Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is in a wonderful location, a quiet street that is a shot walk to some great cafes, restaurants and a few of the Metro stations. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The service here was hit and miss. Most of the time staff were not even at the front desk, they were sitting in the office on their mobile phone. When you did approach the front desk , they seemed to be bothered by you interrupting them.
When we stayed here it was a Best Western Hotel. It may have changed staff and management by now and hopefully for the better.
We were given different information several times by the front desk staff in regard to the complimentary water in the rooms, a hotel of this type should be consistent with the information they give their guests.
There was also inconsistencies with the house keeping, some days we received face cloths other days no face clothes and reception didn't know how to get any.
On the morning we departed the gentleman on the front desk was very helpful changing our taxi booking and assisting us with our luggage to the car.
All in all it's the location that makes this a suitable choice when staying in Paris.

Loved this hotel. This was my first time traveling to Paris and I researched multiple hotels before settling on the BW. In the US, BW is a lesser brand, but this hotel in Paris was great and met my expectations. We arrived early so the hot held our bags until we could check-in. Then we explored the city. The hotel is very close to numerous bakeries, restaurants, and anything else you'd need. The pharmacy where we got our health pass from was a 6 min walk away. The area around the hotel is less touristy and it felt safe and I felt we experienced Paris as a quasi local. The hotel room is very spacious for European standards and the bathroom was huge. There were usb ports on both sides of the bed and the TV was the appropriate size for the room. There weren't many English channels available, but I'm not going to be that American that complains about channels in English. The hotel staff was very accommodating and they went the extra mile to help us get to the train station during an unexpected protest. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't indulge, but it looked nice from a far. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. No complaints or regrets.

Modern, clean and excellently located hotel is a hidden gem in Paris. Closely located to many different metro lines makes getting around the city easy. Rooms are nicely equipped and clean with modern amenities including Nespresso machine, flat screen TV, and USB plugs make for settling in easy. Offers a continental breakfast for 15 euros but there are so many bakeries and restaurants near by you have lots of options. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

I would rate this hotel 3* at best. Hotel and room clean goes without saying. Complimentary water and a nespresso machine in room nice touch. Room was very very small stayed In a double room there was a desk and chair at the bottom of the bed if the chair was pulled out slightly you couldn’t move around the bed not the comfort expected from a 4*. Breakfast was a charge of €15 not up to the expected choice very limited. Such a small amount of choice it was arrange on one table i had breakfast the first day then didn’t bother after. This hotel isn’t suitable if you are travelling to Paris to see the sites it’s location is too far away. There is a couple of metro stations a few minutes walk but I would urge no one to use the metro it is very unsafe many pickpockets and gangs on there just looking for tourist. I use London Underground so not easily put off but after using line 2 which is one of the main lines I spent my money on taxi to and from the hotel price about €14 and an easily downloadable app to use. For the location and room size and breakfast choice I cannot rate this hotel anything more than a 3*. I would not chose this hotel again for my next trip to Paris.

This little gem exceeded all of our expectations. First of all, the location is excellent and pretty much walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. It is located on a quiet street and we were fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Woke every morning to the smell of freshly baked bread and the breakfast was really good. Rooms are well serviced with coffee, water is provided daily and other amenities such as robes and slippers. The staff are really helpful and arranged a late check-out for us for a small charge. The hotel is clean, functional (good Air-conditioning) and ideal for our long weekend getaway. I will certainly return to this hotel whenever I next visit Paris and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Paris. Thank you Best Western Premier Kapital Opera for the perfect stay!

The BW Kapital Opera is definitely my favorite hotel on the right bank of River Seine. The hotel is a getaway treasure of tranquility, cleanliness and hospitality after a day in the Parisian hustle and bustle. The inside courtyard is a unique feature and allows to meet with friends/family in a clean and quiet outdoor environment, emphasis on clean and quiet! The hotel is within walking distance of Boulevard Haussman, the Opera and a lot of the Grands Magasins. It is also strategically close to the Place de Clichy, cutting down on traffic fighting to the CDG airport. Last but not least, the hotel staff is top notch, courteous, knowledgeable, super-helpful.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Kapital Opera in January 2023. The hotel was modern and the rooms nicely appointed and not too small as some Paris hotel rooms are. We had a large bathroom with a shower and toiletries such as soap and hand lotion were provided. Having a Nespresso coffee/tea maker in the room and in the lobby was so convenient and made mornings easier. The hotel location was wonderful and the Rome metro was about 2 blocks from the hotel. There were also three or four boulangeries offering the best in Paris pastry within three blocks or so of the hotel. A pharmacy and two supermarkets were also on the same block. The staff spoke English and were patient with me when I spoke my "broken" French. They were kind and helpful throughout and even helped me try to locate my lost luggage. This will be my "go to" hotel when I have the opportunity to travel to Paris.

Had a 3 night stay in a “junior suite” for me, my wife and son. The room was in a building through a quaint courtyard out the back. It was wonderful with an incredible bathroom downstairs. Best walk in shower I’ve ever had! The room had a small fridge, hairdryer, USB ports for charging phones as well as 2 very comfortable beds (the second in an annex room) and everything you’d expect.
Breakfast was very nice, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff all very friendly. I’d definitely pick it again for a trip to Paris.

This was our second time to Paris, but first time staying at the Kapital Opera which was recommended by a friend. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and was offered tea and coffee while we waited. The receptionist was polite and talked us through the procedures of the hotel. Our room was wonderful. We had a ground floor room which was more like a suite. It had a large king size bed, a small lounge area and a downstairs bathroom including a bath and separate shower (which was a pleasant surprise). We were also able to help ourselves to the mini bar and macaroons which were complimentary I believe. We only had the breakfast once - it was continental with pastries, cheeses and meats and was enough to start the day. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

This is barely a 2 star hotel. We had no blankets or pillows and the 1 staff member on site (yes, just 1) “did not have access to housekeeping.” Wifi was useless, shower was broken, and both bottles of water in our room were unsealed and had clearly been used by previous guests. There are plenty of great hotels in Paris….this is not one of them. We switched after 1 night.
