We booked a "lake front" suite (in reality we had to cross the road to access the park and Skaha Lake). The room had a kitchenette and all of the cutlery, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. that are needed. A full size fridge was much appreciated, and there was also a full size stove. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Services were limited due to COVID but this was not an issue for us. Would definitely go back.

We had a second floor room with kitchen and balcony, it was wonderful for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!
We appreciated having the fridge and stove, and a great feature was at the AC unit was in a different section than the bedroom so no cold air blasting down as you're trying to sleep.
Beautiful grounds with lush patches of grass, barbecues to share and a nice walk through town to tickleberry's ice cream and the curio shops! Special touch that the ice was already made in the freezer... Very appreciated as we were here during the extreme heat wave. We would definitely return!

This place is super popular during the high season. Off season, the front desk was very welcoming and the property offers great views, great value, quiet nights and the highest quality mattress and pillows I came across in my road trip through the area. Room was a little dated, but clean and well maintained.

This lovely little Hotel was great for our girls getaway. We wanted quaint, quiet and chill and it delivered. It was very clean, fresh paint, fully stocked kitchen and my dog was allowed. My only critique was the shower could have been hotter, other wise perfect. We will be back.

First the pros of this property. The rooms are bright, clean, and the bed comfy. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Now the cons. First of all, it is outrageously expensive, much more expensive than it’s counterparts nearby. Unfortunately, the other resorts did not have enough space to host everyone at our family reunion. The husband and wife who manage this property seem to hate their job and most people. At their best, they treat the guests like an inconvenience, the rest of the time guests are greeted with hostility. Price gouging and zero customer service means we will never be back

Thank you for the positive feedback. You will find that the only other "counterpart" is a small cabin that is down the street and just opened. She was not sure what to charge. We actually recommended her place to the rest that could not get in with us as we were full. If you look at the rates everywhere else during the Peach Festival, you would find that your group got a GREAT rate! We had nothing but thank you's and a positive feedback from the rest of your family, so not sure where this is coming from. We had a great time with everyone and you were all treated kindly and with the upmost respect.

June 10, 2022 was the start of a four night stay and was our third visit in about 10 years. Holiday Beach Resort Motel is one of those little gems that you are always happy to find. Along with a great location it is always one of the cleanest and well kept places that we have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and check in with you regularly to see if you need anything and to find out how your stay is going. It is just the perfect base if you are looking to do day trips in the area. After a day out in the sun we appreciate just being able to have a cocktail at home before having an easy prep meal while sitting outside our room enjoying the view. We truly felt like we were in Florida - the décor tastefully colourful, bright and fresh. Couldn't have asked for a more well equipped unit, beds extremely comfy, big fridge and lots of space to move around... the bbq area and lounge chairs were a thoughtful addition as well. Fabulous to be a few steps away from alluring beach and swimming. Extremely clean and the hosts were just the sweetest! Thank you for a most delightful stay :)

Great hosts who went above and beyond in hospitality! I stayed in a nicely equipped upper level view room facing the lake. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The queen size bed was especially comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen with full sized appliances. Lots of outdoor activities and the hosts were very kind to my camping friends. I will definitely be back.

The hosts were great. We stayed in the King suite, nicely equipped. Close to the beach, but OK Falls does not offer a lot. You have to drive to Penticton or Oliver for meals. There are lots of vineyards in the area to visit. We won’t be back to OK Falls but I would recommend the Holiday Beach for a quick night or 2.
