Expo 2020 in Dubai was very good with many countries making a big effort you could spend a whole day there and comes alive after dark. The Birj Kalifa and Dubai mall is a must if only to say been there done that (using state monitored taxis was cheaper as they are regulated per km) Everyone we met in the UAE was nice, polite and helpful.

I stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel with my son and we enjoyed every minute there. Staff are exceptionally nice and friendly and go above and beyond to help you. The room was great, with a balcony and gulf view, the bathroom was very big and well equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, with an extra kid's buffet at dinner. There is plenty of food to choose from, so everyone will find something to dig into. And the desserts... oh my word! The pool is lovely with a swim-up pool bar, and there is an extra kid's pool with slides and stuff. The beach isn't much to write home about, but still nice and well kept. They offer a free shuttle bus several times a day to various destinations around Abu Dhabi. Since we flew out of Dubai we took the hotel car with private chauffeur to the airport which was cheaper than a taxi would have been. Over all, I highly recommend this hotel!

The maintenance was scheduled to last for about 4 weeks, at least that's what it said in the notification received during our stay in the first week of October. So, it. should be open already.
There are more places to choose from in the Abu Dhabi area.
