Service overall in the whole property amazing. The disney desk is VERY handy and time saver. So its great their text service where they help you even before you arrive. Nothing like the small details of the FS, leaving my laptop and my dirty laundry when Came back from dinner a tissue was left to clean my laptop , my cable was neatly organized and a bag was left next to my dirty laundry. The pools and the slide are a whole day trip or at least a whole afternoon on itself . Me and my 5 year old went to the park from 9-12 and came to enjoy the pools before our afternoon flight back. The bus to the park was really useful and well done, AC , USB ports and of course a disney movie. Dinner however was my only disappointment. Service was once again impeccable but the food , average. So sorry to put this review. The appetizer was slices of fish raw and it came out as it was just taken from the freezer with plate and and did not really and taste to it. The home made pasta was ok. The breakfast set up I would have loved to see out gluten free waffles and coconut milk yogurt. . The pools were great, I went March 2 , so no crows no people . Room felt a tiny felt " old " ( I guess it has had a lot of people ) totally understandable but it was clean. I have stayed over a dozen FS each all over the world. The service is a common denominator. Have to give this resort a 5. Sorry restaurant, was really dissapointed.

Traveling during the time of the coronavirus can be a little unsettling but when you stay at a hotel like Four Seasons Orlando, you may forget about your worries for a brief period of time.

The hotel is impeccably clean. All staff is wearing a mask and all guests are asked to do so as well. The rooms are spotless, they are disinfected by housekeeping once a day, if requested. All cleaning services must be requested and guests may not be in the room during cleaning.

I visited the spa for a massage. I was asked to wear a mask during the massage, which wasn’t too bad. A spa attendant is constantly cleaning the facility. Although there are normally snacks in the waiting area, that is gone now. They will only provide bottled water. Towels and other toiletries must be requested as well. They do not want guests accidentally touching someone else’s personal item.

The fitness center was also impeccable. Again, there is an attendant wiping down machines periodically. You must wear a mask to workout.

On the last day of our stay, we went to the pool area. It was very nice. Lounge chairs are distanced. This is the only area in the resort where masks are not mandatory. I almost forgot about the coronavirus for a few hours. People keep to themselves and hang out in their family units. Pool attendants were very nice and efficient. The food and drinks were very yummy!

Overall, I felt very safe at the hotel. They really have made an effort to accommodate guests and ensure confidence in their policies. All employees were kind, attentive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Where do I start on describing the Four Seasons at Walt Disney World Resort? There is just something about Four Season properties that just feels different then any other luxury brand hotel.

From the moment you walk into the lobby you see the beautiful crystal chandeliers. You are then greeted with a highly sophisticated temperature screening where you don't even have to break stride. The front desk service breezes you right through check in with absolutely no hiccups. You then get to your room where the feeing of comfort overwhelms you. Could it be the bright naturally lit room, the spacious bathroom, or the big balcony that overlooks the adult only pool with a view that rivals most beach resorts.

We traveled as a family of four, husband and wife with a 3 year old girl and 5 year old girl. You would have thought they died and went to heaven. There is so much to do they had a hard time leaving to go to the actual Disney parks. My 5 year old daughter met numerous kids her age and had a blast in the kids club. My 3 year old couldn't get enough of the splash pad and "little" slide in the walk in swimming pool.

When it was time to go to the park you are whisked away in a ultra luxury bus with Disney short films for the kids to watch on the short 10 min ride to Epcot and Magic Kingdom, 12 Min ride to Hollywood, and 15 Min ride to Animal Kingdom. The bus runs on a very prompt schedule so don't be a min late or you will miss, plan on being there 5 min early, you can cool down while you wait to depart.

If you are between the Grand Floridian or Poly and this resort, don't overthink it, the ONLY and I mean ONLY reason to book those are if you want to be in the Magic Kingdom an extra 15 min early. That is about the time it would take to get dropped off at transpiration center and taking the monorail into MK. Every other drop off is right at the front gate. Resort wise, room wise, amenity wise, its a distant second, and I mean its like camping and glamping different. Hey if you like the true Disney experience, go for it, but if you want to come back to the Four Seasons after a long hot, sweaty, need to sit back and feel like your on an island kind of vacation, then book it, don't think twice.

Once you come here and experience this type of Disney Vacation, you literally can't do anything different....

I am midway through my stay at the Four Seasons but feel compelled to write this review as I feel somewhat mislead by the previous 5 star reviews for the resort.

Another 3-star review has also been written in the last few days so I am glad I am not alone in my experience. Perhaps the service level has dropped below standard this month but it is not what any Four Seasons guest would expect.

Beautiful property and grounds but service lacking. I have made multiple complaints and surprised a manager is yet to actually reach out.

In brief:

1. Hot food at dinner arrived luke warm (twice). A real shame as the food was delicious but not how it should have arrived.

2. In a single room service dinner, we were charged twice for an item, they failed to deliver an item, soup arrived cold, and they made an item with an ingredient we have specifically requested not to be in any of our meals (that they have notes on). We were credited for the meal in the end but it’s still doesn’t make up for 4 issues in a single meal.

3. We asked concierge to find out pricing and availability for a PCR test. They provided incorrect pricing (under quoting by a whopping 50%) and then failed to offer a reasonable solution. We ended up jumping onto Google and finding a drive-in test centre 10 minutes drive away. I understand they are unable to book anything on our behalf (since it’s medical) but a FS concierge should be able to provide accurate information on pricing and location of test centres.

4. Water slides are down for maintenance for 4 days.

5. Heating controls in the shower were loose when we arrived, and shower was dripping.

It’s a real shame, as the property is stunning and the food is delicious, however the service is letting this all down.

We always travel in early June for my son’s birthday, and this year we decided to try FS Orlando instead of our recent go-to, Ritz Amelia Island. The FS really exceeded my exceptions, and we will definitely return. The service is top notch, and I love the use of the app and texting service to make requests. I feel that it really allows you to utilize the services on property and to leave feeling Iike you barely lifted a finger while there. All of the food is excellent; he only ate off property one night because my son requested a trip to Disney Springs. The parks were close and convenient, but there’s SO much to do on the resort that I’d encourage anyone visiting to spend as much (or more) time just enjoying the hotel. Room service each morning for breakfast was amazing and delivered on time, which makes a huge difference in setting the tone for the day with hungry children! I used the laundry service several times and also the on site car service - all wonderful. I found everyone to be polite and gracious, even at times when my kids were tired and perhaps a bit lacking in restaurant manners. My only very minor criticism is that housekeeping was a little inconsistent. Several times we came back from dinner and turndown had been done but the pull out bed hadn’t been opened and made up. Very minor as I said, and any requests were immediately fulfilled and corrected. We are already planning to come back next spring or early summer; thank you Four Seasons for an incredible stay!

To say that the Four Seasons is a FANTASTIC resort is an understatement! Beyond SUPERB is what we experienced! There was nothing that wasn’t taken care of, from friendly personnel staff, spacious rooms, hospitality to its finest, I can go on and on. We’ve been to many luxury resorts, but our first time to experience a Four Seasons and we’re so glad we chose this Orlando one. The resort is beautiful and one of the largest Four Seasons in the world. My only small need that I think would have been useful that the resort did not have was a sundry shop, somewhere to pick up drinks, snacks, last minute pick up items that most resorts have. We felt safe at the resort with sanitizing stations and temperature checks in main entrances and glad that housekeeping and valet were available even with the pandemic we’re glad to see this resort cares about it’s workers as well as their guests.

Our family took the opportunity to visit the Four Seasons as a staycation getaway. The visit occurred while FL was in the midst of Covid. We were very impressed and pleased with the level of detail and attention paid to keeping the property and experience safe and clean.

Pool area staff was vigilant and prepared all surfaces with towels and wipedowns. Plenty of attention paid to ensure we had enough water. The resort has enough outdoor amenities that spacing was not an issue at all.

The stay was refreshing and felt truly first class. I would highly recommend this experience to families, or anyone looking for a getaway.

Just returned from a two night stay over Labor Day weekend. We had a fantastic stay, check-in was smooth, everyone was very helpful. Food is amazing and we did not leave the property, just enjoyed the restaurants and the pools. My kids had a blast and nothing was too much trouble. We had one hick up and and the staff went above and beyond to make up for it.

Even though we didn't have a Theme Park view, we were able to see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. It was a great surprise. Staff are knowledgeable and address you by name, everyone says hello.

It is not cheap to stay here, but considering so many other hotels have lowered their standards using Covid and lack of staff as an excuse, you get what you pay for. Disney monorail properties charge more than Four Seasons and for that you don't even get daily housekeeping. They won't even make your bed on the days they do come. Tip well and enjoy your stay. It's worth every penny and more.

I’m a lucky to be a very regular Four Seasons user for work throughout the US and Latin America and a big fan. We went for the weekend to Orlando paying an eye watering $800 a night for their cheapest room. The room was lovely but we pay half that in NYC for the same.

The staff were super - every one warm, welcoming, helpful and professional.

The food needs an overhaul. On the Wednesday before the weekend, we tried to book a restaurant on the property for Saturday, and nothing was available until 9:40pm. We ate in the lobby bar instead, but given the limited menu ordered off the room service menu. The food was really mediocre - more mass market Hilton than Four Seasons. So please, if you are charging so much, have sufficient restaurant space for your guests, and please upgrade the lobby lounge food to the standards you so deftly attain in other locations
