We stayed a single night for a family event nearby. While the convenient location was the main reason we chose this hotel, we were quite happy with our overall experience and value for money. I received excellent service by phone, both at time of booking and when I had to change our reservation due to weather issues, as well as during check in and check out. The hotel was not particularly busy that night and we found the whole property to be very quiet. Our room was not super spacious but was sufficient for our needs and we appreciated the option to have two single beds for the kids. The included breakfast was decent with several hot and cold options. We would certainly consider staying here again.

An overnight stay off of Highway 1 heading west. A good location out of the busy-ness of YVR. Quick off the highway and close to gas and some dining options. Recommend the Holy Falafel Shwarma place.
Great pillows and a variety of them. Bagged breakfast was good variety and filling, appreciated the hard boiled eggs for protein, which were done well - not rubbery. Good coffee. Pool closed but the price reflected that. Good value.

We stayed for a single night at the beginning of March and enjoyed our stay here! Front desk staff (ahmit, I believe) was really friendly and helpful...our room was clean and spacious and close to the back entrance which we used for bringing our stuff in...pool area looked like a blast but was not something we had time for that night! Location is really nice and close to the highway so we were able to zip onto the highway easily for our trip to the ferry in the morning! Should be mentioned that we were also traveling with two dogs and we were catered to very well with them!! The overall experience was good for what we needed!! Thanks guys!!

Rooms was dirty and moldy. Believe to have found BEDBUGS!
Parking lot was un- lit, because they had the flood lights turned off.
Hallways had dirty clumps on carpet!
DIdn't even try the pool
Manager was disrespectful and unhelpful!

We apologize for the length of time that it has taken to respond to this review, but because of the nature of the complaint we are required to do an extensive investigation into the matter. After interviewing front desk staff, checking internal logs, reviewing video surveillance and room inspections there is no sign of bed bugs which makes us believe this review may have been posted to the wrong hotel . We booked the hotel because we are doing a major bathroom reno at our home and we needed a working bathroom and shower. The hotel itself is fine, a little more worn out looking than other comfort inns but nothing bad.
The problem is the room had no hot water at all. At check-out the staff told us there should have been no problem as they have new water heater. No discount or anything to help rectify the situation was offered.

The front staff were friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the take away breakfast was well thought out. The location is good for commuting, and our vehicle was secure in the parking lot.

No pool Despite was upfront in the advertising. Was the only reason I book this hotel. False advertising. Paper bag breakfast With half a muffin an egg. Very disappointing. How can this be allowed. Would’ve went to another hotel But room was nonrefundable.

The rooms are a little outdated, but the hotel is very clean. The included breakfast is delicious! The staff are very pleasant, friendly, and are happy to see you. I stayed here for the first 4 weeks of my course and have been recommending this hotel to lots of others that travel.

We stayed here during the Abbotsford Airshow.
It was supposed to be a Suite but was so cramped one of 3 of us slept on the floor. The provided breakfast was very basic. A muffin and juice. There was no access to the pool or hottub either. A very dispappointing stay. Even more so, when it cost $500 for 2 nights stay.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful family and pet friendly hotel. Well stocked hot, free breakfast. Pool has a slide and a toddler area. Nice sized hot tub. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to Vancouver Zoo. Lots of quick food choices nearby.
