We stayed for 3 nights with our toddler and had a really nice stay. The location is really good next to the bus stop where the airport shuttle dropped us off, walking distance to Las Rambla as well as other sights. The hotel and room is clean and modern, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a small balcony. There is also a nice rooftop to enjoy the views and have a drink. We would recommend this hotel and had a warm welcome when we arrived.

Our stay at the Midmost Hotel was pleasant and filled with great experiences from all that Barcelona had to offer. Stylish Décor, Amazing Staff, Extremely Clean and within walking distance to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. It is very central, so the atmosphere on the street it is located on, changes from daytime to night. In the daytime, its filled with people walking, shopping, restaurants are open etc etc but at night, it becomes quiet & homeless people are seen in all surrounding areas. (something completely different from Passeig de Gracia area) but I guess all is relevant to a big city. (it's just like NYC) Hotel Midmost was great for the price and we felt safe and very comfortable. Breakfast was limited due to covid restrictions but the Dining Manager was kind and accommodating to our needs.. I must mention 2 Reps working in reservations: Johann & Mariona were amazing & very patient ..answering all my questions before the trip, and during our stay, Maribel & Roberto were truly helpful. Roberto was our favorite person !! He gave us all the info we needed for taking the metro or a taxi, referred us to amazing restaurants and helped us travel to 2 must-see places ( Montserrat & Sitges). Great location, the hotel is less than 5 mins from las ramblas and placa de catalunya. It’s quite a quirky style hotel - mix of modern but a townhouse style vibe. We only stayed for one night, arriving at around 1pm we were grateful our room was ready and we would drop our bags. We were staying in room 407 which was a twin room. The room itself was a decent size with plenty of storage, huge bathroom with a walk in shower. We had a view of the side of a building which wasn’t an issue as we weren’t in the room for long but the frustrating thing was the air con was set at 19 degrees and the room temperature didn’t go below 21 which meant for a stuffy sleep. The hotel has a rooftop bar and small plunger style pool with Balinese beds which was great for a little chill out later in the afternoon. Our rate included breakfast which was taken in the hotel basement in a room designed like a library- really lovely setting. There was a lot of choice for breakfast- self serve with eggs, pastries, yoghurts and a great coffee machine! I really liked this hotel and could consider staying again when I come back to Barcelona but would really like to be able to get the room cooler!

We have just returned after an amazing week long stay. We had a lovely clean room at the front of the hotel with a small balcony and a beautiful bathroom. You’d think being at the front on a main road that the room would be loud however we didn’t feel this was the case at all and slept incredibly well in our very comfy bed.
We didn’t opt for the breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that but we did purchase several different drinks whilst sunbathing on the rooftop terrace which were all lovely and very reasonably priced. For us the terrace was a true highlight- it provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and the pool was lovely and refreshing to cool down in.
The location of the hotel was perfect, literally a two minute walk from las ramblas with countless shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
All of the staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a lovely week!

Exceptional experience from check in with Joan and Isis explaining everything needed to the warm and helpful service from Laura and Michelle in the evening. Thanks Laura for the recommendation to Billy's brunch the best breakfast spot,and the street for eating tapas, real authentic food and very reasonable. Nothing was ever too much for the staff to help with. Despite being in the ideal location the noise from the street is not a worry as we used to this in London,plus the side street provides a balance. Great balcony and good closet space his and hers were perfect! The highlight of the hotel has to be the terrace for us. Reuben & Rudolfo made sure we were always topped up with drinks and enjoying our time at the pool and terrace. Lovely guys who will make sure your stay is enjoyable whilst there. The plants on the terrace can do with the some good TLC as they're all herbs used in the kitchen and adds value to a relaxing terrace if they were all green and alive. Even to just relax in the sun and read my book felt amazing from the terrace. I would like to come back to your hotel on my next trip to Barcelona. Can't beat location to anyone thinking,it's walking distance from everything.......24 hr convenience shops in less than 2 minutes walk subway restaurants Starbucks just a stone throw away. I chose the hotel as it is very central and looked modern on the photos. This was indeed the case, however, that was pretty much it. We are a travel agency owners, TUI Partners and we requested in advance an upgrade depending on availability of course, as well as to have breakfast when we arrive, since the last day we left too early in the am to have breakfast. The upgrade was not even mentioned upon check in and we had to explain re the breakfast once more when we arrived. The main guy at reception was not rude, but definitely was not nice. Not the way he should be as the first person you see when you leave or enter the hotel. The breakfast - since there is no buffet due to covid, they are serving you. The lady, who spoke English there was not very nice either. She assumed we want pastries and brought them to the table, when in the menu there are eggs, omelets, bacon etc on request. She would not even ask. The other lady, who only spoke Spanish was actually much nicer, she took the time to ask us what we want to have. Not only we didn't get upgraded (which was not mandatory of course), but we also got a room, overlooking an inside wall/part of the building. So it was quite dark and considering one of the lights was not working, you can imagine. There were some brown spots on the wall, which I tried and cleaned easily. The hairdryer was all sticky from whoever used it previously... The guy at the rooftop terrace (with a blonde long hair) was super nice too! Honestly, I would not pay that much attention to any of it if the staff tried a little bit harder to make us feel welcome. Especially when some of them knew we are in the same industry - service is so important, even now more than ever, when the tourism suffered so much! Too bad some people don't get it really! I loved the part where they added 1 euro to our bill for some charity. It is perfectly fine anyway, but I would have preferred to be asked first!!! So, once again, apart from the location and the design of the hotel, it was not something I would recommend to clients or friends. Hope this is received as a constructive criticism and you guys start smiling a bit more and treat guests nicer!

Really brilliant hotel. It was very quiet when we visited at the start of October.
The hotel is very central yet set back slightly from the top of La Ramblas meaning it was far enough out of the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions.
We didn’t have breakfast or food at the hotel so I can’t comment on that, but every evening we had the rooftop bar/pool to ourselves, the waitress who served us was very friendly, often bringing us complimentary nuts/snacks! It was lovely to dip our feet in the pool in the evening after a long day of exploring Barcelona.
The rooms were tastefully decorated, with complimentary robes and slippers. The room was very clean, and a Spanish/English electricity adapter was also provided which would’ve been helpful had we forgot to pack our own. The mini fridge was a bit expensive, which is usually the case in hotels, but there was a shop across the road selling cold drinks and snacks.
I have noticed a few of the reviews speaking about ineffective air conditioning, but it worked brilliantly when we were there.
We did have trouble at the start of the stay where the TV didn’t work - and when it did there was only news channel in English. Not necessarily a problem for most, but as I was pregnant at the time it would’ve been nice to have access to a Smart TV or more channels when we were taking time off our feet during the day and before bed.
There is everything you would need within walking distance, plenty of lovely coffee shops and eateries.
Overall when we come back to Barcelona we will definitely be booking to stay with Hotel Midmost again. All the staff truly went above and beyond.

John at reception was lovely and checked us in, recommending places in the area to eat. The location is truly fantastic, with a metro station only a minutes walk away as well as so many restaurants and shops including Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe, Zara etc. The rooftop pool and bar was incredible with food and drinks available and lovely staff. The room was absolutely gorgeous and we even had a small balcony which we enjoyed looking out of onto the streets of Barcelona below. Overall if you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Barcelona hotel midmost is the place!

The location of this hotel is very good- near Place Catalunya and the Ramblas without being right on either one. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful, with serviceable English skills. Our room was typically European (on the smallish side) but clean and well kept up. Breakfast (extra $) was very good. Only two drawbacks- WiFi was slow, and the parking lot associated with the hotel (also extra $) was a bit of a walk away. We did hear some street noise, so you might wish to request a room not on the street side of the hotel.

We are surrounded by good restaurants as you can see. We will communicate to our receptionists that their work was helpful and friendly, offering directions in English. With reference to your room, we have different types and categories to choose from, some with views of the street and others with interior views, but neat and clean as you tell us. We loved our stay at the Midmost! The people were friendly and helpful. Everyone from the concierge to the bartender was helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend taking any suggestions by the front desk. We didn't dine anywhere they didn't recommend and each restaurant was a delight. From the distance to the price, their knowledge of the local area was scary accurate. The Ramblas was a short walk from the front door and there was a lovely cafe across the street. We couldn't have asked for more.

The best way from the airport to the hotel is by taking the Aerobus. This is the bus that connects the airport with the city centre for just 6 euros.

The Midmost breakfast is an opportunity to enjoy a classic breakfast with seasonal and local ingredients (cold meats, cheese assortment, fresh fruit, pastries...) that also invites us to make new combinations with less conventional ingredients that are full of flavor, healthy, and respectful of the environment. For example, our cereals and juices are 100% bio, our carrot cake is 100% vegan, you will find coconut oil and Ghee butter, we make cold pressed detox and beetroot juices daily. In addition, we make omelets and eggs upon demand and all that in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
