This is a wonderful apartment/hotel property within San Pedro Sula. The property is well maintained with spacious and comfortable rooms, a nice pool and outdoor bar area and a very good restaurant. The best feature of this property is the staff. From Carmen, Rafael, Suzi at the Front Desk and Management Office to Juan Carlos, Eddie, Joel, Luis Sindy and Dennis and others- all make you feel like welcomed family members during your stay. A very good restaurant with a great variety of fresh fruits, egg dishes and pastries for breakfast and an extensive lunch and dinner menu- Luiz and Sindy serve the kitchen creations with a great attitude, lots of smiles and humor. By far, the staff is one of the best I have been served by during my travels. Put this one on the top of your list if you are visiting San Pedro Sula.

I truly enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel. Not the big chain very expensive, impersonal hotels. The food is excellent in the hotel restaurant. My room was spotless clean. The manager, Susy, is outstandingly courteous, helpful and willing to do whatever needed to please her guests.

Look forward to stay here again!

Is a very good Hotel specially for tourists, near of important malls and restaurants with very good enviroment for families with a very good price. The only thing I didn't like much is that is not too safe to walk in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May.

Although staff was moderately friendly the accountability of the accounting department (manager, sub manager.. whom ever) was horrid. After noticing the over charge of about $80,I contacted them immediately... in fact we noticed it on our account before we even checked out and mentioned it at reception!

We have been in contact for months and they have still yet to release the charged amount.

Unless you pay in cash I do not recommend this hotel!

First off, I've never ever stayed at the hotel (I live right here in SPS), but nonetheless, I feel that I've sufficient knowledge to review the hotel since this is where I take everyone who comes and visit us, work related. Personally, I´ve gone and enjoy the pool area and the penthouse, also celebrated the wedding of my best friend here. Any who, since the beginning, I've ask everyone who has stay there and none have complain, they all very much enjoy their stay here. So, feel confident that you too will have a pleasant stay here.

I usually stay in Starwood properties like Sheraton and Westin. A business colleague recommended this hotel because it was centrally located and not too expensive. The hotel was older. The room was large, clean and the internet worked. The shower was very good. The room was about $75 a night. This compared to the Hilton at about $150 a night.

I was satisfied. The restaurant buffet breakfast was only okay, but my chicken Parmesan dinner there was excellent. You probably don't want to go out at night in San Pedro Sula by yourself, so having the restaurant was important. The staff did not speak English.

My husband and I traveled with a group from our church in Tennessee to visit shelters in the area that we support through our missions program. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming. The room was adequate and clean, although the air conditioning was either on or off (goes off when you leave the room), so it was very humid. Bottled water was provided each day in the room. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant each morning and ate most of our dinners in the restaurant. Although we had some misunderstandings with the language barrier (most of us did not speak Spanish and the menu was only in Spanish), the food was plentiful and good. We were told by our tour guide not to go off of the hotel property at night (there is a security fence around the perimeter, which is covered in vines) and, although we heard road and neighborhood noises much of the night, we felt secure enough. There is a nice pool and the hotel staff provided a reception on our last night for the group. One special item of note is that I accidentally left my iPhone in our room when we went out one day. I realized it was missing well after we had left the hotel and I thought it was gone for good. I explained what had happened to our driver and he called the hotel for me. When we returned late that afternoon, my phone had been retrieved and placed in an envelope, then put into the hotel safe. I was very relieved and very thankful!

My wife and I stay in this hotel, we love it, what we like most was the breakfast and the service, staff is friendly, room was clean and the view was amazin, el merendon. The zone is safe with a privet parking, and is near to business like malls and restaurants, I recommend this place, and if you go to Tela do not stay in La Encenada.

Arrived at the hotel around 4PM. The hotel was great, nice mountain view, the staff was amazing. The hotel room was extremely nice. Very comfortable beds, free WIFI. The hotel rooms are little spread out but but still good because you will not stay in the room, just start walk around for observation. The bad thing is that not all taxi drivers want to ride from San Pedro airport because it's little to far and you'll pay L 300.- for the trip. During day time you may go walk on the street but not too far, i was kind of scared because the cars that were driving on the street will slow down just to see who you are or what you are....so stay in the hotel just to relax by the pool is totally excellent and more secure.I am recommending this hotel if you have to stay in San Pedro but next time i will probably prefer to go to El Progresso 15 minutes from the airport and stay in the hotel "Victoria" for $30.- than this because it's kind of high $93.- per night.... Oh yess the breakfast is the best with fresh Honduran coffee!

Beautiful, safe, comfortable and affordable boutique hotel. This place was nicer than the all-inclusive beach resort we stayed at in La Ceiba. The hotel is is modern and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!
