We stayed here during Christmas and for New Year and would thoroughly recommend it especially for families. Our suite was comfortable and had most things we needed - we were even able to cook our own Christmas lunch which was a bonus. Being English we would have appreciated a kettle in order to make some tea!! It was good to be able to have breakfast in the morning and be greeted by the friendly staff. Special mention should be made of Mario who always spoke to us and was very interested in what we were planning each day - a very kind man. The only slightly annoying thing was the lack of a free shuttle to Disneyland. We thought 4 dollars each, each way was too much so we walked, not too much of a problem as it only took us around 15mins. Thanks Clementine for helping complete our visit to all six Disney parks! We look forward to coming back.

We are happy with our recent stay . Our family of 6 shared the loft suite . While it is need of updating (they are in the midst of renovations) it was clean and comfortable . The walk to Disney took about 10-15 min. A safe walk on main stretch of road . They have a shuttle for a few $ or Uber cost us about 5-10$ depending on time of day. Main beds are comfortable . Breakfast had a little something for everyone and changed each day . It was sufficient . Laundry on site was also handy . Pool was fun for kids and is heated . A ton of dining options just across the street which were amazing . Walkable to everything you need . The hotel also has a grocery service for no charge!! They got our whole huge shopping list correct and unloaded it in our room while we were at Disney . My only criticism is that the WiFi was awful and cut out constantly . Also the kitchen supplies were odd. A potato masher but no tongs or grater . But we seemed to manage to cook our meals . BBQs also worked great . We didn’t rent a car and used Uber to return to airport and it was perfect . Would return.

This is our second time staying here (previously when it was a Residence Inn) and we were again very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the property (especially for the price!) and the location to Disneyland and Garden Walk. Every need was met and exceeded, and the addition of complimentary grocery delivery was a huge help as we were traveling with two toddlers! The housekeeping staff also did a fabulous job with our chaotic daily mess (trying to get out the door with 2 year olds is not a neat process). The breakfast is hearty and there were lots of options for picky eaters. The pool was clean and WARM which was perfect for January! It looks like they are currently doing some refreshing and renovation (we saw lots of incoming new furniture being loaded on our last day), so that will be a nice update for our next visit. The bathroom was clean and comfortable but a little bit dated and could use some new vinyl / tile on the floor. Not worth docking a star though, it was spotless.

Over the past 10 years I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times on family trips to Disneyland, often renting multiple rooms with other friends and family. Our recent stay is the first since the hotel is not owned by Marriott. This hotel property is in decline and some attention to maintenance and upkeep. The beam at the top of the stairs had a large split in it with obvious water damage that has been there awhile. In our room, the windows are old and need to be replaced. We had one window that wouldn’t close all the way and others that were grime had gotten between the dual window panes so you couldn’t see thru the windows. Even the landscaping was noticeably not being properly maintained with cracked plastic landscape dividers and bare spots in the lawn. The hotel is adding ADA ramps to some of the units so there is construction going on at various spots on the property right now. We awoke to backup alarms in the parking lot right adjacent very clearly heard because we couldn’t close the bedroom window all the way. This hotel usually has a large buffet breakfast that is very popular with families but the breakfast is currently not being offered because of Covid - but no reduction in room rates because they aren’t providing breakfast. In fact, I think there rates are even higher than what Marriott was charging.
On the plus side, the rooms and bedding were clean. Having a full kitchen is nice if you want to cook and save some money eating out. That and a free full breakfast was what made this hotel appealing to us in the past. There are also amenities like a playground, pool/hot tub and squash courts on the property if you need a chill day and break from the park. The pool/hot tub is open from 9am-9pm. Another plus is the ART bus route runs thru the property and getting to the park via bus is convenient. The Motel 6 is right behind the Clementine and you can also take that bus line when coming/going to the park.
Given the decline in this property since Marriott sold it and the expensiveness of the rooms, we will be booking elsewhere on our next Disneyland trip.

Great stay, we just got home from an 8 night stay at the Clementine in a 1 bedroom unit. Our unit was very clean, very quite ,very comfortable and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in Location of the hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and 3 min walk to Anaheim Garden Walk. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. Due to the pandemic housekeeping was limited I was made aware of this when I made my reservation, but they came in mid way through our stay and did an impeccable job of freshening up the place. There is a lot of renovation going on at the property, however the workers are there limited day time hours, so it doesn't really interfere with the overall guest experience. On future trips to Anaheim, we'll definitely stay here again

With some mixed reviews I was a tad concerned with the hotel but upon arriving and after our stay I can say I was very happy with the hotel!
Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful in the recently renovated breakfast room!
The childrens play area in the lobby was also a nice touch my daughter loved.
We didn’t use the pool but I heard it was heated and from what I saw it looked nice.
The room was excellent, we stayed in building 1 in a bi-level loft with 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby, we had plenty of space! We were able to put the kids to sleep and still stay up which was a nice convenience!
A play pen was brought promptly to our room and was nice and clean and well padded, the baby slept well! There is no room cleaning right now, but we knew that prior to arrival and It didn’t effect our stay. You just need to leave your garbage outside for pick up and request new towels etc which wasn’t bad at all if you expect it (and if you’ve travelled during the pandemic or in the last two years this is common now). There is minor wear and tear on the room (edges, older windows and doors) but the carpets, flooring bathroom, decor etc have all been re-done and the room felt and looked clean (carpets were a bit dirty but that’s hotels in general!). Kitchen was nice to have we didn’t use the stove but having a full fridge and microwave and little area to eat was awesome.
Front desk staff were really nice and answered any questions. No issues at check out or check in, never had to wait in line or anything. They held our bags which was also nice!
It’s like a ten minute walk from the park, we move pretty fast even with a 1 year old and 3 year in tow… it was doable, we even carried the three year old back one day and it wasn’t bad!
Lots of food options nearby within a short walking distance.

This hotel made our Disneyland experience all the better. The service was excellent; everyone was very thoughtful and kind. Jessica at the front desk was the sweetest letting us park without any hassle for the duration of our Disney trip. The complimentary breakfast made everyone's day and we were astounded at how spotless the entire hotel was. Our room was perfect for our needs with a big bed and a queen sized sofa and kitchen. There's also a cute clementine theme throughout the hotel with clementine portraits (we really enjoyed the clementine animal portraits in the breakfast eating areas and bathrooms). Lastly, shoutout to whoever made the delightful elephant out of hand towels to greet us when we entered our room, everyone thought this was a cute touch! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay during their Disney trip about a 15 minute walk away from the park.

This property is about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland which was very handy for us. The property itself was well maintained on the outside. We picked this place because it had two bedrooms plus a full kitchen which made it easy for our group to be together and to eat meals. The room itself was in need of a refresh also the cleaners should be instructed to clean all railings for our railing to the loft was sticky and black from hands, we washed it ourselves. The breakfast is probably the highlight of this place which is included in the resort fee. The selection and quality was above average for properties that offer breakfast with the room. The only complaint is that they open later on weekends so it makes it very rushed to eat and make it to Disney for the rope drop. I would recommend this property especially for families or larger groups.

I can only say the best about this place, rooms are comfortable, crew was friendlly and always available during our stay. We had two rooms with two bed and two convertible sofa which are more for kids and adult, you get a real kitchenette with everything you need to cook in your room, real oven and full size fridge are available. The everyday brunch are a good starter with a nice breakfast buffet with choice and quality. Had some trouble at checkin (due to Book..ng.com lol) which the young guy at checkin kindly explained us and solved for us. Hotel is nearby a nice 'mall' with lots of quality food options too and yes you can take 10 minutes walk to Disneyland/California Park which are not far. All I can say is recommend Clementine hotel for the place, friendlly and efficient people and situation, we will surely bé back next time in Disneyland

Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. They didn’t supply kitchen items as much as we would have liked. i.e.…..They left us with one dishwashing packet for a weeks worth of dishes. We had to make a special trip to the store to buy a small $1.25 bottle of dish soap. They easily could have provided that. Mario and Lucy were very accommodating,cheerful and helpful at breakfast. The breakfast didn’t have as much variety each day as we would have hoped. The WiFi wasn’t the best in our room but overall, we would stay again though.
