The hotel is conveniently located steps from the Trevi Fountain, and close walking distance from many of Rome's biggest attractions. It is also close to the Metro, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Rome. We were in Italy to celebrate my husband's birthday, and he wasn't impressed with our first room. The staff helped us to upgrade (we had to pay) to the best room in the hotel - the top room on the 4th floor that has two balconies and great views of the city. Both rooms were clean. The staff also helped to show us where we needed to go to meet our tour operators and arranged transportation to the airport. The breakfast area is small, but the offerings are good. The breakfast staff checked in several times to make sure we didn't need anything. There was someone who helped bring our bags up to our room, and then helped us switch rooms. We had a great stay, and was the perfect way to end our trip to Italy.

Great location, within a one minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Rooms are spacious, Clean and elegant The rooms were warm, however, using some common sense by opening windows and reducing the temperature on the thermostat of the air conditioning, we experienced a very comfortable temperature throughout the night..,no sleepless nights here. Thank you to the wonderful staff - Flavia, Matteo, and all the team who have helped ensure our stay has been comfortable and welcoming. Well Done, we’ll never forget you all and your beautiful hotel. We will miss you ❤️❤️

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights, we had four full days which was plenty to see all the sites, we got the fast train from Fiumcini to Romi termini then a short metro ride and a short walk it took about 50 minutes in total costing about £27 for two people. Had a pleasant and quick greeting from guy on reception, our luxury room was perfect for the two of us with an enormous bed, a big wardrobe with inside mirror and light. Two big light and airy windows which we kept shut at night and you couldn’t hear a thing. The air con worked. The shower room was plenty big enough with hairdryer, all very modern and clean. It had a fridge and some sort of coffee machine (not used by us). Breakfast is a good with a selection of fresh juices and you can get cappuccinos made. A few choices of tea but my advice take English teabags if you want them. Lots of yummy fresh pastries, can make toast, they had honey, Nutella and some jams, also fresh fruit and cold meats, and some biscuits. We could not fault it all reception that greeted us were really happy and friendly. Literally 5 minute walk from the amazing Trevi fountain, to the right as you look at the fountain is an ice cream parlour where we had the best ice creams I enjoyed pistachio but hazelnut was my favourite along with added macarons. Piccolo Arancia restaurant which is round the corner (to the right) on the same block as this hotel, they squeezed us in but I’d recommend booking, very busy and popular place, seafood linguine to die far. I highly recommend this hotel and location to everyone. Thank you

Just got back from a 4 night stay at here and I can honestly say it’s perfect for a short stay in Rome. The hotel is in a brilliant location and the Trevi Fountain is literally a 1 minute walk away (perfect to get an early morning photo when the crowds have not yet gathered). There are beautiful restaurants along the street which is great when you don’t want to walk very far after a long day and also a stunning little rooftop bar nearby which gives a lovely view of the Trevi fountain.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day and they gave us plenty of fresh clean towels on the daily and restocked shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was perfect to set you up for the morning giving options of pastries, breads, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, jams, cereals and yoghurts.

We literally couldn’t of asked for more and would 100% consider staying here again in the future.

Thank you for an excellent stay!

Simply wonderful and it’s been a fantastic trip. We’ve just returned from our second trip to Rome. The staff have been great, and the rooms beautiful. If you like rustic with a touch of modern then this is your place. The location is perfect too, with the Trevi Fountain a 2 minute walk. St Peter’s Basilica is a 30 minute walk without stops and the Colosseum is a 20 minute walk.

The Trevi Fountain was extremely overcrowded but if you want to get to enjoy it without the crowd then I suggest you set the alarm clock for 6.30am, by 7am the crowds started to trickle in.

Tickets must be purchased online prior to visiting the Colosseum (Coopculture.it) and Vatican Museums (GetYourGuide and you must download the GetYourGuide App).

The colosseum, you can’t enter more than 15mins before your ticket time. Once activated by the ticket person, it will last 24hrs.

The Vatican City, depending the direction you arrive, we arrived facing St Peter’s Basilica, then you must walk through the arches to right and follow the external Vatican walls all the way round to the entrance. There are stewards (unfortunately not in uniform) that can direct you. It’ll take approximately 10mins. I would give yourself two hours travel time from the hotel if you are walking.

The hotel offers a private transfer to and from the hotel at an additional cost. We couldn’t fault the service, very helpful, polite and communication via email was responded to in less than 24hours.

Breakfast at the hotel, was just as expected in Italy, it was lovely and sufficient with plenty of choice from continental to cooked options.

We travelled as a family of 9, my husband and son had a street facing room, view was lovely but the evening noise not so much, some of us that had rear facing rooms and we didn’t experience noise unless it was from a returning evening guest. Other than that rooms was fabulous, comfortable large beds. Modern bathrooms with powerful water pressure showers.

The hallways are very rustic, steps feel slightly uneven but if you’re not good with this there is a lift.

There are so many wonderful little restaurants in the vicinity - not cheap but these prices are to be expected - we loved Locanda which was 2-3 doors away and Ristorante il Barone.

Most restaurants must be booked, you can stroll by and request to book of an evening other than that you may have to queue until a table becomes available.

I can’t think of anything else but feel free to message me with any queries!

Great location with awesome personable service.

We stayed here over night to take a quick look at Rome before we headed to board our cruise ship.

The hotel staff were excellent with providing information just about anything we need.

The hotel is located very close to all the attractions and walk distance to metro/subway system so very easy to get around either walking or taking public transit.

Due to the good/pedestrian filled location, it’s a little hard to drive vehicles right to the entrance of the hotel but it wasn’t a big deal. Our airport transfer driver was able to drop us off at about 1 min away walk distance.

The room is a little small compared to most North American hotels naturally due to how crowded this city is but I think that’s probably a norm in most of the older European cities.

Breakfast that’s included in my booking was delicious as well!

I would stay here again in the future.

The location is amazing - steps from the Trevi fountain - and the room looked gorgeous. It was treacherous to access by car though (the streets are narrow and hill of tourists). We left to do some sightseeing and to go to dinner and came back to ants crawling all over the table in the kitchenette and the bathroom (we did not have food out). The front desk person did not care and it took me starting to look for cleaners in their dining room for him to finally give me a bottle of cleaner and a rag to clean the surfaces in the room. I’m glad we are only here one night - we will not be back. We stayed in much more accommodating Airbnbs and a very nice villa in Florence for much less money.

I highly recommend Trevi palace as it is close to the Trevi fountain and walking distance from many tourist attractions. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are amazing, providing a welcome and comfortable stay. The rooms also have windows which are very easy to open if I ever needed to cool down which is very self explanatory. Overall I highly recommend staying at the Trevi palace as your needs are met and the staff make you feel very welcome

I must admit I was checking reviews before we went and they were not the best so was seriously worried. This was supposed to be a special trip it was jn celebration of my 40th and mine and my husbands first holiday away without the children. We went 26th Oct to the 29th Oct.
But wow I can not reccomend this hotel enough, when we arrived we were early for our room the staff were all friendly and helpful they took our luggage so we could go explore luggage free.
The room we had was perfect spacious, plenty of room for me and my husband our room came with an air conditioning unit which we were hugely thankful for lol as it was unusually hot. Our room was cleaned and new towels put in every day while we're here.
The breakfast was lovely lots of choice from cereal, fruit, pastries, rolls, cakes, hot breakfast-scrambled egg, bacon and sausage, toast. Fresh juice, coffee and tea. Could not fault the staff they were attentive and friendly happy to help.
Let's talk about location I seriously could not of asked for a better location of our hotel, it was 25 mins walk from the train station. Literally 1 min walk from the Trevi fountain. 20 mins walk to Colosseum and about 40 mins from Vatican City so great location everything within walking distance.
This hotel made our experience of Rome so easy we are ready to book again with them as for the price it was amazing service!

We stayed to 5 days and cannot praise the enough. The team were polite, courteous from point of arrival to departure. Considering we were in the middle of Trevi there was no noise from the street that could be heard. Central to all areas and within walking distance to Vatican City, coliseum etc. Room was spacious (it was warm but it was 20 degrees outside and seasonal heating) there was an issue one morning with the kitchen, again staff were polite and had arranged for breakfast in a cafe in the next street. Room was clean and modern, overall would stay again happily.
