I have booked 2 rooms to stay for 4 nights and this was my first time that I stay in Innsbruck hotel, and my expectance was soso... I have never experience Hilton level of service in this hotel I felt more like a air b&b place from the time I step in there was no proper person in front desk and no uniformed staff in this hotel. The great thing me and my family found about this hotel is the breakfast. I was told that I have been upgraded as a Gold member but I don't see any difference between both rooms that I booked. (both rooms are on same floor and at both end) I ask for a iron right after check-in and I have not received the iron until check-out I did ask for the iron on the 3 day and I was told that will send shortly and I did not received the requested iron. :) There was a day I was very surprised and shocked, around 7:30am there was a fire alarm and I was sleeping and it wake me up and I run to get my family out of the room, however my daughter was already at the assembly point since she was alone her mother went for a morning run... I approached to reception counter and there was no staff and I ring the bell. a person came up and I asked if it is a real fire or fault alarm and he said it is not real fire, and the lifts can be resumed soon and he is gone. my daughter asked my will they provide update on this fire alarm to us or not as she feels not safe and I told my daughter that they will provide every guest the update later once they have all findings. however no apology or any update about the fire alarm until we check-out and leave the hotel.

Hotel has a good location with easy access by car and very convenient for skiing ( you can access resorts around with a bus from the hotel). Unfortunately rooms are not in a good shape. Carpet was filthy and with lots of stains as well as some towels. Lots of scratches stains and lines on the walls. We didn’t have one bathroom towel when we arrived and hairdryer was also lacking. Happy to share at least bathroom was cleaned good. Breakfast was the same every day with very limited choices (no vegan options at all). The situation that was very weird to me happened when I came down to the bar to ask for a spoon (I needed to mix some meds with water) man at the bar said “1EUR” when I asked “why” he just shrugged , looked at me like I’m insane and walked away without explanation. Generally stuff tries to do their best. The front desk administrator tried to explain how does transport card work but struggled with English AND German, was very enthusiastic and at the end helpful though. Cleaning stuff came without knocking once, right after I took a shower and my “no thank you” didn’t stop them from entering and asking 2 more times.
Overall, comparing price/quality, I believe this hotel can do much better (I didn’t expect “the best” from the beginning) and next time I would prefer apartment and some cafe for breakfast.

Very nice staff, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. There are also enough parking spaces in the garage for an additional fee. Great view from the breakfast room. The breakfast has an excellent variety of different products. Fresh orange juice, different kind of scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts as well as vegan spread. Either one can get a fresh self made coffee, latte macchiato or a tea like earl grey, green tea etc.

We are currently staying in the hotel. We paid extra to have an apartment with a kitchenette but there are no knives or forks and no kettle. In the morning we woke to find that there was no coffee cups and that all the coffee they left us was decaf. To make matters worse the phone doesn't work so we have to go up and down the lift to collect the missing items. At best the kitchenette only had a microwave so not very useful anyway.

Ramada is an contemporary hotel with clean and modern rooms. The location is a bit off from the city center or the old town. From the railwaystation its a 15 minute walk to the hotel. The ski bus is free of charge and starts from the hotels front yard. I would recommend the Axamer-Lizum ski resort! Ramada also has a sauna in the top floor. Only negative was that the reception couldnt be reached via phone... Would visit again!

There were 3 of us staying at the hotel, but the one that made the booking (a member) got covid the day before and couldn’t come.
We arrived at the hotel at 12 explaining the situation and we were told that it was all good but that check in was at 3pm, but also that the room would have been ready at 2pm. We came back at 2pm, the room wasn’t ready and were asked to wait another 15 minutes. We ended up waiting until 3pm. At that point we asked if we could check in but the office manager told us that instead they couldn’t give us any room because the person that booked wasn’t there and she should have known (the girl at the front desk we spoke to before apparently didn’t know either). After a good 30 minutes of discussion they finally gave us a room, with no explanation or anything. Couch was gross and pillows were made of air, and there were no extras. Breakfast was awful and overpriced (20 euros each), no directions were given and the person was incredibly rude.
We paid 300 euros for one night to find a below average room and rude staff.

We loved our stay at Tivoli Hotel. The floor-to-ceiling view of the Nordkette from our room was amazing. The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to many of Innsbruck's attractions, including the famous Zaha Hadid ski-jump (great cafe on top, serving cheese cake shaped like the ski jump). Perfect for families: there is a very good playground few steps from the hotel, swimming pool complex next to the hotel in the summer and an ice ring open to the public in winter. The breakfast was very good, with selection in line what one expects at a Hilton hotel. The breakfast room has great views all around and the busy staff keeps it clean and pleasant. Overall, a very good experience.

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. It falls far below acceptable standards. The cleanliness is severely lacking, and the staff members are notably impolite and unaccommodating. Basic amenities such as a kettle, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cotton pads are absent. Despite requesting extra towels, I was informed none were available. There was a concerning incident where a member of the reception staff entered my room while I was in the shower, dismissing it as a mistake. It's essential to keep personal belongings secure in such circumstances.
Attempts to contact the reception via phone were futile, and the breakfast provided was mediocre at best. The hair dryer provided was disgustingly dirty, unlike anything I've encountered before.
This establishment falls far short of the standards expected from a Hilton property. As a regular patron of Hilton hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such uncleanliness and subpar service.
The response from the reception regarding my complaints was dismissive, claiming the issue was not cleanliness but rather the need for renovation. Their suggestion to submit a complaint via email is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their hospitality service.
To the management: Rather than exploiting loyal Hilton customers, it's imperative to address these issues promptly and effectively.

After paying a heft amount for this room, we were left incredibly dissapointed and upset. A brief summery of our stay:
Air con not working stinking floors mouldy windows bathroom fittings broken, stained walls and ceilings stained sofa no cutlery or china in kitchenette dirty towels plugs falling off walls no addition pillows (in whole hotel)
The photos dont lie.
Staff have been contacted while at hotel about the mess only offered a free drink as there was no other rooms available. Upon complaining head office the hotel staff 'knew nothing' of our concerns even though we have emails to prove otherwise. How rude!

This hotel has one interesting feature, the architecture of the building.
Apart from that, you'll find the stereotypical business hotel, featuring that ordinary "international" atmosphere, where everything is standardised and looks the same, regardless of where in the world you happen to be travelling.
The rooms have no character or warmth, and the smell of plastic contained in the carpets can be a problem in the summer, because you can't ventilate the place: the windows in every room allow only a narrow aperture at the top. The main hinges are locked, and while some service person might unlock them to allow a fully open windows, this violates the hotel's policies.
Customer service is alright, a few minor mishaps but at least they try to help.
