Had the most amazing stay here and have booked again for next year.
We had a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the beach, ocean and national park.
The grounds have 3 pools and a spa which came in very handy for the children.
Daily servicing really makes your stay at Seahaven luxurious. Who wants to be making the bed? Fluffy fresh towels are replaced every day, as well as the kitchen and laundry amenities.
The facilities are in top condition and there was nothing inside or outside of the room that needed maintaining. Clearly the staff do a great job of keeping on top of it.
The resort itself is nice and quiet, even during peak time. The location is on Hastings st on the beachside but it is away from the really busy section of the street which might help.
The staff are so friendly and clearly know their stuff.
Only downside to staying at Seahaven is leaving! No wonder guests rebook as soon as they have left.

Just on our way back home. We stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment. The bathroom was situated between the 2 bedrooms and an opaque glass sliding doors between them. You can’t lock the doors and there’s no screens/curtains in the shower area. This didn’t bother us as our little one is only 5. We loved our stay at hotel. Both reception and cleaning staff are professional and friendly. Great location being right on the beach but slightly quieter than the other end We loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night. We couldn’t hear anything else but the waves crashing.
There are 3 pools with 2 of them heated and a heated spa. The depth of 2 of the pools were perfect for our child (1 meter) who absolutely loved it there. We’ve stayed at Netanya last time and that was nice but I think we prefer Sea Haven so much so I decided to write this review as I don’t have as much time to post reviews these days. We’d definitely stay here again next time we come up to Noosa.

This is a lovely resort. Modern, clean, spacious, and fantastic location.

2 bedroom family apartments say they have views of Laguna Bay and Noosa Main Beach; however, the room we were given on level 1 was below the level of the pool. You could see glimpses of water if you stood up and looked hard! Zero beach view.
We looked straight at the pool and they looked at us!

We had a lovely stay, but if I had known we wouldn’t have a view I may have chosen elsewhere. Interestingly we had friends staying on higher floors that paid the same or less and had expansive ocean and beach views and relaxing balconies and/or roof decks.

Recently arranged an overnight stay at Seahaven using Booking.com.
My husband chose a studio room @ $260.00 for the night.
We knew the room would be small but were horrified to find there was no external window, only a frosted glass one onto the public hallway.
We had stayed in a studio room here before but it had an external door opening onto a tiny balcony which at least allowed us to get some light and fresh air.
When asked how we could improve our situation (to get some air in) and were happy to pay, receptionist commented that we had booked through Booking.com and so there was nothing to be done, sorry. Any upgrade would cost in excess of $600 (apartment) !!!
I had the distinct feeling that had we booked direct she just may have been able to find a similar room to that we'd had previously..........they certainly were not busy..

Response from Alan G, General Manager at Seahaven Noosa
Responded Feb 16, 2020
Dear Collette, Thank you for taking the time to review Seahaven Noosa Resort and providing your comments about your recent stay and experience. We do endeavour to provide clear descriptions of rooms types on Booking.com so that guests are fully aware of what they are getting at time of booking. The room type your husband had booked on Booking.com was a Studio with the following public description as published on the booking.com website: “This air-conditioned, small hotel-style rooms contain frosted windows for privacy, luxurious bathrooms with stone bench-tops, kitchenette facilities, a dining setting and a flat-screen TV. Rooms are serviced daily. Please note that these studios are located in the internal of the complex, on Hastings Street side with no views or balconies.” This description reflects the room type as you have described it within your review. The resort does have a couple of small studio rooms with a little side balcony but due to the limited number of these we do not sell these on third party websites such as booking.com. These can only be booked directly with the property, which was the case with your first stay where you had made the booking directly with the resort over the phone and were sold a different room type to what was booked on Booking.com. As a beachfront property in Noosa Heads, Seahaven Noosa Resort is a very busy resort. On the night of your stay, contrary to your comments, we were running at a high occupancy level of 89% and the only room type with a view we could offer to upgrade into, was a large beachfront apartment. This is what was offered, as you have mentioned in your review. Once again, we thank you for your time taken to review the property and your recent stay at Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort. Warm Regards Alan – Resort General Manager

My wife and I stayed in a studio room on the third floor at Seahaven for two nights over the Anzac weekend and were left a little disappointed by the the experience. The staff were fantastic the location is perfect and despite what some reviewers have said we found the room size and layout quite good. One thing I do agree on with just about all reviews of these rooms that Hastings street side is that the noise from both the street side (People yelling at all hours of the night and garbage trucks early in the morning) and the hall side (Doors slamming and people talking loudly) is surprising as is seems that cost cutting was taken during the initial build as double glazing on both the outside glass doors and window beside the bed next to the hall would have made a significant impact to a lot of that noise. We would definitely consider staying there again but would make sure we booked a room on the beach side as I am sure we would achieve a much better nights sleep in one of those. Oh and another very minor gripe is the 32” ten year old TV in the room.

Great resort located right next to the beach, we had a studio room on the third floor and found it very well appointed and very comfortable, perfect for a short getaway, the staff were welcoming and friendly and there is secure parking on-site.
The location on Hastings Street is perfect with a multitude of shopping and places to eat right on your doorstep.
We wish we had longer in Noosa and would definitely consider staying at Seahaven again.

We have done a family trip to Seahaven 4 times now, so feel that we know the resort quite well. In the earlier years post renovation the resort was in great condition. But the building, amenities and fixtures are starting to get a bit tired now and it seems like not much has been replaced since then. In addition, the cleaning of the room on entry and during our stay has radically dropped in quality. Felt that the price that is being charged warrants a bit more attention to detail. Having said all this, the location can’t be beat and a beachside room is well worth the extra. For a quieter room, request one away from the lifts to minimise the traffic walking past.

This was our second stay here.
The first time we had a small but lighter brighter room albeit only with a tiny view of the sea.
This time (due to costs) we stayed in a room looking onto Hastings St. It was interesting looking out onto the street.

However we found the room dark ish as no sunlight came in and there was no useful lighing in the bedroom, which was a large part of our bed sit style room space.
The room was squeaky clean but reeked of white king on arrival.
The trouble is that bleach has an after smell which is not pleasant and lingers.
I think at the least a diffuser needs to be put in the rooms, probably 2 if this heavy handed use of such cleaning agents is used.
The pools and pool area are magnificient.
The car park is also very good.

A gorgeous apartment for the two of us in a stunning location. Being in Hastings St you can walk to cafes/restaurants in an instant and to Little Cove and the National Park. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and u interrupted views of the beautiful Noosa Main Beach...bliss!

Unfortunately what was meant to be a memorable stay for a special ocassion in $600+ a night accommodation was anything but, however the service that followed was what really made for this terrible rating. The accommodation appeared comfortable enough, lovely view to the ocean, however upon arrival we were greeted with a cockroach next to the kitchen sink. My partner does have a phobia of cockroaches, but I swiftly removed it without her being aware. The second evening however, not one but another three cockroaches appeared coming from under the fridge, crawling over the oven, floor and draws in what can only be described as something out of a horror film. Upon emailing Seahaven, I didn't get a response until the following day when we checked out when I brought it to the attention of reception again. I did get told that the cockroaches can fly in through balcony if the door is open, something that was reiterated to me by the Resort Manager when I finally got a response that evening. Unfortunately, no responsibility was taken and instead having a balcony door open was blamed for the reason we found 5 cockroaches in the room. For the record one cockroach was found on the first night before we even opened a door, and the only other time we opened the balcony door, we sat inside looking out at the beach view, we would have seen 4 large cockroaches come flying in, if they had. However they didn't, mostly all coming from under the fridge, and I spent the last night of our accommodation killing them whilst my partner looked on in shock when one after the other came out. This was something maybe you could stomach from a 2 star hotel, but not when you are paying $600+ a night for what is meant to be luxurious accommodation. The Resort Mgr subsequently emailed and said no other people staying had experienced any cockroach activity, which apparently made it all ok. No offer of any compensation, no discount, nothing. Just a hope you come back again. Seriously if you had this experience, would you??? I really hope no-one ever has to experience what we experienced. Please do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else to stay in Noosa, there are a lot of other nice places with much better service.

Hello, The rooms do have sliding doors to close them off on both sides, bathroom and hallway. The back bedroom with trundle is quite small, approx. 2m x 3m. Once the trundle is pulled out there isn't much other space. If you email the team via our website, they can send you a picture of this back bedroom. Thanks for your question. Kind Regards Alan Resort General Manager
