Если вы приехали на море то вам точно не сюда... лучше искать домик в бадалоне.
Апартаменты чистые но фото они наверно давно не соответствуют. Чисто но постояльцы убили квартиру. В ванной ламинат вздут. Кожаный диван облезший. И мелкие недочеты в общем На улице если идти в метро везде фекалии и плохо пахнет. Магазин относительно рядом. На такси до аэропорта 10 мин и 40€.

Действительно, квартира расположена в очень спокойном районе вдали от оживленных улиц Барселоны, если вы хотите хорошо выспаться ночью, а также вы можете добраться до центра города на общественном транспорте за 15 минут и насладиться городом. Hi there, I'm from Los Angeles and just recently came back from barcelona with my family of 4 which includes a small 6 month old baby.
We came to barcelona to spend christmas with my sister and mom so we chose to rent a small apartment given that we needed the larger space amenities, such as as a bathtub, a kitchen. My wife and i travel a lot through work and our first reaction was to book a normal hotel chain (Marriott or Hilton ) we wanted to stay at a large hotel because its what we know works for us but were told by the hotels.com staff member that this apartment was a bette choice and that would meet our family's need better. Spoiler alert: it didn't.
Ordeal:
When we arrived from California after more than 14 hr trip we were met with a dark dingy apartment building, covered in graffiti - not cool street art - we walk in and we find out that we are in level 4 and the elevator is not working. When we called the 24/hr "help line" they confirmed that the elevators will not be working throughout the entire duration of our stay. I'm thinking "fine, nothing to worry about - let me just lug these 5 50 lbs suitcases up the 5 flight of stairs because, you know, working out is exactly how i planned on spending my holidays'
When we finally get to the apartment, First the power is not on. we had to call the "help" yet again and they told us that we had to find a secret breaker switch inside one of the cupboards. At this point my whole family is screaming at me with their waving their phones wondering what the hell is going on - 30 min later i find the switch - turn the lights on and voila! - the apartment looks NOTHING LIKE THE BOOKING PHOTOS.
I know what you're thinking, "Has this guy even traveled?- Hotels/AirBNB they all embellish their photos on the websites" and you may be right. But, listen , I'm all for some good staging - heck, I even sold my house thanks to some clever lighting and some well placed oranges in the corner , but what happened to us is plain old bait and switch.
The dimensions where completely fakes, the apartment felt tiny, moldy, dirty and damp. the bathroom was moldy - whats worse there is no bathtub - the heating wasn't working, so i had to go out the next day to buy quilts because there was nothing to keep us warm. Oh, did i mentioned the world most UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS - I've sat in park benches softer than these beds.
I called Hotels.com and they offered little to no help - i told them their listing was misleading they said they will get in touch with the hotel directly - the hotel called me and they said that its not their fault hotels.com had misleading listings on their website.
in fact - Hotels.com make it nearly impossible for you to know exactly what the interior of your apartment is going to look like. they offer generic images from the entire property which may or may not include the apartment that you are booking.

To add insult to injury as I'm typing this review cockroaches are crawling from the side of the dishwasher - so yeah, lovely place to stay.
Do yourselves a favor, when in barcelona with family, try to stay at reputable accommodation. They are held to higher international standards in order for them to keep their licenses and there are stronger repercussions if these are not met.

Dear Kate, Thank you for the feedback we are very sorry if the apartment was not as expected (we do try to make photos as realistic as possible) and will use your comments to improve the property, however, the graffiti is to be found in all the buildings in the city of Barcelona it's how locals decorate it and of course, it's a matter of taste. Regarding the check-in, we sent you a very detailed email about how to access the apartment and how to turn on the lights. We are in contact with the apartment owner to improve the areas listed in your feedback so future guests can enjoy the apartment to the fullest.
