Good location in Barcelona, comfortable and clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a city break. Good restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfasts. Close to underground so easy to get around the city.

Very lovely stay during our visit in Barcelona. Staff was extremely helpful, paying attention in every detail. We stayed a family of 4 and the apartment was very clean, spacious in a very good location at the center of the city but in a more local area. That helped us to enjoy more the local market and restaurants. One stop away by metro from all the touristic attractions. Will definitely come back in the future.

They had construction on the whole time, and they didn’t communicate to guests that it would be happening. Reception didn’t seem to care. Unable to enjoy our time there due to this.
There seems to be a lack of communication throughout their time. Highly disappointing.

Please note that renovation activities, which only occur on weekdays, conclude at 6 pm daily, ensuring a quiet environment in the evenings. Booked a 3 bedroom and got a 4, very impressed lovely apartment modern,clean and right next to metro, free wifi, and we arrived early in the morning after a cruise and they were so accommodating allowing us in early as they were available which was great with 4 children and luggage!

To live on the top floor. From the first step has felt houses where waited for the favourite guest. Good design, a magnificent terassa in the open air overlooking the center of Barcelona, a cathedral of the Holy Family of Gaudi and a cathedral.
two separate bedrooms and the main room where there is a necessary equipment for cooking. In bedrooms convenient beds with the choice of pillows and blankets. The friendly personnel on a reception always help guests to satisfy their requests.

We booked this apartment just over a week before the trip because we're told by another department that they're fully booked, depsite it was confirmed 3 months ago.
As we arrived, we were greeted by two lovely staff who have been extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We booked an 8 people apartment for 5 of us. The living room is slightly small but comfortable enough. There are some good shops/restaurants around and a very nice indoor market nearby.
Will deinitely book this place again next time I'm in Barcelona.

Got more than 2 people traveling with you? Then this is the place to stay. What a wonderful find. The price is reasonable and the location is near 2 metro systems and buses everywhere. The apartment (that is what it is) holds up to 5 people with room to spare
Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a computer office area and so many closets. A washing machine a place to hang your wet clothes. I am recommending this place whether you are single or a family. Save money on eating cook.

We booked a 4 bedrooms apartment and it was exactly as described. Cozy room with modern furnishing. The 2 receptionist Patricia and Elsy are extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The Apt was conveniently located for our needs, with easy walking to restaurants , short cab ride to the port/beaches, and the fort. Unit we rented had 4 bedrooms and a sitting/living room. Bedrooms were small with very limited storage and no place to live "out of suitcase". Had full modern kitchen and washing machine.
Furniture early IKEA with some existing delimitation of table surface.
The bad news which could make this a 3 rating was the inability of the electrical system to run both the instant on hot water heater and the apt A/C system. For 2 days we had no A/C or hot water. Circuit breaker flipped off and we could not reset.
Place was clean and safe. Noise level loud when windows were open which was required with no A/C

Did not stay in room with balcony, but given the temps in Aug hard to believe it would be comfortable
Yes, all bed linings and towels are provided.
Yes of cause you can. Just call us. It depends on availability ( if the next day is booked) but there are always options.
Yes you can store the luggage. Normal taxi of 4 is around 30euros. Normally is cheaper just to take 2 taxis. As if you order transfer normally prices start from 70-75€
The one we had had no terrace but there was two small balconies connected to bedrooms for drying clothes...
"If you hv a car , ask reception for the 15 Euro per day flyer for Parking (24 hours) .Without that , its almost 50 Euros , i think ."Read full review
