The apartment is in Sant Antoni, a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is not far - but conveniently away - from the buzz and hassle of the main tourist attractions of Barcelona. The building is just a few blocks away from the main subway stations, which makes it very easy to get by. It is also near good markets, bakeries, restaurants and the many other conveniences of a truly residential neighborhood.
Our apartment was very well equipped, with brand new appliances, cozy beds and a good AC (a must to survive in the Spanish summer).
The hosts were very friendly and helpful even weeks before we arrived, providing us with valuable information about Barcelona and whatever we needed. Checking in and out was easy, fast and reliable.
Mostly, this apartment made us feel like we actually lived in Barcelona for a long time.
I strongly recommend!

The apartment is perfectly situated, one block from the Aerobús route and the metro. The building is very nice and they provide complimentary cleaning. The host lady, Rosemary, is the best!! She was extremely helpful and very kind! I reccomend this place very much! Specially for families.

- There is no reception, you have to call before you go there and check in took around 2 hours because apartment wasn’t ready. - Very noisy and was not able to sleep, next to school and they are playing football early morning till midnight. - the bathroom don’t have good pressure for water and hot water not available most of the times. - if you need any urgent help no one available there to help you. - Available photos don’t match the real one.
+ The only plus is the lady whom helped us to check in and out (Rosemerry), she was very nice and helpful.

As we explained in another platform where you have left your review, we do have reception, our amazing colleague Rosemary is there during the day to help our guests in everything that they might need. As well, we have a reception service at least 12 hours per day and we have a 24h emergency phone number. The official check-in time is at 3pm, but we always do our best to have it before. We are quiet surprise about all your complains, as we are no use to receive complains for the noise, the water pressure and the hot water. We have a maintenance service working every day in our apartments to check always any kind of issue that it might be in the apartments. We work hard to offer the best service day by day and we always appreciate the constructive suggestions to give us the opportunity to improve. We had to stay an extra night, the manager was really helpful and went out of her way to extend our stay. Apartment really clean, well equipped. Would definitely recommend this company. Rooms were air conditioned , decor was nice.

What a wonderful apartment to stay in. The facilities are first class and to a very high standard. There were several nice touches, like dishwasher tablets, good quality hand soaps and lotions. Washing up liquid if you do any in apartment eating. They have thought of everything you might need. I had a question about the apartment so I telephoned and spoke to Alex Barba the general Manager before we booked and he was very helpful and even rang me back later in the evening to make sure everthing was ok. Rose Mary our check in agent was very welcoming and friendly and very professional. We will definitely be booking two sisters apartment again and would recommend them unreservedly to anyone. This was good and decend apartment and the location was not bad but not that good as well, although within 450 m walking distance you will find a metro station. We stayed three nights in this apartment (2 bedroom) with another couple as friend of us. We found it decend from size point of view with necessary items inside with decent size beds. However, there were couple of concerns: one that the elevator was really small that even 4 poeple could not comfortably stand inside so if you happen to have big luggages or more than 4 people, be aware. Two that the wifi internet seemed to be on and off quite often (resetting or reducing the number of devices really did not help as well). Third, the only service during our stay was making the bed and changing the towels and no other cleaning such as daily vacuum cleaning was carried out (I guess it was only part of final cleaning for we were charged 65 euros). We knew about Final Cleaning Fee but maybe it was our mistake that we didnt clarify how much it's going to be and they never told us the amount either as well.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, this is a beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment with excellent furnishings and facilities and in a convenient location. We arrived late and had to ring for seone to let us in. The gentleman was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recomend.

Difficulties to get the keys, that organisation should be improved. We had to wait one hour. The apartment is nice, nicely decorated, even if some of the paintings are poor taste. Bedding is excellent. You feel at home and comfortable. However there are not enough dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery for four persons. (just a set of six) which means that you have to do washing up each time. That's tiring. They also asked us to pay 2,- € for three cartridges of expresso. On a nearly 600,- rent I think thats not very elegant and leaves a sorry taste when leaving. Cleaning costs are high.

Hello, yes there is air conditioner at the apartment, we don't have reception in the building but you will always be in contact with us, in case that needs to book a taxi you have to send us an email with the details.
