In January 2021, my wife, daughter and I stayed at the Ada Hotel Suite for 10 nights. Due to the hotel's location in one of the best parts of Europe, Istanbul, we were able to easily walk to antiquities such as the mosque in the shortest possible time. Access to the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar and the beach.
We had a great time there. The hotel manager and staff were very kind and friendly and the hotel environment was very clean and we also ate a variety of delicious breakfasts every day.
Due to the comfort of the hotel environment, my family, in their contacts with their friends who were planning to travel to Istanbul, praised the benefits of the Ada Hotel and encouraged them to come to this hotel.
Thanks again to the hotel management and good staff for the great hospitality we had during our stay.

The location of this hotel is good. It is very near the blue mosque and you do not have to walk up the slope too much unlike many other hotels further down the slope.

There are several eateries nearby but all of them are overpriced since it is the Sultan Ahmed area.

The suite room was great and there is a jacuzzi in the room. There is a safe, fridge, microwave and kettle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the staff Safe and Arkeith (hope I got their names correctly)who helped me with an extended booking and printing of some materials.

The only thing that they could improve was perhaps the breakfast variety. It was the same stuff everyday and there is also a lack of hit foods. The breakfast area has great views of the sea.

Overall, ADA is a good choice.

It’s a small, authentic Turkish hotel friendly to families, clean and cosy. An ideal experience in an ideal location. Close, at walking distance, to all main sightseeing points, with a wonderful view from rooms and breakfast up floor. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Boys gave us in several occasions smart advise and information and helped us book taxis and spectacles. Girls were present and discrete at the same time, always smiling, preparing rich and homemade warm breakfast. Delicious recipes every morning, great variety! Rooms are very well equipped and heating is excellent. Kids adored jacuzzi in their room. We had WiFi, TV, a small kitchenette, bottled water every day.
Owners are very kind, welcoming and gentle, generous, they keep the place human, well organized and honor hospitality!

It's the second time we book ADA Hotel and for sure we will go again if we go in Istanbul. We had a personalized/special attitude from the host who is also the owner of the hotel Mr. Dogan! He took care for us with an early check-in and an wonderful room upgrade for free. The apartment was shiny with large windows ,very nice furnished and decorated with exquisite taste and detail. Provided with a large TV with conventional channels and Netflix .Everything we needed was there like dishwasher ,washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge and all necessary utensils. The view from the bedroom was just wonderful during the day and night. we could sit on the balcony couchs and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Bosphorus with the colorful lights of the boats.
Also staff is amazing. The breakfast and cleaning ladies were so friendly all the time. The entire staff went above and beyond on everything, with the best of Turkish hospitality in every respect. Every morning they took care of the breakfast time smiling and laughing with us. Breakfast was fresh, just cooked ,very tasty, home made and had a very good variety! Their rooftop breakfast with a beautiful and relaxing view towards the sea (and overlooking a charming neighborhood mosque). Very comfortable beds, clean, tidy and well equipped!

I loved staying here, and so did my wife.
Location is just perfect.
The owner of the hotel personally made sure you got everything working and showed what’s around.
The staff of the hotel is more than helpful, with everything you need. Be it accommodations with anything, or whatnot. And the girls are wonderful, these are the same that serve you breakfast and then come clean the room. They were making our day right in the morning. Great place. You won’t regret your choice. I’ll be back.

I come to Istanbul often. I have been staying here since 2012. Love the staff (virtually zero turnover, so you see the same people, which makes it feel like family). The ladies are amazing...I don't know how they cook amazing breakfasts and clean all the rooms so well. Truly the hardest working staff I've ever met.

Most of the time, I stay in the apartments down the street (hence review title). I have stayed on Floor 2 (apt 602), Floor 3, (apt 603) and downstairs. I've also stayed in the Sea View room with the jacuzzi tub. Take a bath with a view of the mosque and lights of the Old City. So relaxing.

Dr. Dogan and his staff bend over backwards for you. Again, like family. I work in a very stressful environment in a nearby country, so this place is a respite for me. I love the staff and appreciate all they do. I also like knowing I'm giving my hard earned cash to a family-run business and not a corporate chain.

Close to everything! Tram stop (Çemberlitaş stop) is a short walk away. Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are 5 minutes walk. There are great restaurants and rooftop terraces all around. I recommend the 7 Hills Terrace Restaurant and Ozi Pizza (see separate review) for nearby eats.

If/when you come to Istanbul, give this great family your business. They will not disappoint you.

There is no incentive for me to write reviews for Ada Hotel, other than I believe in supporting great people. From your first night, you will feel like a local, not a tourist.

The company, Ada Hotel and its Management, is very accommodating and accede to our requests. Hotel stay and meals are fabulous. Tour guides are very knowledgeable. We went to Istanbul, Pamukkale, Kusadasi, Cappadocia all by flight and our luggages are being carried by our chartered car. The driver drove us safely to all the sightseeing places. All the staff are very patient and hospitable towards us. We are very pleased with their service. They made our stay at Turkey a pleasant and memorable experience.

We stayed in Ada for the second time, first was July 2019, the second July 2022. We checked in both of Ada Hotel & Ada apartments. Both properties are in perfect locations.

The staff are all very cheerful and helpful, both properties are very clean, calm and amazing all the time and closely to the main district of Sultanahmet. The sea view rooms having "the real sea view".

The receptionists guys are very friendly, helpful in terms of gaudiness and needed support, so we won't feel that we're in short of any information.

At the breakfast time, we go the terrace at the 5th floor, which is widely facing the Marmara sea, and find various type of food in the buffet, beside those ladies upstairs who welcome us with smiley face all the times.

My recommendation to all, whether you check-in to Ada in the early morning, afternoon Or late at night with this kind of staff and neat property, the family atmosphere will not disappear.

Ada hotel is a lovely boutique hotel just 5/10 minutes away from the main attractions of the city. It’s also very close to the tram n1 stop that you will use to reach most of the places you will want to visit! There are several restaurants in the area. Reception is open 24/7 and everyone is willing to help. Breakfast has a beautiful view and the food is very good. Rooms are well cleaned, spacious and have air conditioning. Shampoo is provided. There is an elevator.
I strongly suggest Ada hotel for your stay in Istanbul!

The best hotel in Istanbul! The owner and front staff provided us with excellent customer service. We were very pleased with the room, the cleanliness, the view, the buffet breakfast and the location was excellent! This location is in Fatih, a short walking distance to shops, tourist attractions and public transportation. We are already planning to book again and stay at Ada Hotel Istanbul!
