really enjoyed our stay at the big 4 carvan park i attended with my mum and 4 year old son. We got a cabin which was very clean the food we ordered from the shop which had lots to choose from and also offered daily specials was great they make perfect hot chips and garlic bread would have to be my fav two items. The activities available makes it well worth the money spent we got to check in early and didnt stop all day enjoying all the activities that they had available. The lagoon pool is also heated throughout winter so kids can have a swim even on a cold day my son loved sliding in the whales mouth pretending he was eaten. highly reccommended.

Way too expensive, we would have stayed longer if it wasn’t $58 a night, and way too cramped on sites. Amenities were really clean & pleasant. Washing machines worked well, no issues with any of the amenities travellers won’t return at that price.

There is so much to do to keep the kids entertained, especially in the hot weather. The park is very well presented with shade from palm trees and soft green grass. The facilities are well maintained and it is a pleasure to stay there. We will return again.

What an amazing park. We stayed in a powered site with young kids and this place was great. We had a site near the amenities on request and we found a family bathroom we had access to with a refundable key deposit for our stay. From two large pools, water slides, water park, tennis, gymnasium and the list goes on. Restaurant on site for those lazy evenings. Holiday destination in itself

This has been an amazing place to stay so far! Upon arrival the staff were so amazing and accommodating (especially because we had a flight change and we were there hours before check-in) they allowed us to use the facilities whilst waiting which was extremely nice of them. The room was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 x child) nothing flash but you definitly don't spend much time in the cabins when you have SO MUCH happening around the park. Pools, water slides, jumping pillows, tennis court, hire bikes and indoor and outdoor playground. The movie night was so nice and they also have an activity on offer everyday. We definitely picked a great time of year to come. We will definitely be back for another holiday and we will want to stay even longer next time!

From our initial phone reservation to our arrival could not fault a thing . We had a 2 bedroom villa which was pet friendly and everything was clean staff were very welcoming we took our dog so 100 percent perfect for us and even had a off the leash fenced area . Grounds were clean even took advantage of having a massage with IMassage which was great . There's not many pet friendly cabins so that was the best part of our stay . We have spread the word already and we will be back .

Having generally ever only staying at either “Discovery” or “Big 4” caravan parks I can honestly say that the Big 4 Ingenia Cairns Coconut is in my humble opinion one the best Big 4’s I’ve ever stayed at (and just quietly I’ve stayed at a few). We chose an en-suite site. The site itself was spacious and the en-suite big and clean. The facilities for the children are unbelievable with several pools, jumping pillows, mini golf, jungle gyms, indoor entertainment, outdoor movies, badminton, beach volleyball and the list goes on and on. The on-site restaurant served arguably the best chicken schnitzel I’ve eaten in a very long time and the same goes for the battered barra. There is a licensed bar on premises with happy hour and the convenience store is reasonably priced with a varied selection of goods.
I will definitely be coming back, well worth the drive from Darwin!!!!

This is our third stay at Cairns Coconut Resort, again on an ensuite site and I will say this is the best park we have stayed on. The ensuites are large and allow us to store our excess equipment that we carry with us.
We had a small issue with not being able to secure our caravan stabilizers in the muddy conditions that was quickly fixed by the grounds staff supplying some timber dunnage.
Excellent facilities on site including a cafe, shop and bar as well as swimming pools and kids activities for both the young and young at heart.
Despite being a large busy park, it was quiet, especially once the sun set. The nightly security patrols gave reassurance to us even though we lock up any valuable equipment.

Water activities great for all ages. Not too busy when we stayed in January. Weather was great. Staff were friendly. Attention to little details like free swimming towels that can be exchanged at any time. Sun lagoon pool and spa area great for family as well as other water spots.

The only thing I would like to add is, the cook tops are gas, and as were are non smokers we did not have anything to light the cook top with. It would have been good if you could include a gas lighter in the unit. Also the glass sliding door was very heavy to open due to the door runners needing replacing, apart from that we were very happy with the service we received. Thank you for a comfortable stay and we will most definitely stay with you again.

I saw only a couple of dogs, but they were always tied up or on lead
Camp sites are good size, the park is a beautiful setting to camp in. The only noisy area I found was at the outdoor movie screen but that was far enough away from cabins and camp sites not to be an issue. All round great place to stay.
Yes we self service laundrys situated aroung the park.
