I called the day of my arrival and spoke to Wendy who relayed to Kent a request for room type. I mentioned I am a Bonvoy member and everyone was so kind and caring to accommodate my request. On check in Charlotte was so nice to me finding my a great room, she in particular treated me like family and really cared about my stay. I went down to the restaurant and and ordered a sandwich to go Johanna the one who took my order was so pleasant with a great smile, and the food was excellent as well. I called to get some housekeeping items and Crystina brought up some foam pillows for me and was very cheerful. Luis the engineer brought up a new air conditioning filter and I could tell he really cared about my comfort. One thing that stuck in my mind was that everyone said to me after our interactions was “is there anything else I can do for you” that made me feel wonderful; like everyone really did care, and they do! The manager of this hotel has assembled a great team of caring staff and should be congratulated for this accomplishment. Highly recommend.

We had an incredibly positive stay at this hotel from start to finish. We checked in online and listed arrive at 1:30 p.m, requesting a feather-free room. Arriving a bit earlier, we were delighted when Chen pleasantly and efficiently told us the room was ready, feather-free and on the concierge floor. The parking arrangement was well explained. Our room was all, contemporary and sparking clean. The view of the landscaping and Lake Lori was lovely. Chen helped with the use of online check-in, extending the backup with screen shots as I was apprehensive with no printed versions. (It worked very well!). The concierge appetizers and Lois’ hospitality were most welcome. The van service was excellent. This is where we will stay whenever we leave from Orlando.

We have booked this room on short notice the night before we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was enough for us, a family of five. No need to book two rooms. It has recently been refurbished (fancy brown colors) and the stylish room came with two queen sized beds that were really comfy. The room was clean and the makeup was neat.
The pool area was also very nice. Too bad the pool bar was closed during our stay. We gave the hotel bar a try but the atmosphere was a bit cool, literally temperature wise and because of the decor. The breakfast was a bit pricey so we skipped that in the morning. We would recommend this hotel for anyone in need of a room near the airport, especially when traveling with young kids

A stay at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside should be an upscale experience. The hotel is on a small lake, which is a nice setting, but it seemed like the hotel was skimping on most of the other details. The concierge lounge is closed on the weekends, and when it is open they only offer things like raw vegetables and crackers in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but their menu was uninspiring, the prices were very high, and it had zero ambiance. My room looked like it not been thoroughly cleaned because there were dark stains in the toilet bowl. The A/C does not work properly - I turned it all the way down to 60 degrees at night, but it still felt like the same temperature I had it set at during the daytime. The windows are sealed shut, which is good for keeping out the airplane noise but bad if you want fresh air. Not sure I want to trust their ventilation system in the age of Covid, and when there might be mold concerns after Hurricane Ian (the hotel has ripped up their carpets on the first floor due to the hurricane's flooding). The rooms are soundproofed from airplane noise, but not from the noise of neighbor's doors slamming shut.
On the positive side: the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices.

For an older property, it has been nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stops. Customer service seems quite lost here. The driver of the airport shuttle seemed like he was auditioning for a role in the Fast and the Furious. Front desk associate was more interested in going back to whatever she was doing in the back office than helping guests. Absolutely NO amenities during our stay (other properties in the area had their concierge lounge open and standard amenities in the room). Seems this property is using Covid-19 as an excuse to cut every corner they can with no regard to guest satisfaction. Multiple times I requested a call from the hotel manager yet never received that courtesy (& let’s be honest, it’s not like the manager is busy taking care of other guests). All in all, a very disappointing experience. Way too many other Marriott properties in the area to waste time and money at this one.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay here last week. I checked in pretty late in the evening and got an Executive room which was pretty small. My husband is a Titanium Member and so I had expected better service. I have to compare the room selection which Renaissance (Mumbai) and I have no words for Westin Pune. Marriott should be proud of the Concierge Lounge staff in Mumbai and the Dining staff in Pune Westin. My room in Orlando had a reusuable cup left by a former Guest. Complained next day and nothing happened. The only good thing which was there were the 2 ladies in the Concierge Lounge ,Wanda and Anhthi. At least , if you are a Titanium Member, the Hotel can put in 2 bottles of water in the room.

This hotel was a big NOPE for us. We travel very frequently, and have come to appreciate certain basic amenities and service. This hotel is VERY old. They have not updated their air ventilation systems, and our room had a horrible strong chemical odor coming from the vents. Formeldehyde or moldy coolant perhaps? Instant headache-inducer whatever it was. Wish we had slept in the lounge instead. There were no other rooms available, and they would not refund, so we were stuck for $300. The carpet was so dirty our feet were BLACK, and there was no hot water or water pressure, no amenities for women (no makeup mirror, no ledge to shave legs, and horrible white fluorescent lighting). Plus the body wash smelled like stinky armpits. Food from their restaurant was way overcooked, drinks were very expensive and tiny! We feel that the Marriott chain overall has gone way downhill.

Hotel is recently renovated: very fresh and nicely done. The rooms are spacious and TV offers HBO. They do not clean during your stay “due to COVID” ( Everyone’s excuse to give less and charge same.) There are four very big negatives. 1. Parking is $18 a night. You can get a much better rate by using Spot Hero right on their property but they don’t tell you that, so find it yourself online beforehand. 2. Unless you are a Marriott Rewards member and TELL them, you are charged $9.99/day for internet. When you check in, they don’t look up or remind you that you are a member so you could be paying that fee instead of getting it for free. Seems like an easy enough thing to do. We actually thought they see membership on our reservation but if they did, they did not automatically apply it. 3. For some reason they could not explain, the internet repeatedly sent messages that many sites you were going to (perfectly normal, common sites, like Pinterest) could not be reached. A pop up window would say the connection could not be made because it was not secure. 4. There is no business center or even computer usage for guests. There ARE two computers in the lobby but they can only be used to “Print Boarding Passes”. I do not know when I was last in a decent hotel that did not offer computer access for guests so I no longer carry one. Totally annoyed. To me, it felt as if they were willing to take advantage of guests’ not knowing the “Magic Words”.

This is a very nice hotel. I want to start out by expressing this clearly. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens, pillows & soaps. TV was great & electrical outlets conveniently placed throughout the room. I didn’t have to use my handy extension cord! My Internet was fast & air-conditioning functioned ideally. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly, courteous & professional. They were kind to everyone & they extended an additional courtesy to me because I’m part of the BONVōY rewards program. I’d recommend anyone to join for the additional benefits! Charlotte was especially kind at the front desk. Thanks again! I ordered room service twice and it was delicious both times. This hotel is far removed from everything that you want to do in Orlando and I’d never stay at this location, unless my company places me here on business. If you do choose to stay at this hotel, I think you’ll be very comfortable here. I was! There’s a great pool and it’s indoor and outdoor. The outdoor pool area has a lovely garden. The gym is subpar & they could have more weight lifting equipment. I was disappointed with the gym. Most things are nicely appointed here and I got a great night’s sleep & ate well. Good spot for relaxing & rejuvenating yourself. Again, I’d like to share my gratitude to a very polite staff here 👍🏼

Upon arrival at Orlando airport I called the hotel asking to get the complimentary shuttle to the hotel after about 30 minutes I called to see if the shuttle was coming and was advised there was nothing on the list and wanted to know where I was. I stated I was at the A42 pick up location I was told to be at the first call. I waited about twenty minutes longer and the shuttle finally showed up. Upon arrival at the hotel I gave my name and credit card to the clerk and was told that I was staying for more days than I had registered for. I corrected that and was then said I have your platinum number on the reservation I asked are you sure you have the right person as I am Titanium. The clerk then said it’s all the same with a condescending tone “sorry your titanium number” I only asked because of the misinformation that was relayed and I wanted to be sure that She had my reservation and not someone else. So far I have nothing good to say about this stay.

Did not see them, but possibly in the M Club Lounge. At the same time, food in hotel is good and downtown food options are a 10 min walk away, so no real need to eat nuked food I suppose
