Don't bother staying here. Can't be sure if the fridge works, TV works, no working smoke detector. Electrical works for outside lights just hang down outside the wall. Not clean. No housekeeping what so ever if staying several days. Check out was 8:00 am bit they don't bother telling you. Crooked. Stay away

This is a really bad motel. The good points , clean bathroom and toilet. The bad points, broken front door, broken door frame, coffee machine with no jug, no whitener, no cups and no coffee ! Only one sheet on the bed so we had to use the sheet on the other bed to cover us from the old itchy blanket. Top cover had cigarette burns on it. Car park very rough and covered in broken glass. Horrible place A big sign at the roadside next to Luckys Motel is in Urdu. Maybe it translates as " Dont stay here ! "

It smelled, door was broken into previously, most everything was dirty. The worst stay I have ever had and first time I actually felt unsafe in a motel. Please just sleep in your car and save the $90 bucks.

Came through in late July with newborn baby and poodle. Was told I would have to pay extra for the dog, which I fully understand, but the reasoning of "because we have to wash all the sheets when there is a dog" threw me off. Don't they do that all the time???

First room had a very musky smell (worse than usual) and no curtains in the bathroom with non frosted glass and an open door within view. Kind of a rough start for my wife. Got another room.

Second room backed onto the grill kitchen with what seemed to be a wall made out of paper. After 3 minutes I could understand punjab and also knew what two tables in the bar were eating. Smell in this room was no better.

At this point my wife confided her concern with remaining in this motel with a newborn baby, and so I asked for a refund. The clerk (also the bartender) explained that they don't normally give refunds (I don't normally stay at motels without bathroom curtains) but for me he would give me a break. Drove 30 minutes further to Grenfell to appease my wife's disdain for our initial choice.

To clarify any idea that I might just be whiny, this is my first bad review in 2 years. This motel falls well behind the standards of our health and safety regulations, easily.

Tl;DR: Rooms were terrible. Don't stay.

Our stay here was day 17 of a cross country motorcycle trip. We are no strangers to small town motels, and prefer that sort of accommodation. All we expect is that the amenities are as advertised and that the room is clean. Neither was the case at this property. The exterior is very run down and the parking lot in poor shape with broken pavement mixed with loose gravel and the sunlight revealed a substantial amount of broken glass. An overflowing dumpster and empty boxes littered the parking lot. I attended the restaurant/lounge and advised the attendant there of our reservation. The initial room key was for a single room when I had booked a double. I had to return and request another room as booked. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odour...and I'm certain that the management is aware of the odour as there were two gel type air fresheners innthe main room and hanging off the curtain rod in the second room were two of the vehicle style air fresheners. There was no toilet paper in the holder and a dirty towel remained on the bathroom floor from a previous occupant. The mood and mildew on the shower curtain was abundant and the sheets on the beds were stained. On the Booking.com website, WiFi is advertised as being available in all locations....it was non-existent. We did not eat at the restaurant on site as planned as the lack of cleanliness in the room caused me concern about the kitchen. This is the first review I've ever written in which I'd encourage others NOT to stay at a property. Yes it is close to the highway, the Esso station, it's restaurant and the Dairy Mart; however I cannot recommend this motel in the least.

Try (or don't, please don't) staying at Luckys Indian head motel, BedBugs, roaches, mold, you name it they have it. Run by greedy people who feed off the poor. Imagine lying in bed when you suddenly hear this insane noise that sounds like someone scratching on the floor of the attic to get out. Guess what? You have rodents. The worst ever ....
